        초등교사의 자기수업컨설팅 사례연구: 학습동기유발전략에 대한 성찰 중심으로

        본 연구는 초등교사인 연구자가 학습동기유발전략(ARCS)을 중심으로 자기수업컨설팅을 진행하는 과정을 통해 학습동기유발전략에 어떤 변화를 경험하고 이러한 자기수업컨설팅이 교사에게 어떤 의미가 있는지 살펴보는 것에 목적이 있었다. 본 연구는 2017년 8월-2018년 2월 초까지 6개월간 G광역시 J초등학교 학생 24명에게 진행된 사회과 수업을 대상으로 진행되었다. 자기수업컨설팅은 총 3차례로 이루어졌으며, 학습동기유발전략 분석도구를 활용한 수업분석은 총 6회의 사회 수업 동영상 촬영을 가지고 진행하였다. 동기유발 전략 분석 도구를 활용한 수업분석과 더불어 교사의 수업성찰일지와 학생 인터뷰를 활용한 내용을 토대로 수업 문제의 원인을 분석한 후 개선안을 작성하여 이를 적용해보는 과정을 반복하였다. 이와 같은 연구를 통해 교사는 2가지 경험을 할 수 있었다. 첫째, 학생의 배움을 촉진하기 위해 교사의 기존 학습동기유발전략을 돌아보고 그 전략 범위 및 요소들을 실제로 개선할 수 있었다. 둘째, 자기수업컨설팅을 통해 교사는 수업에서 학생을 대하는 태도에 변화도 가져올 수 있었다. 더불어 수업을 바라보는 관점이 교사의 시선에서 학생의 시선으로 보는 위치 변화를 경험할 수 있었다. 총체적으로 이러한 자기수업컨설팅 과정의 본인 수업성찰 경험이 교사인 연구자에게 스스로 ‘수업 전문성’ 역량을 기를 수 있는 중요한 계기가 되었다. The purpose of this study was to examine what the primary teacher did through the process of self instructional consulting using learning motivation strategy (ARCS) analysis tools and what this experience meant to teacher. The research was conducted on 24 students of J Elementary school in G city for six months from the end of August 2017 to the beginning of February 2018. Self instructional consulting consisted of three sessions, and class analysis using synchronous strategy analysis tools was conducted with a total of six video clips of social classes. Based on class analysis using synchronous strategy analysis tools, the teacher's review log and student interviews were used to analyze the causes of class problems and repeat the process of preparing and applying improvement plans. Through these studies, the teacher was able to have two experiences: First, in order to promote students' learning, the teacher was able to look back on the teacher's existing learning motivation strategies and actually improve the scope and elements of those strategies. Second, self instructional consulting enabled the teacher to change the way she treat students in class. In addition, the teacher's experience was able to change her perspective from teacher to student in class. Overall, the experience of self instructional consulting process was an important opportunity for the researcher who was a teacher to develop their own ‘Professionality in class’.

      • 혈액배양검사 근거중심 임상실무지침 적용 및 평가

        Purpose: To evaluate the effects of blood culture’s clinical practice guideline on nurse’s knowledge, cognition, practice and false positive rates. Methods: Research instrument was developed to assess knowledge, cognition, practice of nurses regarding blood culture by investigators. It consists of 26 questions and verified validity. One hundred-two nurses participated in this study. A descriptive analysis was conducted to determine the subject’s characteristics and t-test, and Pearson’s correlation were conducted to evaluate the effects of guideline using SPSS 21.0. Results: After educating this guideline, nurse’s knowledge, cognition and practice of nurse significantly improved before education. The relations of correlation among knowledge and cognition, practice and knowledge, practice and cognition were statistically significant. In addition, although it was not statistically significant, false positive rate was decreased (pre-education 1.5%, post education 1%). Conclusion: The clinical practice guideline of blood culture may improve the nurse’s knowledge and nursing practice to decrease false positive rate in this study. The result of this research would provide the evidence-base practice in nursing as well as decline medical cost.

      • 춘천지역 노인 안 보건사업 운영연구 : 1997-1999년도 사업

        This study was conducted during the year of 1977-1999 at the three Myun of chunchoen Rural Area in Kangwon Province. The study subjects were the elderly aged 60 years and over in total 786: men were 286 (36.4%) women were 500 (63.6%). Eye health care services rendered 18 times during the study period. The family type were divided into : live alone 95 (14.3%), live with married partner 277 (41.6%), live with adult married child 232 (34.8%). Eye diseases detected : cataract were 402 (26.3%), refractive error were 254 (16.6%), pterygium 200 (13.1%), conjunctivitis 181 (11.9%), degenerative disease of retina 82 (5.4%) and other disease were 224 (14.7%), hyperopia were 88 (57.1%) hyperopia/astigmatism 27 (17.5%), myopia/astigmatism 15 (9.7%). The eye care treatment offered to the aged were; continuous follow up care 474 (37.8), drug treatment 386 (31.5%) glass185 (15.1%) operation 181 (14.8%).
