        물리치료사의 병원 감염관리에 대한 인지도 연구

        Most of physical therapists has thought be exposed themselves to risk of hospital infection but it is reported that have been low concern about infection management. Above like this haven t done systematical education on hospital infection, also physical therapist's information management of infection disease is found very low. It is lack of driving information about disease condition of the patients. Physical therapists has thought their working room may be polluted a lots of micro-organism(%). The control situation of infection waste articles, only 53% responded that the controller has managed very intensive so we can feel to need more intensive It's reported that air culture investigation of physical therapy room has never initiated. To wash the hand, before, after treatment of the patients of physical therapist, is very low frequency. And 73% have responded that the time to wash the hand stays 15-45 second. It is examined that 70% physical therapy room is equipped with washing system, a response of 58% disinfects physical therapy room 1-2times per one month. 36% responded disinfection of treatment modality have done everyday, 25% responded have never done. The location physical therapy room is above one floor - 65%. A response of 57% is ventilation system sufficiency, it is considered that physical therapists needs more efforts on management of hospital infection.

        부산지역 물리치료사 이직동향 연구

        Background: The purpose of this study were to identify the physical therapist's turnover experience in Busan Metropolitan city and its related general factors, and to investigate the turnover, moving-in and out rate. Methods: First Data were collected from 102 physical therapists who working in Busan Metropolitan city using structured questionnaires and then second data collected from who call to directly. Results: Physical therapists expressed high level of turnover experience. Physical therapist's turnover experience was significantly different by their age, marital status, sex, working place and career. In proportion of the total increasing rate of physical therapist and turnover rate was increased. Conclusion: To prevent or reduce physical therapist's turnover rate, more research about causal relationships of physical therapist's turnover should studied.

        성인 이러닝 영어 학습자를 위한 쓰기 진단 평가 개발

        본 연구에서는 우리나라 성인 이러닝 영어 학습자들의 쓰기 능력을 세부적으로 진단하여 구체적인 피드백을 제공할 목적으로 진단평가를 개발하고 시행하였다. 영어 능숙도가 낮고 쓰기 교육을 제대로 받은 경험이 없는 학습자들에게 적합한 진단평가를 개발하기 위해 언어발달 이론/모형에 근거하면서도 하위 수준 학습자들의 장단점을 판단할 근거를 충분히 확보할 수 있는 다양한 유형의 과제들을 개발하였다. 특히, 과제별로 측정하는 능력을 특정하여 통과/실패(pass/fail)의 결정 과정을 단순하게 함으로써 채점의 용이성, 타당도, 신뢰도를 확보하고자 하였다. 한 온라인 대학교에서 영어 수업을 듣고 있는 학생 249명이 시험에 응시하였고 그 결과로 진단한 성인 이러닝 영어 학습자들의 쓰기 능력의 장단점은 다음과 같다. 낮은 수준의 영어 학습자들 대부분이 단문은 쓸 수 있으나 상당수의 학습자들이 주절과 종속절로 이뤄진 복문 구조를 제대로 쓰지 못하였다. 대략 30~50%의 학습자들이 응집장치(cohesion), 일관성(coherence), 담화구조(discourse structure), 어휘적 복잡성(lexical complexity) 등의 문단 단위 글쓰기를 위해 필요한 세부능력을 제대로 갖추지 못한 것으로 진단되었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 낮은 수준의 성인 이러닝 영어 학습자들을 위해 이 진단 정보를 활용할 수 있는 방안을 다각도로 제안하였다. This study aims to develop and implement an English writing diagnostic test for Korean adult e-Learners for the purpose of diagnosing their strengths and weaknesses in writing ability. In order to develop a writing diagnostic test designed for low level e-Learners, the following was considered: first, test constructs should be decided based on language learning theories/models. Second, tasks should provide as many opportunities for fresh start as possible so that test takers can produce enough writing samples. Third, each task should measure one or two specific subskills to enable simple, valid and reliable decision making of pass/fail in the targeted subskills. A total of 249 students enrolling in a cyber university took the test. The result shows that most of the participants were able to write a simple sentence, but a significant number of them were not able to write a complex sentence with a main-subordinate clause structure. Also, 30% to 50% of the participants failed in showing their skills needed to write a more refined paragraph, such as using cohesive devices and writing a coherent text by combining separate sentences. Based on the results, suggestions were made for more effective ways of utilizing the results of a diagnostic test for low level e-Learners of English.

        컴퓨터 상호작용 운동 프로그램이 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 균형에 미치는 영향

        Purpose:The purpose of this study was to examine the feasibility and efficiency of balance training program through an interactive video game regimen in people with chronic stroke. Methods:Thirty patients with chronic hemiparetic stroke were recruited. Participants were randomly assigned to either a control group (n=15) or an experimental group (n=15). The control group received the general physical therapy including of strengthening and balance exercise five times a week whereas the experimental group received a program of balance exercise with video game play based on virtual reality as well as the same typical physical therapy. The experimental group received 6 sessions for four weeks. Each session was given 5 minutes. An interactive computer game exercise regimen lasted 30 minutes without rest periods. Outcome measures for weight transfer to paretic side, non-paretic side and sit-squat-speed, sit-squat-length, sit-to-standspeed and sit-to-stand-area for the control group (n=15) and experimental group (n=15) before and after treatment were obtained by using the biorescure. Results:Outcomes demonstrated significant improvement in the experimental group compared with the control group in weight transfer to paretic side, non-paretic side and sit-squat-speed, sit-squat-length, sit-to-stand-speed. No significant training effect was showed in sit-to-stand-area between pretraining and post-training. Conclusion:An interactive computer game exercise based on task oriented approach for balance in chronic stroke were feasible. In other words, This regimen resulted in a greater improvement in dynamic balance for people with chronic stroke.

        홀리스틱을 지향하는 대안교육 교육과정에 대한 고찰

          1988년에 창간된「홀리스틱 교육 리뷰(Holistic Education Review)」지에 대안교육을 주제로 한 논문이 다수 게재된 바와 같이 홀리스틱 교육론자들은 오래 전부터 대안교육에 대한 많은 논의를 하고있었다. 또한 ?일본홀리스틱교육협회? (JHES, 日本ホリスティック?育協?)는 다양한 형태의 대안교육을 모색하고 있는 사람들로 구성되어 있고, 한국홀리스틱교육학회는 ‘홀리스틱 교육과 대안교육’을 주제로 학술세미나를 개최한 바 있다. 미국의 국가교육위원회 지도자, 전미교사협회에서는 교육개혁의 필수적인 단계로 대안교육, 대안학교를 들고 있다. 이러한 대안교육에 대한 높은 관심과 함께 우리나라에서는 해마다 대안학교가 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 이렇게 대안교육에 대한 관심이고조되고 있는 현 시점에서 홀리스틱 교육과 대안교육이라는 두 가지 키워드를 갖고 대안교육과정에 대해 탐색해 보는 것은 매우 의미 있는 일로, 여기에서는 대안지향의 새로운 사회운동의 특징과 함께 홀리스틱(holistic)을 지향하는 대안교육 교육과정에 대해 알아보고, 일본에서의 홀리스틱 대안교육 운영에 대한 실태 파악을 하였다.   Holistic educational disputants set much argument to alternative education to 1988 from before fairly as the thesis which educated a subject alternatively appeared on published “Holistic Education Review” paper a lot. JHES (Japan Holistic Education Society) consist of the people groping after alternative education of the various forms, and KSHE (Korean Society for Holistic Education) have had a seminar by a subject ‘holistic education and alternative education’. It’s educated alternatively by the indispensable stage of the educational reform by American State School Board leader and all-American teacher society and alternative school is shown. Alternative school is the increasing tendency every year in our country with the high interest to such alternative education. It’s that it"s this very significant to search to the alternative educational process with two kind key word as holistic education and alternative education in the present in which I grow interested to alternative education. It was checked to the alternative educational process which points holistic as well as the feature of the new social movement of alternative directivity by writing and reality grasp to holistic alternative curriculum in Japan was done.

        홀리스틱 통합교육과정의 효율적 운영방안 모색

        본고에서는 홀리스틱 교육(holistic education)의 관점에 비추어 통합교육과정의 효율적 운영 방안 모색을 하고자 먼저, 통합교육과정에 대한 고찰과 함께 홀리스틱 교육의 ‘관련ㆍ이어짐’이라는 관점을 통해 홀리스틱 교육과 통합교과교육과의 관계를 파악하였다. 다음에 홀리스틱 통합교육과정 운영을 위한 다양한 실천적 전략 탐색을 하였으며, 마지막으로 홀리스틱 전인교육을 지향하는 홀리스틱 교육 관점에서의 통합교육의 미래 전망을 제시하고 이들 결과에 대한 논의와 함께 앞으로의 과제에 대해 모색하였다. 통합교과 운영의 다양한 방법들은 그 방법 자체가 중요한 것이 아니라 통합의 목적과 결부될 때 비로소 교육적 효과를 거둘 수가 있다. 본고에서는 어원과 파생어가 갖는 의미가 풍부하고 다양한 ‘홀리스틱’이란 용어를 ‘통합교육, 통합교육과정, 통합교과교육’이라는 용어의 수식어로 사용하였다. ‘홀리스틱’과 ‘통합(integration)’에 대한 명쾌한 정의 및 관계 제시가 있은 후에야 홀리스틱 통합교육과정 운영에 대한 보다 특성화된 전략 및 실천 방향 모색도 가능하게 될 것이다. When it itself was important, but the way was related to a goal of integration right for various ways of integration subject operation after it was checked to the second practicing strategy of inclusive education process operation and aim, it was possible to find out that it"s possible to get the educational good results for the first time. The third educational process of the state standard and textbook have to be made the target of a next to one-like change with the foundation of right concept introduction to an integration subject, but it"s thought that recognition conversion of site teachers to an integration subject is necessary absolutely before that. Or I think the ability developing integrated education contents personally focusing on need of a teacher and students and a request at school site is more important further than the education contents by which it"s given at the top to the educational process or the textbook form of the state standard.
