방송포맷 거래에 나타나는 휴리스틱 및 네트워크 효과의 함의와 한국 포맷 수출 전략 연구 : 〈복면가왕〉과 〈너의 목소리가 보여〉 중심으로

이 연구는 행동경제학의 범주인 휴리스틱과 네트워크 효과라는 이론적 틀을 통해 방송포맷 거래가 실제로 어떻게 작동하는지 알아보았다. 그리고 〈복면가왕〉과 〈너의 목소리가 보여〉 같은 성공적인 한국 포맷 수출 사례에 적용 해보고 이에 대한 분석을 통해 이러한 사례를 지속적으로 발굴하기 위한 전략을 도출해보고자 했다. 연구결과 방송포맷은 경험재임이 확인되었고, 포맷 거래는 포맷의 내적 요인이나 외적 요인에 따라 이용가능성 휴리스틱이나 대표성 휴리스틱, 또는 두 가지가 모두 작용하여 발생했다. 그리고 포맷의 성공에 기반해 새로운 시즌 또는 다른 나라 버전이 하나둘씩 추가되는 과정이 반복되고 확장되는 네트워크 효과가 나타나기도 했다. 이 내용들은 〈복면가왕〉과 〈너목보〉 수출 사례를 통해서도 설명이 가능했다. OTT 성장에 따른 환경변화에도 레거시 미디어는 공존하며 포맷에 대한 수요도 계속될 것이라는 전망 아래, 연구내용을 기반으로 분석해 ‘포맷 장르 다변화’, ‘마케팅 역량 강화’, ‘판매 투트랙 전략’, ‘핵심 바이어 네트워킹’, ‘후광효과 활용’, ‘바이어 맞춤형 전략’ 등 6가지 정도의 향후 전략을 도출해 낼 수 있었다. 이 연구는 휴리스틱이나 네트워크 효과를 실험이나 설문조사를 통한 객관적인 수치로서 입증하지 못한 점에서 한계가 있다. 하지만 방송포맷 거래의 본질과 과정에 집중하고, 포맷 거래에서 가장 중요한 역할을 하는 바이어의 구매 의사결정 요인에 대해 행동경제학 관점에서 분석했다는데 의의가 있다. 또한, 국내·외 최고 수준의 포맷 산업계 관계자들의 인터뷰와 최신 문헌자료를 통해 보다 심층적이고 다각적으로 분석할 수 있었기에 의미가 있는 연구라 판단한다. This study examined how TV format trading actually works through the theoretical framework of the category of behavioral economics, Heuristic and network effects. And It was checked that the K-format successful export cases such as 〈The Masked Singer〉 and 〈I Can See Your Voice〉 was applied in order to draw up strategies to continuously discover these cases through analysis. The research confirmed that the TV format was an experience material, and the format transaction occurred due to the availability of Heuristic or representative Heuristic, or both, depending on the internal or external factors of the format. And based on the success of the format, the process of adding new seasons or versions of other countries one by one has been repeated and expanded. These were also explained through export cases of 〈The Masked Singer〉 and 〈I Can See Your Voice〉 Under the prospect that legacy media will coexist and demand for formats will continue despite changes in environment due to OTT growth, It was able to derive about six future strategies based on its analysis of the research, including "variety of format genre", "strengthening marketing capabilities", "sales two-track strategy", "core buyers networking", "use of halo effect", and "buyer customized strategy". This study has limitations in that it has lacked of demonstrating the effects of heuristic or network effects as objective figures through experiments or surveys. However, it is meaningful to focus on the nature and process of TV format transactions and to analyze buyers" purchasing decision factors, which play the most important role in format transactions, from a behavioral economics perspective. Also, I think it is meaningful research because it was able to analyze in more depth and diversity through interviews with top domestic and foreign format industry officials and the latest literature materials.

다리 혹은 건물과 같은 구조물들은 그들의 안전상태를 진단하기 위하여 지속적으로 점검할 필요가 있다. 그러나 사람이 이러한 구조물의 모든 지점을 직접적으로 접근하여 점검해야 하는 치명적인 어려움이 있다. 이러한 어려움을 극복하기 위하여 오늘날에는 WSN(Wireless Sensor Node)를 이용한 SHM(Structural Health Monitoring)에 대한 많은 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 WSN을 이용한 SHM에서 보다 정밀한 점검을 위하여 실시간 처리를 제공하는 Xenomai의 성능을 기존 리눅스커널과 실험적으로 비교 평가하였다. 이를 위하여 상용 임베디드 보드인 라즈베리 파이(Raspberry Pi) 보드의 기존 리눅스커널에 Xenomai를 패치 시키고, 캔틸레버 빔(cantilever beam)의 고유 주파수(natural frequency)를 분석하기 위하여 가속도 센서로부터 z-축 진동 데이터를 주기적으로 읽어 들이는 태스크를 구현하였다. 동일한 방법으로 기존 리눅스 커널에서 데이터를 측정한 후, Smart Office Analyzer를 이용하여 캔틸레버 빔의 고유 주파수를 분석하였다. 마지막으로, WSN을 위한 Xenomai의 타당성을 검토하기 위하여 가속도 센서의 z-축 진동 데이터를 유선으로 측정하여 동일한 방법으로 비교 분석하였다. Structures like bridges or buildings need to be checked continuously to diagnose their safety. However, it is extremely difficult for the people who access such structures to check all areas directly. To overcome this problem, there is a lot of active research into structural health monitoring (SHM) with wireless sensor nodes (WSNs). In this paper, for more accurate checking of SHM with WSNs, we experimentally compare and evaluate the performance of Xenomai, which provides real-time processing under the traditional Linux kernel. For this purpose, we patch Xenomai into the traditional Linux kernel of a commercial embedded board, Raspberry Pi, and implement a task that periodically reads vibration data of the z-axis from an accelerometer in order to analyze the natural frequency of cantilever beams. Reading the data from the traditional Linux kernel with the same method, we analyze the natural frequency of the cantilever beams using Smart Office Analyzer. Finally, to review the validity of Xenomai for WSNs, we obtain vibration data on the z-axis from the accelerometer via wired network and compared and analyzed them the same way.

파일 접근 로그를 위한 FUSE 기반의 Syslog 에이전트

시스템의 로그 정보는 불법적인 시스템 접근에 대한 문제를 해결하는데 결정적인 단서를 제공하기 때문에 로그 데이 터의 수집 및 분석은 시스템 관리자에게 매우 중요하다. 리눅스 시스템에서는 다양한 종류의 로그 데이터를 수집하기 위하여 syslog 유틸리티를 이용해 오고 있다. 그러나 시스템 관리자는 syslog 유틸리티에서 지원하는 서비스에 의존해야 하는 한계가 있다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 시스템 관리자로 하여금 syslog 유틸리티에서 지원하고 있지 않는 파일 접근에 대한 로그 정보를 수집할 수 있도록 하는 syslog 에이전트를 제시하고자 한다. 제시한 syslog 에이전트의 기본 개념은 FUSE를 생성한 후, syslog를 이용하여 FUSE가 마운트된 디렉토리에 존재하는 임의의 파일에 대한 접근 정보를 로그 파일에 저장하는 것이다. 제시한 기법의 기능적 타당성을 검토하기 위하여 리눅스(우분투 14.04)에서 FUSE 기반의 syslog 에이전트를 구현하여 임의의 파일 접근에 대한 정보를 로그 파일에 저장하고 저장된 로그 파일의 정보를 확인한다. Because the log information provides some critical clues for solving the problem of illegal system access, it is very important for a system administrator to gather and analyze the log data. In a Linux system, the syslog utility has been used to gather various kinds of log data. Unfortunately, there is a limitation that a system administrator should rely on the services only provided by the syslog utility. To overcome this limitation, this paper suggests a syslog agent that allows the system administrator to gather log information for file access that is not serviced by syslog utility. The basic concept of the suggested syslog agent is that after creating a FUSE, it stores the accessed information of the files under the directory on which FUSE has been mounted into the log file via syslog utility. To review its functional validity, a FUSE file system was implemented on Linux (Ubunt 14.04), and the log information of a file access was collected and confirmed.

쿼드콥터 원격제어를 위한 안드로이드 기반 사용자 인터페이스

본 논문에서는 안드로이드 폰을 이용하여 쿼드콥터의 모터 속도를 원격으로 제어하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스 기법을 제시한다. 제시한 기법은 내부적으로 JSON 프로토콜을 사용하여 메시지를 생성하고 UDP 소켓을 통하여 인터넷과 무선 통신한다. 제시한 기법의 타당성을 검토하기 위하여 Nexus S 안드로이드 폰에 앱 프로그램을 구현하고 Falinux(주)의 G100-S3C6410 보드를 이용하여 쿼드콥터 원격제어를 실험하였다.

OTT 플랫폼의 한국 드라마 서비스 확대와 드라마 제작사의 전략 변화 : 동적역량관점(Dynamic Capabilities View)을 중심으로

본 연구는 넷플릭스를 비롯한 국내외 OTT 플랫폼 기업의 한국 드라마 서비스로 촉발된 산업환경 변화와 이에 대응하는 드라마 제작사의 경영전략을 동적역량관점(Dynamic Capabilities View)으로 살펴보았다. 한국 드라마 제작사들의 최근 경영전략을 분석하기 위해 David J. Teece가 제시한 동적역량의 세 가지 클러스터 감지(sense), 포착(seize), 변형(transform) 프레임을 활용, 주요 기업 임직원 대상으로 1차 설문조사, 2차 심층 인터뷰를 실시했다. 그 결과, 대부분 한국 드라마 제작기업들은 현재 일어나고 있는 산업환경 변화를 정확하게 인식하고, 새로운 사업 기회를 포착하기 위해 기업의 자원과 역량을 새롭게 구축하고 있으며, 이를 적극적으로 활용하고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 드라마 제작사들은 급변하는 산업환경에서 기회와 위협을 간파하는 ‘감지’ 능력은 물론, ‘포착’의 동적역량을 구축하고 있는 것으로 나타났는데 기획 프로듀서와 작가등 인적자원에 투자하고, 웹툰, 소설 같은 원작 IP 활용 권리를 확보함으로써 시즌제드라마 제작에 대비하는 새로운 기획개발 시스템을 만들고 있는 것이다. 그리고 드라마 산업 내에서 기업 간 인수합병, 제휴 등 전략적 의사결정을 단행하는 ‘변형’의 동적역량 또한 활발하게 작동하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 드라마 제작사의 동적역량이 기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향까지 규명하지 못했다는 점에서 한계가 있다. 그러나 제작사 임직원 설문조사와 인터뷰를 통해 현재 나타나는 산업의 변화 양상, 기업의 전략 실행과정을 밀도 있게 분석하였다는 점에서 향후 드라마 제작사 동적역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 종합적 연구의 기초 연구로서 의미가 있다고 판단한다. This study examined the business strategies of Korean drama production companies in response to changes in the industrial environment triggered by Korean drama services of domestic and foreign OTT platform companies including Netflix through Dynamic Capabilities View. To analyze the recent strategic management of drama production companies, the researchers conducted for the first survey and the second in-depth interview for executives and managers of major production companies using the three clusters of dynamic capabilities – sense, seize, transform frame proposed by David J. Teece. According to the analysis results, most Korean drama production companies are building up and actively utilizing corporate resources and capabilities to accurately recognize the current changes and capture new business opportunities in the drama industry environment. In a rapidly changing industrial environment, it has been found that drama production companies have the ability of "sense" to detect opportunities and risks. They also estabilish the capability of "seize" to invest in human resources such as planning producers and writers and to create the new planning and development system preparing for producing seasonal dramas by securing the right to use the original IP like webtoons. In addition, the dynamic capability of "transform", which makes bold strategic decisions such as mergers and acquisitions and alliances between companies, is operating strongly in the drama industry. This study has a limitation in that it did not find out the effect of the dynamic capabilities of drama production companies on the business performance. However, it is meaningful as a basic study for a further comprehensive study to confirm the effects of the dynamic capabilities of drama production companies on business performance in that the current industry changes and the corporate strategy execution process were analyzed in a dense manner through surveys and interviews with the employees of production companies.
