Open blasting work is remove the scale on block surface by grit injection with pressurized air. Scale and Dust ar very dangerous to worker who working in the small double hull ship block. This paper explain open blasting mobile robot control system for ship block open blasting process. Robot system use to robot that is possible moving and working in block and using UDP socket because of control for other area. Blasting patterns have about 4 type pattern for standard mini double hull block. This paper show the robot control system and the basic work pattern due to the work surface preparation for open blasting.

this paper is described the Vertical Mobile Robot problem which can be generated a lot of error like gravity, mobile error between main control system of robot and application program and solution which is installed RTX(Real Time Extension) Kernel to Embedded XP of main control board because it needs to guarantee real time between the main control board of robot and the motion drive board and to develop the remote operation system for real time robot control also in case The Vertical Mobile Robot that needs fast and stable mobile control so it is proposed a guaranteed real time system
