Glass viscosity effects on the electrical properties and microstructure of RuO2 based thick film resistors (TFR) using alumina modified lead borosilicate glasses were studied. AT 85$0^{\circ}C$, the glass viscosities were increased from 4.24Pa.s to 51.5Pa.s when the alumina was added from none to 14 weight percent to the standard glass of 63% PbO, 25% B2O3 and 12% SiO2. The resistivities of resistors were generally decreased and the microstructure development was retarded as the viscosity of the glass increased. This is contrary to the generally accepted thought that the low resistivity is due to fast microstructure development kinetics in TFR. Even though the glass viscosity retards the microstructure development kinetics, the overall network formations are favored for higher viscosity of glass, such that the sheet resistivities were decreased as the glass viscosity increased.

The friction coefficients of the rubber for clutch master cylinder were experimentally measured in this study. The cylindrical rubber samples for primary cup-seal and secondary cup-seal were tested against the aluminum or the steel plates of master cylinder housing under the various conditions of brake oil temperatures and normal loads. Dry sliding friction coefficients were also measured under various load conditions.<br/> The test revealed following results. First, the friction coefficient under fluid lubrication condition in general decreases, as the oil temperature or normal load increases. Second, the steel plate of low surface roughness yielded comparatively low friction coefficient on the range of 0.30~0.67. On the other hand, the aluminum plate of high surface roughness yielded high friction coefficient on the range of 0.31 ~ 1.15. Third, the friction coefficient of dry surface contact decreases as the normal load increases. This is contrary to the general principle of friction coefficient between metal plates.

현재 상용화된 OLED 소자는 최대 단접인 수분 취약성의 원인으로 top emission과 flexible 타입으로 제조되는데 장애가 되고 있다. 따라서 top emission 방식과 flexible한 소자를 실현하기 위해 수분 및 산소 침투를 망지하기 위한 유전체 막의 실험이 진행되고 있는데, 본 실험에서는 기존의 PECVD보다 plasma의 density가 높은 HDP(High Density Plasma)-CVD를 사용해 SiOx 및 SiNx 유전체 film을 증착하였고 MOCON 테스트를 통한 수분침투 방지막으로써의 가능성을 검증하였다.
