        STS 304 , 316 강의 열처리에 따른 산화거동

        N/A An oxidation behavior of 304 and 316 stainless steels were studied in dry air. After solution treatment, specimens were polished up to 1㎛ A1₂O₃ grade and then subjected to oxidation treatment in dry air at 800℃∼1200℃. The oxidation behavior between matrix and oxide scale was analyzed with SEM, EDS and XRD. When oxidation treatment was conducted at 1200℃, large thickness of Fe oxide scale was formed on top of surface and fine (Cr,Fe)₂O₃oxide film was formed below it. Cr rich zone existed at interface between metal and (Cr,Fe)₂O₃oxide layer, and it was believed that this zone acted as obstacle to oxidation. Most of Ni was detected at the interface between metal and (Cr,Fe)₂O₃and also detected at the interface between Fe₂O₃and (Cr,Fe)₂O₃.

        Squeeze Casting 법에 의해 제조된 A356 / coated SiC 복합재료의 미세조직과 기계적 특성에 관한 연구

        N/A Influence of interfacial structure between matrix and particle in A356/coated SiC composite fabricated by squeeze casting method was studied. Experimental variables are types of coated metallic film on SiC particles such as Cu, Ni-P, and applied pressure for squeeze casting. It was found that coating treatment on SiC particles improves the wetting of liquid A356 alloy on SiC particles. SiC particle distribution is very homogeneous in A356 matrix alloy which is fabricated by squeeze casting. Analysing the surface morphology of fractured A356/coated SiC, it was concluded that metallic thin film by coating treatment on SiC particle improves the interfacial bonding between particle and matrix, and so does on mechanical properties such as tensile strength. However, there was on significant difference in hardness between those composite made of as-received SiC particle and coated SiC particle.

        Al / SiCp 복합재료에서 보강재 표면의 금속 피복층이 젖음성과 계면 강도에 미치는 영향

        N/A Effects of metal coating treatment on SiC particle on wetting behavior and interfacial strength were studied. Experimental variables are included types of coated metallic films such as Cu and Ni-P, and temperatures of heat-treatment under vacuum. The experimental results concerning wetting phenomena of liquid Al on SiC, showed that coating treatment of metallic film on SiC particles remarkably improves the wetting behavior of liquid Al on SiC, especially in the case of Ni-P coating. The interfacial strength of Al/SiC composites made of coated SiC plate was higher than that of the composite with non-coated SiC plate although the coating treatment was not perfect.

        가압주조법에 의해 제조된 AC4C Al / coated SiC 복합재료의 마모특성에 관한 연구

        N/A Effects of SiC particle on wear resistance of AC4C Al/SiC composite were studied. Experimental variables included were types of metallic coatings such as Cu and Ni-P, and volume fraction of SiC particle in composite. The results of wear test showed that the wear resistance of AC4C Al/SiC composite is increased linearly with volume fraction of SiC particles. In the range of our experimental conditions, there is no significant difference in wear resistance between the type of pretreatment for coating on SiC particles used for composite specimens the as-received SiC reinforced and coated SiC reinforced composite. Wear debries generated during wear test are identified as Al from matrix alloy of specimen, and iron oxide from steel block which is counter part of abrasion test. Severe subsurface plastic deformation is observed at the regions close to the wear surface, and the surface region were work hardened.

        PFC 법에 있어서의 Al-Cu 다결정리본의 응고특성

        N/A Polycrystalline Al-Cu ribbons were produced by planar flow casting(PFC). Solidification behavior and microstructual changes of the ribbons have been investigated as a function of ribbon thickness and processing parameters. The solidification front velocity, V varies within the ribbon, decreasing with increasing the distance, S from the wheel-contact surface, as V=17.6S^(-1). In Al-4.5wt%Cu alloy, rapid decrease in solidification velocity toward the free surface causes a change in solidification morphology from planar to cellular, and finally, to dendritic. The length and inclination of columnar grains solidified with planar front were related to the wheel velocity. The transition from particulate degenerate eutectic structure to regular lamellar eutectic structure was observed to be caused by a difference of the relative growth velocites of α-Al and θ during solidification in the Al-Cu eutectic alloy.

        이벽, 황사영, 정하상의 천주교, 유교 인식의 동일성과 차이점

        이벽, 황사영, 정하상은 18세기 후반~19세기 중반까지 천주교를 대표한 지식인이자 신자였다. 그런데 그들이 처한 사회, 사상적 상황이 달랐으므로 그들의 천주교, 유교 인식은 다양하게 해석될 수 있다. 이벽은 천주교 수용을 주도했고 유교와의 보완을 꿈꾸었다. 그의 구상은 보유(補儒)의 흐름 안에 있었고, 그의 주장은 경학(經學) 해석을 통해 재생시킨 정약용에 의해 계승되었다. 황사영은 이벽과는 대척점에 서 있었다. 신유박해라는 미증유의 고난을 겪었던 그는 〈백서〉에서 순교자들의 전기를 저술하여 천주교의 도입과 활동을 정당화, 계보화했다. 특히 당론서 형식을 빌어 천주교를 옹호한 사실은 새로운 정치 담론의 등장을 보여주었다. 그러나 그 담론은 진영 논리로의 귀결을 의미하였고, 내외부의 반발을 일으켰다. 이벽의 주장을 계승한 정약용 또한 정치담론을 빌어, 황사영에 대해 ‘붕당 내부의 잘못된 분파’라는 논리로 비판하였다. 이완된 세태와 긴박한 박해를 두루 경험했던 정하상은 두 사람의 면모를 고루 갖추고 있었다. 그는 보유의 기조를 유지하면서도 상소라는 정치 문서를 빌어 호교론을 설파하였다. 그런데 시간의 흐름에 따른 변화와 새로운 인식이 나타나고 있음은 주목할 일이다. 〈상재상서〉가 교리 이해의 완숙함을 드러낸 사실은 잘 알려져 있다. 한편 〈상재상서〉에는 양명학의 개념이 수용되는가 하면, 재화와 유통에 대한 긍정적 인식이 자리잡고 있었다. Yi Byeok, Hwang Sa-young and Jeong Ha-sang were the representative intellectuals and believers of Catholicism from the late 18th century to the mid-19th century. And their recognitions of Catholicism and Confucianism can be interpreted in various ways because their social and ideological situations were different. Yi Byeok led the acceptance of Catholic Church and dreamed of making up with Confucianism. His idea was under the stream of supplementing Confucianism with Christianity and was succeeded through Jeong Yak-yong. Hwang Sa-young, who experienced Sinyubakhae, was in contrast to Yi Byeok. He characterized Catholicism in the Baekseo by increasing the proportion of biography of martyrs. He also justified Catholicism by asking for the form of ideological document. His radical arguments were hardly acceptable to moderate intellectuals. Jeong Yak-yong strongly criticized Hwang’s. Jung Ha-sang showed new aspects, forming a balance between the two. Having experienced the relaxed social situation and acute persecution, he maintained the harmony of Confucianism and Catholicism also petitioning for the legitimacy of Catholic with the political document of Sangso.

        개념소통의 철학적 기반과 역사적 경험 조선 후기 주변 인식의 변화와 소통의 가능성 -18세기 연행록과 북학파를 중심으로-

        Yonhaeng-gi(documentary literature of China) had a significant influence on Choson intellectual life besides the transferring of information. One example of this influence was in relation to the traditional recognition of China and the other, on the contrary, in changing this recognition by presenting the transformation of China. Yonhaeng-gi, written in the early eighteenth century, had a tendency to introduce news objectively, to analyze political situations, to look retrospectively at the Ming dynasty, and to assert a self-confident view that while the Chinese under Manchurian control had changed their dress we had not. Many parts of Yonhaeng-gi followed previous ones and were discussed continuously, so they expressed a common notion-often prejudiced-about China. But new styles in writing were gradually appearing in the late eighteenth century. `Bukhak-pa,` who wrote the masterpieces of Yonhaeng-gi, appreciated the political stability and the development of the Qing dynasty, his works correcting common prejudices, revealed historical facts, and insisted on the new paradigm of neighboring countries. The leaders of this new tendency are, as is generally known, Hong Tae-yong, Pak Chi-won and Pak Che-ga. Though they shared the outline that we should accept the advanced civilization of Qing, the roots of their thought and the aims of their affirmation of Qing culture were different. Hong Tae-yong believed that every being has its own sense if we look at it in the universal way, so we should affirm a view of the otherness and avoid egocentrism. Pak Chi-won fundamentally agreed with Hong Tae-yong`s thought, but he eventually aimed at self-renovation. On the other hand, in the case of Pak Che-ga, the standard of superiority was clear, because he regarded the standard, not as Choson civilization but that of Qing. Though he insisted aggressively on the need to accept Qing culture, discrimination between one and the other remained unchanged. We need to re-appreciate the recognition of otherness in the thought of Hong Tae-yong and Pak Chi-won. Undoubtedly, it is difficult to substitute directly, but their meaning of otherness was so wide-ranging, from the individual to nature, that it now inspires us with the affirmative prospect of mutual understanding.
