대학생의 재무관리역량과 재무적 자기효능감, 재무관리행동 간의 관계

본 연구는 계속되는 코로나19의 여파로 경제적인 상황이 어려움에 처함에 따라 대학생뿐만 아니라 모든 금융소비자들의 재무관리에 대한 지식과 태도 등 높은 수준의 재무관리역량을 필요로 한다는 문제의식에서 출발하여, 대학생들의 건전한 재무관리역량 수준을 높여줄 수 있는 시사점을 제시하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 대학생들을 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사를 바탕으로 본 연구에서 설정한 연구모형과 관련하여 독립변수는 재무관리역량과 재무적 자기효능감을 종속변수는 재무관리행동을 선정하여 연구모형에 따른 구조적인 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 재무관리역량은 재무적 자기효능감과 재무관리행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 기초로 하여 이론적 시사점과 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. 마지막으로는 본 연구의 한계와 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to suggest implications that the level of sound financial management ability of university students could be raised, starting with the awareness that not only college students but also all financial consumers need high levels of financial management ability, such as knowledge and attitudes toward financial management, as economic conditions are in trouble in the aftermath of the ongoing Corona19. A survey was conducted on college students to achieve the purpose of the study. In relation to the research model set in this study based on the survey, financial management ability and financial self-efficacy as the independent variable, and financial management behavior as the dependent variable were selected to analyze the structural relationship according to the study model. The analysis shows that financial management ability had an effect on financial self-efficacy and financial management behavior. Based on these results, theoretical and policy implications were presented. Finally, the limitations of this study and future research directions were suggested.

Sparse Point Representation (SPR) based on interpolation wavelet is implemented for the purpose of convergence acceleration of time-marching problem. In solving Euler equation, SPR reconstruct the grid points at each time step. This grid re-adaptation through SPR allows huge reduction of computation time without losing accuracy. Moreover, application of the SPR to Navier-Stokes equation solver may improve computational time and memory efficiency.

An experimental investigation with diode laser system was carried out to study the effect of surface heat treatment on the die materials(SM45C, SKD11, SK3). The surface heat treatment characteristics of the laser beam are evaluated using hardness tests, optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS). Results indicated that the beam size, focal length, feed rates are changed surface hardened characteristics. SM45C is higher hardness than other materials and composed to martensite grain at hardened zone, whereas other materials(SKD11, SK3)are low hardness than expected and composed to austenite and allayed martensite at hardened zone. The intensive X-ray diffraction patterns of (110)-(200)-(211) is detected hardened surface and the hardened surface distributed plenty of carbon density than metal zone.

An experimental investigation with diode laser system was carried out to study on the improvement of thin sheet structure characteristics. The surface heat treatment characteristics of the laser beam on the thin sheet are evaluated using hardness tests, tensile test. The mechanical properties of hardening area indicated such as 877Hv hardness, 345㎬ elastic modulus and 774㎫ tensile strength compare to the low material. We were carried out structure characteristics of thin sheet by laser bean using ANSYS 11.0. Results indicated that the structure characteristics were improving value such as stress and displacement according to the increasing of irradiated laser beam times on the thin sheet. The direction of cross section on the thin sheet was improving structure characteristics more than axial direction and longitudinal direction.
