        도정수율(搗精收率)과 성능향상(性能向上)을 위(爲)한 연구(硏究)(V) -분풍(噴風) 연삭식(硏削式) 정미기(精米機)의 정백성능(精白性能)에 관(關)한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)-

        The milling process is considered as causing one of the greatest grain losses among all the processes in rice post-production. Major source of grain losses in the rice milling is considered as the whitening process. This study was attempted to develop an abrasive-type whitener, the whitening chamber of which being supplied by jet-air evenly and continuously. To investigate the milling performance by the new whitener, three kind of emery-stone grit(#36, #41, and #46), and three levels of rotational speed of emery stone roller (950, 1070, and 1200 rpm) were tested. The jet-air abrasive-type whitener was also compared with the conventional abrasive-type having no jet-air blower in terms of their milling performance. In addition, the effect of different combinations of sequential uses of the abrasive- and friction-type whiteners on the milling performance was also experimentally evaluated. The results of this study are summarized as follows; 1. In general, the whitening system combined with the abrasive type whitener with jet-air supply, which was newly designed, and the existing jet-air friction type whiteners produces more milled- and head-rice by about 0.3% points and 2.8% points, respectively than the system combined with the existing abrasive type without the jet-air supply under the same operational conditions. The former also consumed less electricity by 0.024 KwH per 100kg of milled rice production and gave more milling capacity by about 35 kg/hr. As compared with the conventional whitening system consisting of jet-air friction type whiteners only, the former yielded more milled- and head-rice by 1.5% points and 4.4% points, respectively. 2. The abrasive roller having 46 grit emery was better than the roller having 36 grit in aspects of milling performance and machine efficiency, in general. 3. With regard to the effect of combination method of abrasive type and friction type whiteners, one pass in abrasive type plus three passes in friction type gave better milling performance and energy efficiency than the two passes in abrasive type plus two passes in friction type regardless of the designs of the emery stone rollers. 4. The increase in rotational speed of the emery stone roller from 950 rpm to 1200 rpm presented negative effects on milled and head-rice yields and machine efficiency, but slightly positive effect on milling capacity.

      • 분말활성탄을 이용한 극미량 농도 Nitrosomethylamine의 흡착 제거

        Recently, the results of vital tissue test showed that nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) as a disinfection by-product (DBP), could be regarded as a carcinogen because a tumor was observed in organs. U.S.EPA indicated 0.7 ng/L as exposure concentration of NDMA based on a risk assessment target with a lifetime cancer risk of <TEX>$10^{-6}$</TEX>. Several recent studies have shown that UV oxidation could remove NDMA. However, UV oxidation is uneconomical and can reform NDMA after treating. In addition, the treatment mechanism of adsorption has not been founddue to the uncertainty of NDMA pathway. In addtion, NDMA has a radioisotope <TEX>$^{14}C$</TEX>-labeled which can be analyzed at low concentration of NDMA by Liquid Scintillation Counter (LSC). This study has investigated NDMA determination using LSC at an extremely low range from 1 to 100 ng/L and NDMA removal by powdered activated carbon (PAC) adsorption. For <TEX>$^{14}C$</TEX>-NDMA by LSC, the highest correlation over 99% between count number and NDMA concentrationwas obtained with possibility of <TEX>$^{14}C$</TEX>-NDMA concentration up to 1 ng/L. In the presence of PAC ranging from 50 to 10,000 mg/L, <TEX>$^{14}C$</TEX>-NDMA was removed from 18% to 97% for Sigma-Aldrich corporation (S-A co.) and from 9% to 93% by PAC for Daejung corporation (Dj co.). Hence it was found that the removal efficiency by PAC adsorption could vary depending on PAC types from different companies. For PAC adsorption capacity of <TEX>$^{14}C$</TEX>-NDMA using the Freundlich isotherm, <TEX>$K_f$</TEX> and 1/n of PAC from S-A co. were <TEX>$2.67\times10^{-3}$</TEX> ng/mg and 1.009, while those of PAC from Dj co. were <TEX>$1.30\times10^{-3}$</TEX> ng/mg and 0.994, respectively. Thus, PAC from S-A co. showed twice higher adsorption capacity than Dj co.

        자동차 부싱은 차체로 전달되는 하중을 줄여주는 역할을 하는 자동차 현가장치의 주요부품으로 바깥쪽 슬리브와 안쪽의 축 사이에서 가운데가 비어 있는 실린더의 형상을 가진다. 차축에 작용되는 힘과 모멘트에 대한 부싱의 상대변위 및 변형각도는 점탄성 성질을 나타내며, 부싱에서 힘과 모멘트와 이에 대한 변위와 변형각도의 관계는 다물체 동역학 시뮬레이션에 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 자동차 부싱의 회전방향 모드에 대한 모멘트와 변형각도의 점탄성 관계를 변형각도에 의존하는 모멘트 완화함수를 통하여 부싱모델을 완성하였으며, 완성된 점탄성 부싱 모델은 회전방향 모드에 대한 실험값과 비교하여 검증하였다. A bushing is a hollow cylinder, which is bonded to a solid steel shaft at its inner surface and a steel sleeve at its outer surface. The relation between the force and moment applied to the shaft and the relative deformation and rotational angle of a bushing exhibits features of viscoelasticity. Since a moment-rotational angle relation for a bushing is important for multibody dynamics numerical simulations, the simple relation between the moment and rotational angle has been derived from experiment. It is shown that the predictions by the proposed moment-rotational angle relation are in very good agreement with the experimental results.

        정당한 전보의 원리로서 대칭 - 이당사자 중심적 사고방식의 임계점에서 -

        손해의 인식은 실제 발생한 재산적 피해의 양을 계산하는 것에 그치지 않는다. 이미 여러 사례를 놓고 학설 및 판례를 통해 논의되어온 바와 같이 손해의 존재는 규범적인 관점에서 구성되기도 한다. 그렇다고 규범적 관점에 전적으로 의지하여 손해의 인식이 이루어질 수도 없다. 왜냐하면 위법행위가 존재한다고 하여 반드시 손해가 존재하는 것은 아니며, 규범적으로 인정된 손해에 대해서도 사실적인 관점에서 그 손해의 존재와 범위 등과 관련하여 여전히 의문이 제기될 수 있기 때문이다. 이에 손해의 인식은 사실성과 규범성의 긴장관계 안에서 유동적으로 이루어진다. 본 논문은 손해 인식의 유동성과 관련된 제3자손해의 발생가능성과 이러한 제3자손해의 전보를 정당화하는 문제를 다룬다. 제3자손해의 배상은 가해자의 책임범위가 부당하게 확대될 우려가 있으므로 원칙적으로 금지된다(채권자이익의 원칙). 이 기본원칙의 근저에는 채권관계의 상대성 원칙과 이당사자 중심적 사고방식이 자리잡고 있다. 그러나 몇몇 사례에서 가해자의 부당한 면책을 막기 위해 제3자손해의 전보를 허용해도 되는 것은 아닌지 문제가 된다. 특히 위법행위가 문제된 법률관계의 당사자 또는 제3자에게 손해가 양자택일적으로 발생한다면 제3자손해의 전보를 허용하더라도 가해자의 책임이 부당하게 확대되지 않으므로 채권자이익의 원칙을 목적론적 관점에서 유연화할 수 있을 것이다. 나아가 실제로 발생한 제3자손해의 전보를 위해, 이당사자 중심적 사고방식에 따른 손해개념의 규범화에 구속되지 않고 제3자의 손해가 관련된 법률관계들을 바라볼 수 있는 구조적 관점에 대해 고민하게 된다. 이에 본고는 정당한 전보의 원리로서 대칭을 제시하고, 이와 기존 손해배상법상 기본원칙의 관계에 대해 숙고해본다.

A bushing is a hollow cylinder, which is bonded to a solid steel shaft at its inner surface and a steel sleeve at its outer surface. The relation between the force applied to the shaft and the relative deformation of a bushing is nonlinear and exhibits features of viscoelasticity. A force-displacement relation for bushings is important for multibody dynamics numerical simulations. For the nonlinear viscoelastic axial response, Pipkin-Rogers model, the direct relation of force and displacement, has been derived from Lianis model and the sinusoidal input was used for Pipkin-Rogers model, and the affection of displacement with frequency change was studied with Pipkin-Rogers model.<br/>

        윌리엄 블레이크와 지식의 네트워크 -시와 과학의 소통을 중심으로

        Although his mythic poetry deals with the fall and resurrection of Albion as the origin of humankind, William Blake (1757-1827) simultaneously links it to the professionalization and unification of disciplinary knowledge itself. He particularly takes a great interest in the cross-referential relation of poetry to science. He argues for the communication of poetry and science on equal footing with each other without the former`s prioritization over the latter, or vice versa. In his works Vala, or The Four Zoas (1797-1807) and Jerusalem: The Emanation of the Giant Albion (1804-1820), on which I focus in this essay, Blake`s primary problematic is to display strong conflicts among different systems of knowledge. I approach this issue in light of the ideological clash of Newtonian thought, Romantic thought, and postmodern thought. In his poetry, Blake thematizes the very clashes of these different thought patterns. From the standpoint of Romantic thought, first of all, Blake problematizes Newtonian Enlightenment. He criticizes abstract universalization both in poetry and science, which Urizen, one of four Zoas, propagates. Protesting against Urizen`s Newtonism, Los values "living form." Thus, Blake demonstrates, through this figure, that poetic imagination and scientific organicism are discursively communicative. Blake, however, also questions the network of Romantic science and Romantic poetry so as to suggest what current critics would call postmodern thought. Blakean postmodernism pursues the self-similarity of organic structure in science and poetry. Precisely, Blake sees polypus as a proliferation of organic body; he arranges four Zoas` self-repetitive stories in a non-linear way. Blake aspires for the conflicting coexistence of different thought patterns.

        상속법상 포괄승계원칙과 디지털 유산 : 소셜 네트워크 서비스 계정의 상속성에 관한 독일 연방대법원 판결(BGH, Urteil v. 12. 07. 2018 - Ⅲ ZR 183/17)을 중심으로

        Die auf der innovativen Entwicklung der IT-Industrie beruhende Digitalisierung der Kommunikationsform führte den sozialstrukturellen, kulturellen Wandel herbei. Er ist nun auch in eine nach dem Tod eines Menschen hinterlassene Sache geprägt. Dabei geht es um die Reaktion des Erbrechts auf den digitalisierten Nachlass. Diesbezüglich wurde vor ein paar Jahren in Deutschland diskutiert, ob ein Konto in einem sozialen Netzwerk vererbbar ist, und diese Frage behandelte auch der deutsche Bundesgerichtshof. Darin stellte er klar, dass Erben auf das Konto von Verstorbenen zugreifen dürfen, weil das digitale Konto vererbbar ist. Die vorliegende Betrachtung nimmt das BGH-Urteil zum Anlass für die Überlegung, ob und unter welchen Umständen ein digitaler Nachlass zu vererben ist. Mit dem Tode einer Person geht deren Vermögen als Ganzes im Wege der Gesamtrechtsnachfolge (Universalsukzession) auf den Erben über. Nach diesem erbrechtlichen Grundsatz sind nicht nur die dem Erblasser gehörenden Sachen, sondern auch Vertragsverpflichtungen und vermögensrechtliche Positionen zu vererben. Höchstpersönliche nichtvermögensrechtliche Rechte und Verpflichtungen sind jedoch prinzipiell von der Gesamtrechtsnachfolge ausgeschlossen. Bei dem in der vorliegenden Arbeit behandelten BGH-Urteil fragt es sich vorzugsweise, ob die vertragliche Position aus dem die Mitgliedschaft in einem sozialen Netzwerk begründenden Nutzungsvertrag im Wege der Universalsukzession vererbbar ist. Da diese Position auch höchstpersönliche und nichtvermögensrechtliche Inhalte umfasst, welche sich aus dem von dem Erblasser und seinen Gesprächspartnern erstellten Kommunikationsverlauf ergeben, lässt sich die Frage nach der Anwendbarkeit der Universalsukzession nicht einfach bejahen. Trotzdem bejahte der BGH diese Frage und zog als Grund heran, dass die Vererblichkeit des digitalen Kontos in Analogie zur Vererblichkeit des Briefes ist. Dabei zeigt die Vererblichkeit des Briefes auf, dass das Vorliegen der höchstpersönlichen Inhalte nicht unbedingt die Vererbbarkeit ausschließt. In diesem Fall wird mit der formellen Unterscheidung von vermögensrechtlichen und höchstpersönlichen Inhalten der Anwendungsbereich der Universalsukzession nicht vollständig gezogen. Diesbezüglich bedarf es einer eingehenden Betrachtung, wobei die Anwendung der Universalsukzession in materieller Hinsicht zu überprüfen ist. Dafür ist die Daseinsberechtigung der Universalsukzession zu berücksichtigen. In diesem Zusammenhang sollte geprüft werden, ob und inwieweit das formelle Kriterium der Universalsukzession flexibilisiert werden kann und wie die Vererbbarkeit des Nachlasses individuell zu rechtfertigen ist. Dabei kommt in rechtsmethodischer Hinsicht die teleologische Reduktion in Betracht. So lässt sich über ein mögliches Problem, das aus der Vererblichkeit der nutzungsvertraglichen Position entsteht, und den damit zusammenhängenden, materiellen Anwendungsbereich der Universalsukzession nachdenken.

        고농도 입자성 유기폐수의 고효율 혐기성 소화 공정

        고농도 입자성 유기 폐수를 대상으로 기존 혐기성 공정인 CSTR과 UASB공정으로 처리 시 불량한 상징수질, 불안정한 운전 특성과 같은 문제점이 제시되었다. 이에 본 연구는 새로운 개념의 ADEPT(Anaerobic Digestion Elutriated Phased Treatment) 공정을 주정폐수에 적용하여 처리 가능성을 평가하였다. CSTR과 ADEPT의 성능 비교 결과 ADEPT공정에서 gas 발생량은 약 2배였으며, 유기물 제거 효율과 고형물 제거 효율 역시 더 높은 효율을 보여주었다. 또한 ADPET는 비교적 짧은 HRT에서도 휘발성 지방산 생성으로 인한 pH 저하의 영향을 받지 않았으며, 안정적으로 pH를 유지하였다. ADEPT의 recycle ratio를 6Qin과 2Qin으로 변화를 주어 운전 시 6Qin의 운전 기간 동안 높은 처리 효율을 보여주었다. 따라서 ADEPT는 짧은 HRT로 인한 경제성 향상과 메탄 발생을 이용한 에너지 회수,또한 산 생성조에서 생성되는 유기산을 최대로 생산,BNR 공정의 유기 탄소원으로 활용 가치가 있다고 판단된다. It has been mentioned that CSTR (Completely Stirred Tank Reactor) and UASB (Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket) processes, the existing anaerobic processes, have problems in the treatment of highly concentrated particulate organic wastewater (HCPOW). Therefore, this paper discusses the treatment possibility of distillery wastewater which is a typical HCPOW using ADEPT (anaerobic Digestion Elutriated Phased Treatment) process. In the comparison of CSTR and ADEPT, ADEPT produced much higher gas than that of CSTR removing more organic matters and suspended solids in ADEPT process, ADEPT had no effect on the decrease in pH by volatile fatty acids and showed steady pH in spite of relatively short HRT. In the results of removal rate according to recycle ratios between 6Qin and 2Qin in ADEPT, 6Qin showed high removal rate during the operation time. Therefore it appears that ADEPT had an applicability for the treatment of distillery wastewater. ADEPT could be a economical process, due to the short HRT, the energy recovery by the methane production, and the utilization for carbon source of produced organic acid from the ADEPT-acid reactor.
