Sand casting is a conventional casting method that is still widely used in various industries. However, traditional sand casting methods require a lot of time and cost and have limitations in manufacturing complex-shaped products. Therefore, there is a need for Additive manufacturing methods that can implement complex-shaped products quickly and effectively with minimal additional processes. In this study, Introduce the production and evaluation of sand casting using Additive manufacturing methods. For this purpose, we used the Binder Jetting 3D printing technology to produce sand casting, achieving a development time reduction of two weeks compared to conventional methods. We applied design techniques optimized for product shape by utilizing the advantages of freeform printing in terms of limitations in the number, placement, and undercuts of cores. Based on this, we evaluated the quality of the actual products produced.
