소아 기능성 위장 장애의 한약 치료에 대한 임상연구 동향 - 중의학 무작위 대조군 임상시험을 중심으로

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze randomized clinical trials (RCTs) on traditional Chinese medicine to summarize its efficacy and safety for the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGIDs) in children. Methods We searched literatures published up to March 19, 2021 using two Chinese electronic databases. Data regarding patients, interventions, results, and adverse events were extracted from RCTs of herbal medicine for children with FGIDs. Results A total of 34 RCTs were included: 16 trials on functional dyspepsia, 7 trials on functional constipation, 6 trials on functional abdominal pain, 4 trials on irritable bowel syndrome, and 1 trial on functional diarrhea. 26 of 29 trials that reported total effective rate, the treatment group showed a significant improvement compared to the control group. Most of other evaluation indicators, such as symptom score, symptom disappearance time, and recurrence rate also demonstrated statistically significant improvement. Of the 16 studies which reported safety, 5 studies reported no adverse reactions in either group, and 4 studies reported no statistically significant differences in the incidence of adverse events between two groups. Also, reported adverse events were mostly mild. Conclusions Herbal medicine may help improve symptoms of FGIDs in children. However, due to limited types of studies on sub-diseases of FGIDs and small sample sizes in each study, additional large scale clinical studies on various other FGIDs are necessary.

Regarding efficient development of computer graphic animations, lots of techniques for editing or transforming existing motion data have been developed. Basically, the motion transformation techniques follow optimization process. To make the animation be natural, almost all the techniques utilize kinematics and dynamics in constructing constraints for the optimization. Since the kinematic and dynamic structures of virtual characters to be animated are very complex, the most time-consuming part is known to the optimization process. In order to suggest some guide lines to engineers involved in the motion transformation, in this paper, we analyze the computational complexities for typical motion transformation in quantitative manner as well as the possibility for parallel computation.

Although a lot of studies have covered the analysis of infinite FSS and a few have been devoted to the finite FSS, the studies regarding with the curved effects on the band-pass FSS radome rarely have been studied. In this paper, we studied curverd effects on FSS. Using previous studies for plat FSS, we analysed the characteristic of curved FSS.

Objective: This study aimed to identify the clinical characteristics for differential diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease dementia (PDD) and dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) by analyzing the differences in cognitive function and caregiver burden between the patient groups. Methods: We conducted a retrospective cross-sectional study with idiopathic Parkinson’s disease patients and DLB patients. Differences in cognitive function were measured using the standardized neuropsychological test battery (Seoul Neuropsychological Screening Battery-II). Differences in the caregiver burden were measured by the Neuropsychiatric Inventory-Questionnaire (NPIQ) for behavioral psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD) and Korean-Instrumental Activities of Daily living (K-IADL) for daily living activities. For statistical analysis, chi-square test and multivariate analysis of variance and binary logistic regression and correlation analysis were conducted using SPSS 22. Results: Nine Parkinson’s disease-Normal cognition (PD-NC), 25 Parkinson’s disease-mild cognitive impairment (PD-MCI), 20 PDD and 11 DLB patients were included. Compared with PDD and DLB, attentional deficit correlated more strongly with DLB, but language dysfunction showed more correlation with PDD. Caregiver burden correlated more strongly with DLB than PDD. Delusion and aberrant motor behaviors of NPI-Q and taking medicine of K-IADL were strongly related with the caregiver burden of both PDD and DLB. Conclusion: This study identified that neuropsychological profile and caregiver burden in comparison of BPSD and ADL can contribute to the differential diagnosis of PDD and DLB.

The preference of Ru metathesis catalysts for each of the E- and Z-alkenes was determined by time-dependent fluorescence quenching method. In the metathesis reactions of diene substrates containing combinations of Z/E-alkenes, the Z/E-alkene preference of the catalysts accurately predicted the Z/E-isomer selectivity.

We proposed experimental method define passband transmission window of curved dielectric layer with embedded FSS.
