이 논문은 우리 나라의 해상 사고가 매년 600~700건씩 발생되어 많은 인명과 재산피해가 나타나고 있다. 그러므로 해난 재해시 선박 통신의 역할은 많은 인명과 재산피해를 가져오는 원인을 제거하는 것이라 생각하고 국가적인 차원에서 연구하였다. This thesis is what accident in sea have been produced as lost themselves life and property about 600~700times at every years. Therefore this was induced to experiment on a national basis that the role of communication of ship is to move from lose themselves life and property.

현재 우리나라의 해양 수산 해운분야의 종합정보통신망의 구축이 필요한 이유는 해양의 중요성과 관련종사자 및 어민에 대한 기초정보 제시와 함께 연구 인프라 구축과 관련하여 국민들에게 자료를 제공하며, 이를 위하여 해양 수산 및 해운의 각 분야에 분산된 연구정보와 기타 관련 정보들을 수집 분석 한 뒤 DB화하여, 체계적인 정보 유통체제를 구축하고 해양정보 취합을 위한 원격자료 통합관리시스템을 운영함으로써 국내외 대학, 연구기관 및 기업 체를 연계하고 활발한 정보의 공유화 교류를 통하여 우리나라의 해양, 수산의 발전뿐만 아니라 국가 경쟁력 강화에 이바지 할 수 있도록 연구하고자 한다. Our county has been surrounded an advantageous around condition by sea on three sides. But the development into the sea, for a lack of systematic database on the marine total information network for a foundation information and research infra construction. This marine total information network will be not contribute to an advance of domestic marine industry through information's common ownership but also international competitiveness strength.

근래에 우리나라의 태안앞바다의 유조선 기름유출사고, 질산 2000톤 실은 선박 침몰, 국보1호인 숭례문 화재등 많은 재난이 발생하여 수많은 사상자가 발생하였다. 이에 따라 재해에 대한 대비와 재난이 발생하였을 때의 신속한 정보전달이 중요한 요인이 되었다. 따라서 재해를 감지한 관측지에서 재난의 영향이 우려되는 지역으로의 신속한 정보 전달체계를 확립하고, 국가통합무선통신망을 구축시스템 개발함으로써 재해 피해로 인한 국민의 재산과 생명의 손실을 최소화 하는데 이바지 하고자 한다. 우리나라의 선박통신 운용에 관한 연구 (여객선 세월호 침몰사고를 중심으로)

이 논문은 우리나라의 해난 사고가 매년 600~700건씩 발생되어 많은 인명과 재산피해가 나타나고 있다. 2008년부터 2012년까지 최근 5년간 해양사고 발생현황을 분석해 보면, 해양사고에서 충돌사고가 37%로 가장 높게 나타났으며 이러한 충돌사고에서 어선이 58%로 가장 많이 발생되었는데, 그중에서도 20톤 미만의 소형선박의 충돌사고가 27%로 가장 많은 것으로 확인되었다. 그러므로 해난 재해시 선박 통신의 역할은 많은 인명과 재산피해를 가져오는 원인을 제거하는 것이라 생각하고 국가적인 차원에서 연구하고자 한다. This paper is what accident in sea have been produced as lost themselves life and property about 600~700times at every years. It was analyzed that the collision accident is highest rank by 37% among the marine accidents and the fishing vessel is highest by 58% in these collision accidents and also the small fishing boat under 20tons is highest by 27% on them. Over the half of thecollision accidents by 56% they couldn't find each other to just before the collision situation. Therefore this was induced to experiment on a national basis that the role of communication of ship is to move from lose themselves life and property.

본 논문에서는 논문 문헌을 중심으로 키워드를 선정하여 사용할 때 키워드 간의 상호 연관 관계를 조사한다. 조사 대상은 마이크로 배터리와 에너지 하비스팅을 중심으로 핵심 키워드와 핵심 키워드를 중심으로 한서브 핵심 키워드의 상호 연관이 어떻게 구성되는지를 제안한다. In this paper, we investigate a mutual associative relation between keyword when we used keyword in the papers. We propose how to organize mutual association between the key keyword and sub keyword in the micro battery and energy harvesting.

본 논문에서는 지금까지 문헌을 중심으로 한 계량정보분석에서의 단순성을 벗어나는 입체적인 국제 연구의 관계를 마이크로배터리 및 에너지 하비스팅을 중심으로 전개하여 국제 관계 네트워크 구성에 활용할 수 있도록 제시한다. In this paper, we describe the relation of international research of 2 dimensions that deviates the simplification of scientometric analysis focusing on literature. We also present to be able to apply for organization of international relation network centering the micro battery and energy harvesting.
