The purpose of this study was to analyse a thermal performance and full-scale vertical combustibility for thermal insulation, which had been the cause for strengthening the incombustible performance standards. Thermal performance test and fire performance test were conducted for using low emissivity thin-film composite insulation. The results of this study were as follows; The U-value of the insulation performance was measured to be 0.20 W/(㎡·K), and the fire performance of both specimens 1 and specimens 2 had a heat release rate of less than 17 ㎾, and the maximum flame height was less than 0.6 m, which satisfied the criteria of FM4411, when exposed to an ignition source equivalent to an oxygen acetylene torch in an exterior wall system with a cavity, the risk of flame spread was not considered high.
공동주택 강철제 방화문 도어록 부위의 결로방지성능 특성

공동주택에 설치되는 세대현관문과 대피공간 방화문에 대해, 국토교통부에서는 2013년 12월 27일에 공동주택 결로 방지를 위한 설계기준을 제정하고, 실내표면온도를 대상으로 온도차이비율 평가지표에 따른 지역별 성능기준만으로 결로 저감을 유도토록 하고 있지만, 실제로는 해당 성능기준을 충족하더라도 결로형상이 발생할 가능성이 있다(1). 특히 세대 입주 시 디지털 도어록이 설치되는 도어록 부위는 결로가 발생할 경우, 입주자 안전과 방범에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 오작동의 개연성이 높아질 수 있어, 겨울철 마다 언론에 디지털 도어록 오작동에 따른 뉴스가 보도되고 있다(2). 따라서, 본 연구에서는 결로방지 성능기준을 충족한 강철제 방화문을 대상으로 도어록 부위의 결로발생 여부를 확인하고, 도어록 부위에 대한 단열 보강과 디지털 도어록의 시험방법에 대한 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다.
태양광 외장 패널 적용을 위한 샌드위치패널 구조물의 단열재별 실대형 화재안전성 평가

In this study, the real-scale fire safety performance of the three types (Non-combustible EPS, PIR, Glass Wool) of sandwich panel according to insulation materials was evaluated through test procedures in KS F ISO 13784-1 to validate the application of BIPV embedded solar panels on the exterior walls of sandwich panels. Flames outside the sandwich panel structure occurred in all three types of panels, which did not meet the criteria for determination of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. Also, it was confirmed that the solar exterior panel could be directly exposed to the flame due to an indoor fire.
저방사 박막 복합 단열재 두께별 외단열 시공벽체의 단열성능 평가

건축물 에너지절약설계기준의 단열성능 강화에 따라 단열재 성능기준이 상향되고 건축자재 화재안전성능 강화로 인해 기존 부피형 단열재 사용이 어려워지고 있다. 이에 따라 알루미늄 필름과 타공형 폴리에틸렌폼이 주요 구성재료인 저방사 박막 복합 단열재가 중소규모 건물 등을 중심으로 폭넓게 설치되고 있지만, 실제 현장에 설치되는 구성재료와 동일한 시료에 대한 단열성능 평가는 전무한 상황이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 6개 제조사 제품 50개 저방사 박막 복합 단열재의 두께별, 난연성 유무 및 공기층 유무에 따른 시공벽체의 단열성능을 평가함으로써 저방사 박막 복합 단열재 두께와 단열성능 간의 상관관계를 파악했으며, 제조사 기술력과 품질관리 능력에 따른 차이가 큰 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

건축물 마감재료의 난연성능 기준 강화에 따른 난연 발포폴리스티렌(EPS) 단열재의 단열성능과 난연성능 평가

In this study, three types of flame retardant EPS that are actually used, which are the main materials for energy efficiency and fire safety performance of buildings, were evaluated for their insulation performance and incombustibility performance according to the strengthening of the incombustible performance codes of building finishing materials, and the results are as follows. First, the thermal conductivity, which is an index of thermal performance, was found to be the lowest in flame retardant EPS coated on one side of flame retardant. Second, the heat release rate, which is an index of flame retardant performance, showed a difference of about 60% in total heat release even between the two types of flame retardant bead-coated flame-retardant EPS. The heat release rate and total heat release were measured to be the lowest, but when the uncoated side was heated, it was measured about 7 to 8 times higher than when the coated side was heated. Third, the shrinkage rate of the thickness of the specimen exceeded the standard value of 20% for all three types of flame retardant EPS.
공동주택 방화문의 경년변화 추정을 위한 성능평가 방법 고찰

Front doors and fire doors in the shelter space to be installed in apartment houses require the most performance among construction materials, including the need to secure thermal insulation and condensation prevention performance, in addition to the fireproof performance, the fundamental performance as fire doors. Recently, damages claims for lack of fireproofing performance of fire doors have been spread in apartment houses across the country, and actual installed fire doors have been dismantled and tested for performance, affecting court rulings. However, it is controversial whether the performance of the fire doors will be reduced due to damage to the fire doors or annual variation. As the criteria for the actual conditions of use are not available, the test is conducted on different test specimens for each required performance, and the actual use and annual change are not reflected. In this study, the required performance of fire doors was classified and performance evaluation methods were proposed for the purpose of utilizing them as basic data necessary for annual variation of fire doors in apartment houses and for the purpose of establishing the life span guidelines.
