        근신경 운동이 엘리트 남자 운동선수의 운동 수행력 및 기능성 움직임 검사에 미치는 영향

        In this study, 12 weeks of muscle nerve training was conducted for elite male athletes to identify the effects on exercise performance and functional mobility. First, in the change of exercise performance before and after muscle nerve training, the exercise group showed statistically significant differences in power (p.001), agility (p.001), equilibrium (p.001), and systemic response time (p.01). Second, in the change of exercise performance before and after muscle nerve training, there was a significant difference in functional movement in the exercise group (p<.001). In this study, it was found that the muscle nerve training had a positive effect on exercise performance and functional movement, and it was judged that it could provide positive effect on improvement of muscle function of lower limb and prevention of sports injury by strengthening the biomechanical control ability and muscle tissue of knee by directly or indirectly affecting the muscle nervous system.

        고등학생의 스포츠활동 참여동기가 스포츠몰입과 학교생활만족의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the informational support for sports activity on social activity(member’s consciousness and (personal relations), bonds, and physical satisfaction in college students. In order to achieve this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 340 college students participating in sports activity and the following results were obtained using a structural equation model. First, the informational support for sports activity was found to have a positive effect on social activity(member’s consciousness and personal relations) in college students. Second, the informational support for sports activity was found to have a positive effect on bonds in college students. Third, for the relationship between social activity(member’s consciousness and personal relations) of sports activity and bonds in college students, while members’ consciousness had a positive effect on bonds, personal relations had no effect on bonds. Finally, the bonds of sports activity were found to have an effect on physical satisfaction in college students. Based on this result, college students’ sports activity is a very necessary means for college life. In particular, sports activity seems to influence social, psychological, and physical aspects of college life.

        Rapid social, econmic, political and cultural change presents opportunities and challenges to the sportand recreation service field. sport and recreation as a port of the rhythm of life, freedom, and self-development is important to the wholeness of human life. As the standard of living and the time of the leisure increases, the sport and recreation activity should be emphasized. In this climate of change, it goes without saying that the role of a future sports (physical education) at present is ver y important. Therefore, To introduce he promotion of future sports(physical education) the following actions are proposed. 1. Enlargement of civilion and government investment for future sports (physical education). 2. Composarily establishment of future sports(physical education) facilities of every working places. 3. Secure of space for future sports(physical education) according to the population. 4. Effective management,rid operation of physical educational adminstration.

        24주간 파크골프운동이 지적장애 청소년들의 혈중지질 및 스트레스 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the 24-week park golf program on the blood lipids and stress hormones of juveniles with intellectual disabilities. The study subjects were an exercise group of nine subjects and a control group of nine subjects. The park golf program consists of the basic step which was weekly performed once from the 1st to 6th week and the game step which was weekly performed from the 7th to 24th week. Blood lipids and stress hormones were measured and analyzed before the program and after 24 weeks. The measured variables were used to Two-way repeated measure ANOVA by SPSS 18.0 program. The interaction effect depending on group and time was shown in changes in TC in serum lipids. The interaction effect depending on group and time was also shown in HDL-C and exercise group increased. The exercise group decreased in change in LDL-C and the interaction effect depending on group and time appeared. Also in TG, the exercise group decreased and the interaction effect depending on group and time appeared. In changes in stress hormone, cortisol turned out to be reduced more greatly in the exercise group than in control group but dopamine did not show any particular change. It meant that the regular park golf program positively affected the blood lipids and cortisol of juveniles with intellectual disabilities. Therefore, it is considered that it is necessary to extend a regular and long-term exercise program for juveniles with intellectual disabilities.

        소도구를 이용한 복합 운동이 경도인지장애 노인여성의 치매관련인자 및 인지기능에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of the combined exercise program using small tools on dementia-related factors and cognitive function by participating in the elderly women with mild cognitive impairment, and to present basic data for prevention of dementia and mental health management of elderly people with mild cognitive impairment. For this purpose, 18 elderly women who had been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment had no special exercise experience and had no mental and emotional history. After that, they conducted physical activities for 60 minutes per day for 3 times a week and 12 weeks, and the conclusions were obtained as follows. Results: First, there was a significant difference in A in the change of dementia-related factors before and after participating in the complex exercise program using small tools(p<.001), and there was a significant difference in BDNF(p<.01). Second, there was a significant difference in the change of cognitive function before and after participating in the complex exercise program using small tools(p<.05). Conclusion: In conclusion, the participation of complex exercise program using props in elderly women with mild cognitive impairment had a positive effect on dementia-related factors and cognitive function. The exercise program of this study was conducted for a short period of 12 weeks, so it is meaningful that it has a limitation to generalize, but the risk of injury is low, and the complex exercise using small tools that are not restricted by place and cost has been applied to identify positive changes in dementia related factors and cognitive function.,In addition, it is necessary to pay a lot of attention to the society to apply it, and in future studies, it is necessary to prepare a plan for the elderly with mild cognitive impairment to exercise repeatedly at home and to conduct more objective research by repeatedly measuring the effect for a long time.

        운동이 다운증후군 아동의 기립 균형에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the present study was to investigate effects of exercise on standing balance performance of children with down syndrome. For experimental control comparison purposes, 30 children with down syndrome were dived into exercise group and non-exercise group. The subjects in the exercise group participated in an exercise program for 16 weeks and all subjects went through pediatric clinical test of sensory interaction for balance. Each test was measured by stop watch and collected data were analyzed by t-test and ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows ; There were significant differences in duration of standing balance performances between exercise group and non-exercise group. The duration of standing balance performances were significantly longer in exercise group than in non exercise group.

        12주간의 저항성 운동이 고령 장애인의 일상생활체력 및 심혈관계 위험요인에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 탄력밴드를 이용한 12주간 저항성 운동 프로그램 참여가 고령장애인의 신체구성, 일상생활체력, 그리고 심혈관계 위험요인에 미치는 영향을 실험적으로 규명하는데 있다. 본 연구는 경증 장애를 가진 만 60세 이상의 고령장애인을 대상으로 하였다. 운동 프로그램은 재활을 위한 도구로 많이 이용되는 테라밴드 운동으로 구성하였으며, 일일 50분씩 주 4회로 하여 12주간 실시하였다. 일상생활체력 검사는 일상생활능력(activities of daily living: ADL)과 노인체력검사(senior fitness test, SFT)의 측정항목 중 본 연구에 적합한 항목을 선별하여 측정하였다. 사전 및 사후 검사에서 얻은 측정값을 비교·분석하여 본 연구에서 얻은 결과는 첫째, 신체구성과 관련하여 근육량에 있어서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 일상생활체력과 관련하여, 의자 앉았다 일어나기, 아령들기, 10m 보행, 눈뜨고 외발서기, 패그보드에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 심혈관계 위험요인과 관련하여 HDL-C에 있어서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 결론적으로 탄력밴드를 이용한 저항성 운동이 장애 고령자들에게 장기적 관점에서 유산소 운동과 같은 효과를 나타냄으로써 심혈관계 위험요인을 감소시키는데 긍정적 효과가 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a 12-week resistance exercise program using a Thera-band on functional fitness and cardiovascular functions in the elderly with disabilities who were residents in a rural area. The exercise program consisted of Thera-band exercise which is frequently used or rehabilitation and was given to the participants for 50 min. 4 times a week, for 12-week. To analyze the physical strength of daily living, activities of daily living (ADLs) and Senior Fitness Test (SFT) were implemented. Results indicated that there were statistically significant differences in muscular volume in respect to physical composition. Regarding physical strength of daily living, there were statistically significant differences in sitting on and rising from chair, lifting dumbbel, 10m walking, single leg stance with eyes open, and pagboard. Results related to risk factors of cardiovascular diseases also showed that there were statistically significant differences in HDL-C. To sum up the results above, resistance exercise using Thera-band seem to be as effective as an aerobic exercise for the elderly with disabilities in the long-term perspective. Therefore, it is suggested that it has a positive impact effect on the decrease of risk factors of cardiovascular diseases.

        수중운동프로그램이 비만 지적장애여성의 CRP, Fibrinogen 및 Adiponectin에 미치는 영향

        This study conducted an aquatic exercise program with obese women with intellectual disabilities for 12 weeks and examined its effects on CRP, fibrinogen, and adiponectin. The results are as follows. First, for a change in CRP, the exercise group showed a significant difference in CRP(p〈.001). It suggested that the aquatic exercise program had a positive effect on the change of a CRP level in obese women with intellectual disabilities. Second, for a change in fibrinogen, the exercise group showed a significant difference in fibrinogen(p〈.001). It suggested that the aquatic exercise program had a positive effect on the change of a fibrinogen level in obese women with intellectual disabilities. Third, for a change in adiponectin, the exercise group showed a significant difference in adiponectin(p〈.001). It suggested that the aquatic exercise program had a positive effect on the change of a adiponectin level in obese women with intellectual disabilities. Based on the findings, it was confirmed that the aquatic exercise program applied to obese women with intellectual disabilities was effective to decrease weight and body fat and the onset of metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular diseases in people with intellectual disabilities who can be easily obese due to restrictive body activity and social involvement and imprudent dietary habits. Moreover, the aquatic exercise program had a positive effect on prevention against obesity, cardiovascular diseases, and life-style related diseases in obese women with intellectual disabilities by decreasing CRP and fibrinogen which is a vascular inflammation marker, and increasing adiponectin which is an inflammation marker manifested in obese cells. The effects of exercise can be increased with people’s active interest and encouragement. Further study should develop exercise programs useful for people with intellectual disabilities. If professional coaches are trained and institutional supports are made for their easy participation in exercise, they can not only enjoy doing exercise, but also undergo mental treatment through the exercise.

        수중운동프로그램이 비만 지적장애여성의 신체구성, 혈중지질과 아디포넥틴에 미치는 영향

        This study conducted an aquatic exercise program with obese women with intellectual disabilities for 12 weeks to examine its effects on body composition, blood lipid, and adiponectin. The results were as follows. First, for the change in body composition, the aquatic exercise group showed a decrease in weight and body fat. It suggested that an aquatic exercise program had a positive effect by effectively decreasing weight and body fat in obese women with intellectual disabilities. Second, for the change in blood lipid, the aquatic exercise group showed a decrease in TC, TG, and LDL and an increase in HDL, suggesting a positive effect. Third, for the change in adiponectin, the aquatic exercise group showed an increase in adiponectin, suggesting a positive effect. Based on the results, it was found that an aquatic exercise program was effective to decrease weight and body fat and useful to reduce cardiovascular diseases risk in obese women with intellectual disabilities who can be more apt to be obese because of limited physical activity and social participation and reckless dietary habits. The program also demonstrated its positive effects to prevent obesity, cardiovascular diseases, lifestyle diseases by decreasing or increasing blood lipid in obese women with intellectual disabilities. The effects of exercise can become higher when neighbor people’s active concerns and support are given, not only by exercise itself. Further study should develop useful programs for people with intellectual disabilities, develop professional coaches, and provide institutional support for easy participation in exercise of people with intellectual disabilities. It will greatly help them enjoy exercise and undergo mental therapy.

        지체장애인의 스포츠 소비행동과 시설 만족도 결정요인

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for invigorating sports activities of the crippled to enhance their quality of life by analyzing the kinds of sports activities suitable for them, participation period, transit means, transit time, number of participations, motives of participation, improvement of physical functions, dissatisfaction factors during sports activities, change after participation and factors affecting their sociality, etc. Of the 1,750 crippled persons requested to answer questionnaires, 578 men(40.4%) and 853 women(59.6%) returned effective questionnaires to record 81.8%(1,431 persons) return rate and became the objects of this study. The confidence coefficient on the sports-related behaviors and attitudinal variables is high on the whole with a=87 and a= 84 on factors for choosing sports facilities. Accordingly, on the basis of the sports consumers' behaviors plus attitudes and the determining factors gained through the direct research and analysis, this researcher has reached the following conclusions as a method Of raising the satisfation degree with civilian sports facilities. 1. To secure sports facilities of appropriate size to satisfy the crippled and maximize the incentives for attracting the crippled to ultra-modern facilities. 2. To be careful in organizing the classes according to their physical competence to prevent accidents caused by their sense of inferiority or complacency and to maximize their interest and response by posting competent guides. 3. To put the additional facilities in order including locker rooms plus rest areas and maintain them in good shape not to inconvenience the crippled and provide them with their exclusive parking area. 4. To educate the officials very well on treating the crippled kindly and dealing with their animosity or complaints promptly. 5. To induce the crippled into participating actively in sports activities by developing and applying programs appealing to them 6. To coordinate the number of people using the facilities appropriately and try to reduce the complaints of the crippled and meet their expectations effectively. In the future, it is requested to try to find individual differences of the crippled including their disability types and to continue study on such things as sports facility conditions and how much they need to engage in sports activities compared with general people and their difficulties during their sports activities plus desirable participation methods in order to give the cippled substantial assistance.
