지역아동센터 종사자의 직무스트레스와 감정노동이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향: 일가치감 및 소진의 매개효과를 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of work values and burnout in the relationships between community child center workers’ job stress/emotional labor and job satisfaction. This study utilized structural equation modeling, and the data of 300 community child center workers that participated in the “Survey on Resource Linkage Needs and Perception of Community Child Centers” conducted by the CJ Welfare Foundation. The results showed; (1) work values and burnout mediated the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction; (2) burnout mediated the relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction; and (3) work values mostly mediated the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction, while burnout mostly mediated the relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction. This study suggests that to improve community child center workers’ job satisfaction, focus should be placed on improving working conditions, strengthening work values, and managing burnout.

지역아동센터 종사자의 소진에 미치는 영향요인: 코로나19 전후비교를 중심으로

코로나19 이후 지역아동센터 종사자는 변화된 환경에서 소진을 경험하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 지역아동센터 종사자의 소진을 예방하기 위해 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 영향요인으로 개인특성, 센터특성, 업무특성, 코로나19 특성을 투입하여 분석하였다. 지역아동센터 종사자를 대상으로 2019년과 2020년에 각각 설문조사를 실시하였고, 두 자료를 병합하여 총 500명의 종사자 자료를 활용하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 코로나19발생 전후 지역아동센터 종사자의 직무만족도는 동일하게 소진에 부적(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 코로나19 전후 차이를 보이는 영향요인을 살펴보면 코로나19 이전에는 소진에 교육문화프로그램 만족도가 부적(-)영향, 정서지원프로그램 만족도는 정적(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 코로나19 이후에는 보호프로그램 만족도가 부적(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 코로나19 특성 중 코로나 스트레스, 온라인교육 경험, 온라인 교육 어려움이 종사자의 소진에 정적(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 지역아동센터 종사자의 소진을 예방하기 위한 사회복지의 실천적, 정책적 함의를 논의하였다. Coinciding with the advent of COVID-19, burnout in community child center workers is on the rise. The purpose of the study is to verify the factors that affect the burnout of community child center workers in order to contribute to the improvement of exhaustion problems. For this purpose, we categorized the factors into individual characteristics, center characteristics, work characteristics, and COVID-19 characteristics. This study conducted survey interviews with 500 workers at community child centers for the years of 2019 and 2020. Results are as follows. First, job satisfaction of community child center workers before and after had the same negative(-) effect on the burnout. Second, prior to the COVID-19, satisfaction of educational and cultural programs had a negative(-) effect, and satisfaction of emotional support programs had a positive(+) effect on burnout. However after COVID-19, satisfaction of protection programs had a negative(-) effect on burnout. Third, COVID-19 stress, online education experience, and difficulty in online education of characteristics of COVID-19 had a positive(+) effect on the burnout of community child center workers. Social work practice and policy implications were suggested to improve working conditions at community child centers in order to prevent workers’ burnout.

최근 디자인 장르에서 감성디자인이 대두되기 시작했다. 이는 20세기 전반에 영향을 미친 기능주의 디자인의 이성적, 논리적 한계를 극복하고 그 후 포스트모던 상황 하에서도 도외시되어 온 인간의 감성적 측면까지를 포함하는 종합적 디자인이 요구되기 때문이다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 앱세서리는 보통의 소셜 네트워크의 소통방법과는 다르게 자신을 반영한 피규어라는 매개체를 통하여 커뮤니케이션을 할 수 있고, 기업들에게는 홍보의 기회를 나아가서 관련매출 상승이라는 결과를 얻게 할 것이다. 다양한 컨텐츠들로 구성된 피규어 기반의 소셜 네트워크는 사용자들에게는 새로운 경험을, 기업에게는 다양한 이득을 취하게 할 것으로 기대된다. 본 컨셉 내용은 특허 출원 중에 있으며 프로토타입으로 제작하여 사용자 경험측면에서 가능성을 검증 중이다. Recently emotional design emerged as a important subject. It passed the logical and rational limit of functionalism design. Then under post modernism situation it was required for overall design that included emotional sides of people. Appcessory proposed this experiment is able to communicate with someone through a figure reflected oneself, in contrast with existing social network s ystems. and it w ill give companies chance o f promotion a nd upward in sales. Social network system based on figure combined various contents will give people new experiments and company various benefits. This concept is in the process of a patent application and verifies possibility of user experience side by making a prototype.
