This paper is to study and analyze the change factor including with combustion engine to electric car. In recent, the fossil fuel that a great part of the energy source existence in the earth was brought on the global warming phenomenon endangering the survial of mankind. It was been at the end of one’s rope that a mankind had to change with the electric car for decreasing a CO2 from the emission gas in the vehicle. But for changing a electric car, the every nations in the world must devicefully resolve the reduced work problem and the derivation problem causing with decline of the petroleum consumption. Resulting do a survey for purchase reason of a electric car, the cost of fuel was investigated in the highest ratio of 56.5% in the survey. This is the most important factor for economical aspect like fuel expense reduction. To increase the electric car, the charge expense will be maintained with low price continuously. In the questionnaire survey analysis for the supply expansion of electric car, a charging station secure was investigated in the highest ratio of 44.7% in the survey. This can forecast to think more important the practical convience than the electric vehicle price and environmentfriendly awareness. The prospect of electric vehicle marcket is predicted that the car makers to live in heavy competition must quickly read the market situation and sales strategy in the world because of discrepancy reduction of technical between the conventional and new car makers.

This paper is to study and analyze for manufacturing of a vehicle using with 125㏄ engine. The first, we made the manufacture a car using with material of the carbon steel pipe that was 27㎜ in a diameter and 2.9㎜ on thickness. But all frame manufacture of a car as knuckle and power-train system made the same pipe, the acceleration power of a car was very disadvantage driving. Therefore this problem must improve accurately. The second, the sprocket teeth ratio of power-train system adjusted on 4.61:1 that the number of tooth processed with 13 tooth on small gear and 60 tooth on large gear. It verified the fact that the gear ratio did to optimize the driving condition on kunsan contest in 2015. The third, the suspension in chassis system softly controlled the hardness of front side and stiffly adjusted the damping force of rear shock absorbers. It was knew for the driver to advantage driving his a car. The steering system largely could make better use of a space when moving in front of pedal. Also, the brake system was improved to distribute the accurate brake force by two clutch master cylinder.

The purpose of this paper is to study for the electric car using manufacturing technique. It made the single-seater personal vehicle running on road by applying the electric car system. The first, it seek to minimize the deflection using profile method that was fixed with jig instrument. The second, it improved the electric car power composed the regenerative braking system by applying the generator using in wind-generation. The third, resulting test the controller, it could certify the stability driving and manufacture side of car. The fourth the gear ratio of power-train of sprocket knew that was very good at 4.5:1 by driving test. The fifth, the driver could confirmed the durability and driving stability after installing the steering, suspension, brake and tire and wheel system.

The purpose of this paper is study and analysis the failure examples for tribological characteristics of automotive steering system. When the revolution of inner tie-rod and ball joint is bad, the steering wheel is difficult for action. Decreasing this condition, the driver must inhibit non-pavement and abnormality road riding. Also, resulting sticking phenomenon identification by oil leaking of oil power steering pump, the driver must keep not only riding condition of normal road but also thoroughly vehicle management according to inspection period. Finally, to decrease failure of system by damaging of power steering belt, the belt have to preserve profit tension.

In recent, the automotive makers have produced the vehicles of many colours that chose by many people. But, if the beautiful painting parts on vehicle appear the variation of paint film by inferiority of paint and chemical effecting, they will be taken the bad influence because of a falling- off in quality. In this paper, the several examples produced in the field identified the fact that give large effect for paint system. The viscosity of coating material affect with paint film formation. When the paint part doesn't make uniform paint film because of lowering viscosity, it made identified inferiority phenomenon by running of paint. The adhesive property of paint surface is affected with roughness. It become so rough that well absorb the coating material. As a result, the researcher certified the phenomenon of orange peel that is collected with certain parts by paint film clod. When the researcher is adhered an alien substance adhesive with paint part during driving in the local where a pollutant contain in air, he identified the inferiority example of paint film because of chemical changing. When the driver keep his car for long time in a garage where is cut the air flowing, he certified the blistering phenomenon of paint film.
승용차 ABS의 하이드로릭 유닛, 센서, 컴퓨터에 관련된 트라이볼로지적인 고장사례 고찰

In this paper, we present our analysis of tribological failure examples for an anti-lock brake system(ABS) in a car. The study range of this paper is to improve the quality of ABS system by analyzing with sensor, computer, actuator and oil lines. In the first example, the brake leak from hydraulic supply line in a caliper on the rear left side of the ABS hydraulic modulator. This produces the sponge phenomenon, where the car does not brake even when the driver operates the brake pedal. The hydraulic unit operating ABS is actuator that play role regulating drive condition according with the oil pressure supplied with wheel of a car. In the second example, the service man does not completely tighten the fixed bolt after repairing the car. This causes the ABS warning lamp to light up as the ABS wheel speed sensor cannot detect whether the ABS has been activated. In the third example, the ABS electronic control unit is separated from the soldered part of the inner circuit board. Consequently, the ABS fails in control because the ABS motor pump receives no-signal for the hydraulic unit. The wheel speed sensor has to large durability because of giving signal of acting condition to computer by detected the acceleration and deceleration of wheel of a car. In the fourth example, the ABS warning lamp lights up of when cracks propagate in the circuit board soldering part. The circuit of this computer is very important part for input and output the operating signal of system. Such failures can aggravate the durability of the ABS. Thus, the ABS needs to be optimized to eliminate malfunction phenomenon.
베이즈주의와 헴펠: 베이즈주의자들은 헴펠의 직관을 포착하는가?

까마귀 역설의 역설적 결론은 입증에 대해 헴펠이 가지고 있던 직관이다. 베이즈주의자들의 표준적 해결책(SBS)은 이 직관을 포착함으로써, 입증에 대한 헴펠의 직관을 정교화 시켰다는 평가를 받는다. 하지만 헴펠이 제시한 직관은 그것만이 아니었다. 헴펠은 그 역설적 결론과 더불어 또 하나의 직관을 제시했다. SBS는 엄밀한 의미에서 이 두 번째 직관을 포착하지 못한다. 하지만 나는 베이즈주의자들이 그들의 전형적인 전략을 이용하여 이 두 번째 직관을 구제할 것으로 예상한다. 그런 전략이 인정된다면, SBS에 대한 긍정적 평가는 건재하다. 역설에 대한 헴펠의 해명은 이들 두 직관이 제공하는 입증관계를 비교한다. 헴펠이 제시한 두 직관을 받아들이면 그런 비교에 대한 헴펠의 또 다른 직관이 도출된다. 따라서 그 세 번째 직관을 포착하지 못한다면, 헴펠의 직관을 제대로 포착한다고 말할 수 없다. 나는 이 글에서 헴펠의 주요 직관들이 SBS와 양립불가능하다는 것을 보인다. 그리하여 결국 이들이 양립가능하기 위해서는 SBS의 중요한 가정 하나를 거부해야 한다고 주장한다. Hempel’s original intuitions about the raven’s paradox are summed up in three ways. The first is known as the paradoxical conclusion: If one observes that an object a - about which nothing is antecedently known - is a non-black non-raven, then this observation confirms that all ravens are black. The second is an intuitive verdict of the misled conclusion of the paradox: If one observes that an object a - which is known to be a non-raven - is non-black (hence, is a non-black non-raven), then this observation does not confirmationally affect that all ravens are black. The third is a comparative claim between the two intuitions: the degree of confirmation appearing in the first intuition is greater than the degree of confirmation in the second intuition. The Standard Bayesian Solution of the paradox is evaluated to fleshed Hempel’s intuitions out by establishing the first intuition. However, such an evaluation of this solution should be further analyzed because Hempel’s intuition is not the only one. The solution of paradox does not establish the second intuition in a strict sense. However, I think the Bayesian solution will establish the second intuition based on its typical strategy of quantitative vindication. If only quantitative vindication is accepted, this evaluation of the solution remains valid. Nevertheless, the solution fails to establish the third intuition. In this article, I propose a new way to apply the Bayesian method to establish Hempel’s intuitions, including the third intuition. If my analysis is correct, the Standard Bayesian Solution of the raven’s paradox could indeed flesh Hempel’s intuitions out by denying one of the assumptions considered essential.

This paper is to study a car market share improvement method including with a national car manufacture running in Georgia State, America. The car makers of Korea have to pursue the positive marketing strategy for overseas Koreans with most carefully and drastically the service policy to improve a market share in America . Also, they actively strengthen the sales promotion activity in the place where the korean, chinese, indian, vietnam and philippins come to shop in Korean market . It is good method to improve market share that is to endeavor increasing with a pick-up sales. In the survey, the Japenese brand a car was verified with the most selling car in America passenger car market. It was most brand the car’s quality performance and competitive price comparing with other national car in the world. And, it was verified with brand image because of selling for decades period in the America. Therefore, a car maker of Korea continually have to do a research and devolepment to improve car’s quality and price competitiveness.
