건강노인의 주관적 수면의 질과 인지기능의 관계에 대한 우울의 매개효과

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to confirm the relationship between subjective sleep quality, cognitive function, and depression in community-dwelling elderly people, and to verify the mediating effect of depression in the relationship between subjective sleep quality and cognitive function. Method: This study was conducted through secondary data analysis using data from the Korean Longitudinal Study on Cognitive Aging and Dementia (KLOSCAD) carried out in the D region. The subjects of this study were 482 healthy elderly aged 65 years or older. The data were processed using the SPSS 26.0 program and the Process Macro Model 4 was applied to analyze the mediating effects of depression on the subjective sleep quality and cognitive function. Results: The results showed that depression had a significant effect on the relationship between subjective sleep quality and cognitive problems. Conclusion: These findings suggest that sub-jective sleep quality and depression are important factors related to cognitive function in community-dwelling older adults, and that programs to improve subjective sleep quality and reduce levels of depression are needed to improve cognitive function in community-dwelling older adults.

EU 탄소국경조정제도 전환기간에 대한 정확한 이해와 대응

2023년 10월부터 EU의 탄소국경조정제도(CBAM) 전환기간이 시행되었다. 이는 전세계 최초의 탄소국경세도입으로, 국내 기업은 부정확한 정보 속에서 대응에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 현재까지 EU에서 발행한 자료를 기반으로 CBAM에 대한 정확한 정보를 전달하기 위해 작성되었다. 본문에 CBAM의 개요와 전환기간의 대응 방법, CBAM의 주요 개념 및 데이터 작성에 대해 제시하였다. 기업의 전환기간 대응 방법을 국내 기업의 EU로의 수출 방법에 따라 분류하여 제시하였으며, CBAM 보고서와 배출량 데이터 통지서 등의 주요 정보에대해 기술하였다. 본 논문을 통해 국내기업이 전환기간 중 적합하게 CBAM에 대응하며, 국내 CBAM 상품의 EU 수출에 기여할 것으로 예상한다. Carbon border adjustment mechanism (CBAM) of the European Union has started from October 2023 and the transitional period of it would be from October 2023 to December 2025. CBAM is the first carbon border tax in the world and domestic companies are having difficulties in responding to CBAM among inaccurate information. Thus, this paper is written to deliver accurate information about CBAM based on the EU regulations or documents published by the EU. It is written that CBAM overview, how to respond to the transitional period, and the main concepts and data preparation of CBAM. Domestic companies are classified according to import system in the EU as Type 1, Type 2, and Type 3. The action for each type is presented, and preparation of CBAM report or emissions data communication template is described. Through this paper, it is expected that domestic companies would respond appropriately to CBAM during the transition period and contribute to the export of CBAM goods to the EU.

세종학당의 한국어 초급 콘텐츠 재정비 및 활용 방안 연구 -온라인 세종학당 ‘사이버 한국어 초급’과 누리-세종학당 한국어 초급 콘텐츠를 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to prepare contents reorganization plan and linkage utilization plan by analyzing the ‘Cyber Korean Beginner’ of the online King Sejong Institute developed in 2019 and the previously developed contents of Nuri-King Sejong Institute. To this end, reorganization of contents plan was established, and the contents were reviewed by selecting target contents based on the learners demand. Afterwards, meta-analysis and tagging of the 160 contents was conducted. Based on this analysis, it was proposed to find a way to maximize the linkage between contents and information sharing through micro-contentization, segmentation, re-editing, and strengthening of search functions. In addition, a method for linking and utilizing online contents for beginners through contents reorganization was proposed.
