수도권 연락운임정산에서 승객이 태그한 교통카드를 기반으로 이용한 경로의 추정자료는 기관간의 최종적인 수입금 배분의 판단근거로 활용된다. 2009 년 이후 민자철도 운영기관인 서울메트로 9 호선(주), 코레일공항철도(주), 신분당선(주)-의 수도권 통합대중교통체계 진입과 함께 민자이용 구간을 확증하기 위한 방안으로 환승 Gate 를 설치하였다. 이러한 태그정보는 경로이용에 대한 정보는 확실하게 보장하나, 기존 철도운송기관의 경로추정문제와 결합되면서 경로탐색은 복잡한 문제로 진화하였다. 이 연구는 민자운송기관을 포함한 7 개의 수도권 철도운송기관 통합 철도망에서 승객이 이용한 복수경로의 추정에 따른 문제를 연락운임정산과 함께 연계된 현안문제로서 검토하며, 향후 발전되는 운임정산체계의 핵심이슈로서 제시한다. Used routes information derived based on transportation card is critical resource and utilized for conducting the connected revenue allocation in Seoul metropolitan railway network. Since 2009, the entry of three private organizations- the Seoul Metro Line 9, Shin Bundang Line, Korail Airport Railroad Corporations - into the integrated railway network have caused to introduce new type of optimal route search issues. Even though passengers" used route information can be identified within the private areas, those of the existing public should be estimated by route search models. This study propose a heuristic optimal model applicable for the combined railway network enlarged by the additional participation of the private organizations.

Large scaled transportation complex(LSTC) are defined as certain boundary of areas centering large transit station houses with many floating pedestrians and diverse activated land uses. Major LSTC areas located in Seoul are faced with the problems of geographical walking disconnections and difficulty environment. In order to improve walkability for these LSTC areas, it is quite required moment to discuss on how to design and allocate walking facilities and infrastructures of LSTC, which have indispensible relationship with the transit oriented development (TOD) as well. Total number of LATC located in Seoul in this study are eleven. Among these, six are currently being operated and five planned in future. Six LATCs include Seoul, YongSan, Sindorim, Wangsimni, Cheongnyangni rail station LATCs, and one Express Bus Terminal LATC respectively. And five planned LATCs are Suseo-KTX, Samsung, Sadang, Jamsil, Susaek rail station LATCs respectively. The comparison analysis of Seoul rail station LATC and foreign rail station cases identifies that even though we do not have appropriate basic walking infrastructure dependable to alleviate the degree of walking inconvenience, foreign nations have adopted the concourse, that is a type of artificial ground, as major walking infrastructure for that purpose. This study aims at the development of strategies for efficient walking infrastructure construction and the evaluation of efficiency of walking facilities system. For these, this study includes four following research sub purposes. 1) development of walkability analysis model, 2) evaluation of alternative LATC scenarios based on toy pedestrian network, 3) evaluation of Seoul rail station LATC based on new alternative scenarios, 4) suggestion of implication and institutional realization methodologies. The simulation results implemented based on three alternative scenarios to an imaginary LATC area show that the best strategy for improving workability is to combine vertical and horizontal walking connection facilities with the main and sub concourses. Also in Seoul station LATC simulation case, it is also identified that the best alternative is to efficiently integrate vertical walking connection facilities such as escalator, elevator, stair etc, and horizontal facilities such as pedestrian exclusive deck, direct building bridge etc with the same concourse concept. However, country to the evaluation results, it is very difficult to create pedestrian friendly walking environment for LATCs under the current urban planning and development related law and institution. In order to overcome these problems, first of all, the walking infrastructure needs to be systematically reorganized as the key means of urban renewal. Within that system, new urban planning and development related laws and institutions differentiated from the existing are required to be introduced for the purpose of integrated design and construction of LSTC.
대중교통카드자료를 이용한 철도-버스 통합대중교통망 구축방안

대중교통카드 기반자료를 이용하여 통합대중교통망을 구축하는 효과적인 방법론을 제안한다. 이를 위해 복합대중교통망에 적합하게 활용 가능한 네트워크 구축방안으로 제안한다. 연구의 내용은 1) 철도네트워크의 구축을 위해서 철도망의 역사를 Big 노드로 처리, 2) 버스네트워크 구축을 위한 도로망 매칭, 3) 대중교통노선의 환승행태를 환승보행범위의 의한 환승링크구축을 포함한다. This study proposes a methodology for constructing integrated public transit network using public transportation card. For this purpose, an efficient inter- and multi- modal network construction technique is developed. As main research contents, this study includes 1) Construction of a big node that has the same station name but different station number in railway system, 2) road network matching with each bus line, 3) construction of transfer link by conceptualizing pedestrian transfer influential area in order to consider transfer behavior between public transit lines.

수도권은 버스-철도로 연계된 통합대중교통수단이 운영되며 일일 약 2,000 만 건의 교통카드자료가 DB 되고 있으나 현재의 조직, 예산, 협약, 분석 기반 등 시스템은 이러한 특성을 반영하기에는 한계가 있다. 특히 수도권통합요금환승할인체계로 진입 이후 운송기관 및 지자체 수입금 정산·배분에 대한 투명성 요구가 계속 증가하는 실정이며 자료공유, 통합대중교통분석 부문에서도 연계와 협의가 잘 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 수도권 통합대중교통체계 관리 및 분석 조직은 수도권 전체의 버스·철도 연계시스템을 구축하고 통합분석을 통하여 지자체별 정책이 아닌 수도권 단일 광역대중교통정책을 제시하는 시스템과 조직의 구축방안을 검토한다. 이를 위해 대중교통카드를 중심으로 이슈화되고 있는 사항들과 대안을 마련한다.
