        재난구호 자원봉사활동체계 실태분석 및 정책적 함의

        자원봉사자 활동을 분석하여 자원봉사활동체계를 정비하는데 기여코자 하였는데, 주요 정책적 제언은 다음과 같다. 관리체계에서는 민관산학의 통합적 협력체계, 구호품관리체계 개선, 봉사활동 운영 매뉴얼 개발의 필요성 등을 제언하였다. 그리고 교육체계에서는 재난분야별 전문교육, 현장 오리엔테이션교육, 자원봉사자관리자 양성교육 등의 필요성을 설명하였다. 지원체계에 대해서는 국가안전관리정보시스템, 봉사자관리전산프로그램, 봉사자 상해보험, 봉사활동 시간확인서 발급, 봉사활동 행정지원, 비상통신체계 확보 그리고 예방 예산 및 의연금 등에 대한 개선을 제시하였다. This research is to make clear the volunteer activity system through analysing activity of volunteers. Main suggestions are as below. In management system, integrated cooperating system, improvement of delivering system of relief goods and developing operating manual of volunteering management are discussed. In education system, specialized education for different disaster areas, field orientation education, and training managerial positions are suggested. In supporting system, improving NDMS(National Disaster Management System), computerized program for volunteer management, insurance for volunteers, issuing a confirmation of volunteering activity, securement of emergency communication system, budget for prevention and donation are also suggested.

        유소년 스포츠클럽 참가자의 참여동기와 만족도 및 재이용 의사의 관계분석

        Purpose of this study is to acknowledge the all around education by making sports every day life providing more useful information to participants and presenting new vision for the sports activity by examining relation with participating motivation, satisfaction and intention of reuse for after school the youth sports club participants. To prove this, total of 275 participants were picked from the youth group who were participated in the sports club in the period from Dec. 2009 to Apr. 2010 after excluding inadequate data. Factor analysis, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used as the method of analysis and conclusions are as followed: First, in the order of internal motivation, external motivation and non-motivation in the subdivision factors in the participating motivation of the youth sports club participants influenced positively on degree of satisfaction. Second, degree of satisfaction for youth sports club participants influenced on expectation of participating from all of the aspect of psychological factor, educational factor and environmental factor influenced on intention of reuse. Third, participating motivation directly influenced on degree of satisfaction but did not directly influence on intention of reuse and degree of satisfaction directly influenced on intention of reuse. Degree of satisfaction is takes the important role of variable agent by connecting participating motivation and intention of reuse.

        대학생의 여가활동 참여유형에 따른 여가만족도와 소비행동의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to provide the useful information by understanding the effectiveness of consumption behavior on satisfaction through the leisure activity and leasure experience by researching relations of leisure satisfaction and consumption behavior on leisure activity participation of college students. To demonstrate this theory, we picked college students as the study population and collected surveys after answered by using self assesment method using sampling method. The number of the sample was 380 excluding inadequate answers. the methods of the analysis to reach the conclusion were t-test, factor analysis, one way ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. ant the conclusions are as followed: First, in the leisure activities of the students participating in the leisure activities during the weekdays are in the ordre of doing internet, participating sports activity, seeing movies, watching T.V. listening to music and playing games. On weekends were in the order of seeing movies, watching plays, watching T.V., working part time job, resting, shopping and doing internet. Wanting to do activities are in the order of traveling, participating sports activity, seeing movies, watching plays. Second, differences in leisure satisfaction on general characters depend on the factors of age, grade in school, participating hours, number of leasure, satisfaction of spending money on leisure. Third, it educational satisfaction, emotional satisfaction, physical satisfaction, environmental satisfaction and social satisfaction in the lower factors of leisure satisfaction showed the correlation relations in the result of correlation relation in leisure satisfaction and consumption behavior of college students. the result only influences on environmental satisfaction in the lower factors of leisure activity.

        위기 상황에서 비상통신체계의 전파 활용도 제고를 위한 실증 분석

        The purpose of this paper is to suggest the policy implications for improving the utilization of emergency traffic using the empirical analysis. As a result, lots of amateur radio oprators want to participate in the crisis and emergency management activities in crisis situations. So, it is firstly needed that we make some good legal conditions for using the amateur radio operators in disaster site. Especially, this paper suggests that activities of the amateur radio operators, frequency assignment, and the insurance support for the amateur radio operators are needed for getting their active participation in disaster management. 이 논문은 아마추어 무선통신사를 대상으로 위기 상황에서의 비상통신체계의 효율적 운영을 위한 실증분석을 통해 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 위기 상황에서의 비상통신체계의 효율적 운영을 위한 시사점을 도출을 위한 분석결과, 아마추어 무선사들의 위기 상황 시의 활동 참여에 대한 욕구가 강한 것으로 나타났으며, 이에 따라 현행 위기 상황에서의 비상통신체계 강화를 위하여 무엇보다도 무선사의 참여 및 활용을 위한 법제도 규정이 우선 될 필요가 있는 것으로 평가되며, 무선사의 참여에 따른 정부의 지원정책과 활용방안에 대한 대안이 모색될 필요성이 있는 것으로 판단된다. 특히, 분석의 주요 초점이 된 아마추어 무선사의 활동, 주파수 사용, 무선국 접속방법 등에 대한 법제도 정비와 협력지원 체계 강화를 위한 교육, 정부보조금 지원, 아마추어 무선사를 위한 보험가입 지원 등의 사항에 대하여는 보다 적극적인 정책 개선을 통하여 이들의 활용도를 제고하는 것이 요구되는 것으로 판단된다.

      • 제79회 전국체전 부산팀전력에 관한 고찰

        Focused on the performance of the Pusan team at this year's 79th National Sports Festival, this paper aims to analyze the results of the team by each event through the past 5 years from 1994 to 1998. This year Pusan stood at the 6th again in 8 years. This result is a crisis as the city is scheduled to host the 2000 National Sports Festival and the 2002 Asian Games. The following problems can be pointed out: First, slow development of school sports. From 1991 through 1994, elite-oriented school sports turned into club-associated sports for fun and play. Therefore, some relatively harder events became unpopular and it was more difficult recruiting excellent athletes. Tough financial conditions of schools also contributed to slowing the development of school sports. Second, budgetary lack. The budget of the Pusan Sports Association ranks the 10th among 16 domestic cities and provinces. In particular, the expenses for reinforced training amounting to 200,000 won per person (recording the 14th) leave much for improvement. It's getting harder and harder to purchase expensive equipment. So how to secure enough finance is the most urgent task. Third, tougher economic conditions of Pusan. Owing to the IMF crisis, a lot of companies in Pusan have gone bankrupt. As a result, some athletic associations go without their presidents. So missing are financially supporting athletes and properly collecting data. Henceforth, for the balanced development and high performance of Pusan sports at the National Sports Festival, the above problems should be solved. Let me suggest some guidelines: 1. School sports need to be activated above anything else. In fact, Pusan's high school teams reaped all but the lowest marks this year. We have to enlarge financial grants to high schools, invest in some specialized events, manage the representative reserve system, and expand the support of promising athletes. 2. A practical budget ought to be made, including the rise of reinforced training expenditure up to 300,000 to 400,000 won per athlete. For example, the interests of the sports promotion fund (about 4 billion won) held by the Pusan Sports Association might as well be used as special accounts. 3. Some concerned facilities (sports fields and public athletic parks) and equipment (especially for sea sports) have to be secured. 4. More vigorous support of and investment in college and industrial terms is needed for the bright picture of Pusan sports in the 2000s. 5. As sports administration also goes Seoul-oriented, fresh leaders are needed to run the otherwise weakening municipal sports organization.
