Two Sensors Method를 이용한 진원도 정밀측정 알고리즘 연구

This study is for a roundness and runout error algorithm for a DD servo motor and Spindle. Rounness and run out error estimates machine parts. The reason, machine parts have a lot of circular parts, which they have a relationship with DD servo motor and spindle. Especially, runout error is very important. The runout has an effect of machining form and feed. The proposed method is compared with one sensor method and two sensors method. Also, most of roundness is calculated by least square method. To compare result, the one sensor method and the two sensors method is calculated almost identical. To suggest the two sensors method will be used for other geometrical measured data, such as sphere or cylinder for obtaining the exact sphericity or cylindricity.

대형 5축 문형공작기계는 Gantry가 bed를 따라 절삭, 급송 이송하면서 가공을 수행 한다. 가공을 수행하는 중에 발생하는 오차(Zig-Zag)원인으로써 1) 양쪽 X축 이송모터의 위치오차 제어차이 2) 양쪽 Column의 무게차이에 의해 발생하는 마찰력에 대한 오차 3) spindle 회전력에 따른 오차 3가지의 원인이 있다. 3가지 오차원인을 분석하여 문형공작기계성능을 향상시키기 위해 연구를 진행 하였다. 연구결과로는 첫 번째로 양쪽 Column이 동일한 무게를 갖는 Gantry 구조에서 한쪽 축의 무게를 변경함으로써 마찰력이 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 두 번째로 우리는 스핀들 회전이 미치는 영향을 해석 및 실험하였다. 그리고 우리는 스핀들 회전이 Gantry이송에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. A large five-axis gantry-type machine performs cutting operations by moving the gantry, along with a bed. During operation, there are three sources of position (zig-zag) errors: 1) the position difference between two control motors on the X axis, 2) friction difference from the different column weights, and 3) torque of the rotating spindle. This study improved the performance of a gantry-type machine by analyzing these three error sources. We changed the mass of a column in the gantry structure and measured the effect on the friction result. We also studied the spindle torque influences on the movement performance of the gantry in relation to the spindle rotation.

Duct ANC System에서 부가음원 방향별 소음감소효과

In this paper, we studied on an attenuation effect of automobile exhaust noise according to the direction of canceling speaker in ANC system. Automobile exhaust noise was recorded at 800 rpm, 3500 rpm and 5000 rpm of a diesel engine. Directions of canceling speaker can be set to $30^{\circ}$, $90^{\circ}$ and $150^{\circ}$ against the primary noise flow by acrylic ducts to be made for the experimentation. DSP board with TMS320C6416 chip of Texas Instrument Co. used to control the ANC system. The algorithm of this ANC system applied the Filtered-x-LMS algorithm that is modified to compensate for a property of DSP input signal and the secondary-path effect. As an experiment result, the direction of canceling speaker was proved to influence the reduction effect of noise. The $150^{\circ}$ duct in the attenuation effect of noise showed a better result than the $90^{\circ}$ or $30^{\circ}$ duct.
반사경 측정을 위한 타워 방식의 Fold Mirror를 이용한 Fizeau 간섭계 시스템 구성

Fizeau interferometer is used for inspecting the lens surface profile accurately. This study is focused on the design and optical measuring techniques for Large optical components, such as a reflection mirror for large area lithography or astronomical purpose. A tower type Fizeau interferometer is designed and set up in horizontally with a 45° fold mirror which makes easy to align the optical path of heavy interferometer system. To align the optical path, a five-axes stage for the interferometer is required. This study shows a method of the 45° fold mirror alignment by using a three-axis stage instead of adjusting the interferometer itself or measuring object. This system will be installed on the large optics polishing machine during the manufacturing process as an on-machine inspection system.
