본 논문은 코일형 스피커에 사용되는 D 클래스 오디오 앰프를 세라믹 평판스피커에 적용하는 기술을 제안하였다. 제안 방법은 전압 구동 방식의 G class와는 달리 전력 구동 방식의 D class 방식을 사용하였고 매칭 트랜스미터를 사용하여 결과적으로 보다 더 큰 전압 구동을 할 수 있었다. 목재 플라스틱 종이 등의 다양한 매질을 활용하여 음량에 대한 성능을 평가한 결과 기존의 G class 오디오 앰프 방식에 비해 제안 방법이 약 10% 이상의 성능 향상을 보여주었다. 본 시스템은 휴대용 정보기기들의 외장 스피커 시스템으로 활용할 수 있다. A class-D audio amplifier is widely used in coil speaker. This paper presented the technique for applying a class-D audio amplifier to the ceramic flat speaker. This technique can be achieved by employing a matching transmitter in order to replace class-G amplifier that is drven by voltage level to class-D amplifier employing power driving method. Consequently the presented technique can improve the efficiency by making the voltage driving level a litter larger. We evaluate the sound-level efficiency using the various mediums such as wood plastic and paper. From the simulation results the proposed technique employing a class-D audio amplifier rather than a class-G one showed a 10% improvement. The proposed system can be applicable for the mobile appliances as an external slim speaker.

Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC), a rare cutaneous neuroendocrine carcinoma, is most common in sun-exposed areas of aged individuals. Merkel cell polyomavirus (MCPyV) is one causative agent of MCC. Cases of MCC concurrent with other skin tumors, especially squamous cell carcinoma, are rarely reported. Immunohistochemical staining is performed using antibodies to the MCPyV large-T antigen (CM2B4) only in select cases. To date, no cases of MCPyV have been reported in Korea. Here we report a case of MCC concurrent with squamous cell carcinoma in an aged man and discuss the pathogenesis of the case through CM2B4 staining. (Korean J Dermatol 2023;61(4):239∼243)
2차원 유한요소법과 3차원 한계평형법을 이용한 테일러스 사면안정성 해석

본 연구에서는 2차원 유한요소법과 3차원 한계평형법을 함께 이용하여 테일러스 분포사면의 안정성을 해석하였다. Phase2를 이용한 유한요소해석에서는 발생응력의 분포를 이용하여 파괴심도를 추정하였다. 파괴면은 테일러스층 하부에 약 3-10m의 두께로 분포하는 붕적층 내에서 발생하였다. 유한요소해석 결과와 지질조사결과를 바탕으로 3차원 모델을 작성하여 한계평형해석을 실시하였다. 3차원 한계평형해석결과를 보면 건조시에는 모든 사면에서 안정한 것으로 나타났으나, 집중호우에 의해 지하수면이 붕적층을 포화시킬 때에는 급격히 불안정해지는 것으로 나타났다. A series of talus slope stability analyses were carried out using 2D FEM and 3D limit equilibrium methods for this study. The FEM analyses on Phase 2 were performed to delineate failure depths based on stress distributions for each slope. The results revealed that the failure surface exist in the colluvium layer of about 3-10 m thickness. Three dimensional models, derived from the FEM analyses and geological field survey, were made for the use in a 3D limit equilibrium analysis. The result shows that all the talus slopes are stable under dry condition, but unstable under saturated condition due to heavy rain.

유전자 재조합 방법에 의해서 대장균으로 부터 재조합 인체 인터루킨-2 (rH IL-2, $Ser^{125}$-rH IL-2)를 과발현 시켰으며, 이 재조합 인체 인터루킨-2를 순수분리하여 그 생화학적 특성을 조사하였다. 분리 및 정제는 세포봉입체의 분리, 우레아 추출, 용해 및 젤여과 크로마토그라피 등을 사용하였으며, 정제된 인터루킨-2의 원형재현은 투석법을 사용하였다. 정제된 재조합 인터루킨-2의 순도는 전기영동 및 HPLC로 확인하였으며, 또한 결정을 얻음으로써 재확인하였다. 아미노말단 아미노산분석 및 아미노산배열순서를 일부 결정함으로서 정제된 재조합 인체 인터루킨-2가 천연 인터루킨-2와 동일한 일차구조를 갖고 있음을 확인하였다. Amino terminal amino acid analysis and partial amino acid sequence analysis showed that the primary structure of the recombinant protein (rH IL-2) was found to be identical with natural IL-2. The purity and the conformation of the rH IL-2 were al so confirmed by obtaining crystals of the recombinant protein.

The purpose of this study is to perform development of techniques for reduction of ground vibration caused by highspeed railway. At the first year, we have researched for the statically and dynamically characteristics of materials that could reduce the propagated ground vibration. The tire chip and blast furnace slag had been selected as the reduction material. And we have tested these materials by computer analysis.

The purification was carried out by methods involving isolation of inclusion body, urea extraction, solubilization and gel filtration chromatography. The renaturation of the product was achieved by extensive dialysis against the storage buffer. The purity was confirmed by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Amino terminal amino acid analysis and partial amino acid sequence analysis showed that the primary structure of the recombinant protein (rH IL-2) was found to be identical with natural IL-2. The purity and the conformation of the rH IL-2 were also confirmed by obtaining crystals of the recombinant protein.
