중국의 對 한국무역기업 직원의 기업가정신이 장기지향성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to verify the impact of China's entrepreneurship on the long-term orientation of employees of Chinese trading companies trading in Korea. In particular, entrepreneurship, which is an independent variable, is component of entrepreneurship, focusing on entrepreneurial behavior applied in the study of Jung Kyung Sik et al.(2016), risk sensitivity, innovation, entrepreneurship, and achievement desires. and the dependent variable is the trading process that reflects the transaction process and the fairness of the price in terms of the nature of the trading enterprise, and organizational commitment and long-term orientation of the member. The subjects of the study were the members of the trading company in China. The analysis was conducted with 317 questionnaires and analyzed the reliability, validity and confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis of the structural equation model using SPSS and AMOS program. As a result of the analysis, it is found that the entrepreneurial spirit has a significant influence on the innovation and achievement desire among the components of entrepreneurial spirit. The sense of risk and desire for achievement have a significant influence on organizational commitment. It is a very important factor in immersion. Also, transaction process and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the long - term orientation of transactions. Therefore, in the international trade, which is very different from the domestic business environment, the entrepreneurial spirit of the members forms a trust relationship through the recognition of fairness in the transaction with the other party and organizational commitment such as long service, Long-term directionality can be realized.

중국 내 가전기업의 사회적 책임활동이 중국소비자의구매의도에 미치는 영향

Corporate social responsibility is that corporate should be responsible for employees, consumers, community and environment although it is busy in creating profits for shareholders, and bearing legal responsibility. It has increasingly drawn people’s attention with the development of economy since a American scholars called Sheldon put forward corporate social responsibility in the 1920s. In recent years, with the rapid development of economic in China, The social responsibility of Chinese corporate have been paid more and more attention, the emergence of a number of positive corporate social responsibility, the academic research on corporate social responsibility also has changed from theoretical research to empirical research on consumer behavior. This paper focus on Chinese household electrical appliance enterprises as the research object, the corporate social responsibility is divided into product liability, trading responsibility and contribution to social responsibility. And used the corporate image and products reliability as intermediate variables to analysis Chinese consumer purchase intention. According to the response samples, we compared and analyzed the foreign home appliance enterprises and the local home appliance enterprises in China. The results again proved that corporate social responsibility could positively influence on consumers ’ purchase intention. Although the Korean enterprises on behalf of the foreign-funded enterprises in China fulfill the social responsibility of consumers well, the lack of adequate understanding of the solution result in a certain influence of consumers’ purchase action, thereby affecting the company ’s operating results. Consequently, enterprises should strive to publish corporate social responsibility reports to the public, increase fairness and transparency, and the government should also express affirmative and publicity guidance on the conduct of enterprises. 본 연구는 중국기업 CSR의 이론적 고찰을 통해서 제품의 사회적 책임 활동과 거래의 사회적 책임 활동과 기업의 공헌책임 활동이 기업의 이미지와 제품의 신뢰성에 어떻게 영향을 미쳐서 직접적인 구매의사에 영향을 미치는가에 대해 연구모형과 가설을 수립하고, 이를 중국내 가전기업을 대상으로 실증분석 함으로써 향후 중국진출 외국기업들의 대응전략을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 제품의 CSR 활동을 높게 지각한다 하여도 기업이미지에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 거래의 CSR 활동과 기업의 CSR 공헌 활동은 기업이미지에 모두 정(+)의 영향(가설 1)을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 가설 1 은 부분 채택하였다. 둘째, 제품과 거래CSR 활동은 제품의 신뢰성에 정(+)의영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 기업의 CSR 공헌 활동은 제품신뢰성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로나타나고 있어 가설 2를 부분 채택하였다. 셋째, 기업의 이미지가 좋을수록 구매의도도 정(+)의 영향(가설 3)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 가설 3을 채택하였다. 넷째, 제품의 신뢰성이 좋을수록 구매의도도 정(+)의 영향( 가설 4)을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있어 가설 4를 채택하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 시사점은 첫째, 중국에 진출한 외국기업들은 한국기업을 포함해서 모두 사회적 책임활동을 더욱 강화시켜야 한다는 주장에 주목하여야 한다. 현재 초기단계에 있는 중국내 사회적 책임활동의 중요성을 먼저 인식하여 중국내 진출기업들은 적극적인 사회적 책임활동을 통해 소비자에게 긍정적인 영향을 미치도록전략적인 노력을 하여야 할 것이다. 둘째, 외국기업이 중국시장에서 기업이미지 및 제품 신뢰성을 제고할수록 기업의 이익창출에도 유의적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대할 수 있으며, 기업의 사회적 책임활동을 이행하는 것은 기업의 미래발전을 위한 무형자산을 키워나가는 중요한 실무적 방법이라고 할 수 있다.

우리나라 외국어 교육의 方向 : A Methodological Study on Language Teaching

From some time in the 19th century until recently, many kinds of language teaching methods have been advocated. These methods have been given various names, like grammar-translation method, direct method, series method, audio-lingual method, and recently, the cognitive approach. Each of these methods has its own historical and theoretical background. In this study, the weak points and strong points of these methods are discussed and analyzed in order to find the most appropriate way of TESL in Korea. Surely, no one would deny that linguistics has made a great contribution to language teaching. Especially the structural linguistics corporation with behavioral psychology has been a great influence on TESL methodology and material development over past half century. With recent 'revolution' in linguistics, however, there seems to have arisen a sort of uncertainty in th field of TESL. Those involved in the field of TESL have not fully accepted this, 'revolution' indeed, many authorities observe that no 'revolution' will take place in TESL. It is time, however, that those who are engaging in TESL should look beyond the past and present and strengthen this decipline. Recently, in the field of linguistics, the transformational-generative grammar has almost replaced structural linguistics and has criticized it in many aspects. This new theory views language as rule-governed behavior and tries to describe an ideal native speaker-hearer's internalized rules. Proponents of this theory emphasize the creative aspect of language. They suggest that classroom exercises also be viewed differently. Instead of being a way of instilling habits which structuralists advocate, these exercises should now be concerned with allowing the students to react to and manipulate the data in order to internalize rules. Obviously, however, it is not enough to have students perform well in doing exercises and to internalize rules. They must also be able to use the language and communicate in out-of-classroom situations. The task of gradually moving from controlled practice to meaningful use of language will remain with the classroom teachers. It cannot he spelled out in a text book or in any linguistic theory. Only classroom teachers can be alert and sensitive to the individual needs and interests of their students. Indeed, it most be kept in mind that language itself is only one aspect of language teaching. Language teaching is an interdisciplinary field of various sciences including linguistics, psychology, cultural anthropology, and various non-linguistic fields. Those involved in the field of TESL, however, should be familiar with recent theories so that they can see what is applicable and what is not. There is not any one theory which may have all answers. The best of all possible approaches amy be an eclectic one in which the individual teacher attempts to use what is useful wherever he finds it and refuses to subscribe to any one narrow dogma.

뉴실버 세대의 음악교육 현황에 대한 연구- 전국 노인복지관의 2016년 상반기 개설 강좌를 중심으로

본 논문의 목적은 뉴실버 세대의 취미생활 제공과 여가복지를 목적으로 하는 음악관련 교과목의 개설 현황을 조사하여 이를 분석하는 데 있다. 연구의 대상은 전국 221개 노인복지관의 2016년 상반기에 운영하고 있는 개설 강좌 시간표를 자료 수집하여, 그 중 음악관련 교과목의 개설 현황을 살펴보았다. 수집한 자료를 분석하는 것으로 연구 방법을 선택하여 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 다른 강좌들에 비해 많은 인원을 수용하여 수업이 이루어지는 노래교실과 합창, 손쉽게 소지하고 다닐 수 있는 손 악기인 하모니카와 오카리나 교과목 위주로 개설되어 있었다. 또한, 지역별 평균 개설 강좌 수가 크게는 3배 이상 차이가 있으며, 각 복지관별 평균 개설 강좌 수는 22배 가량의 격차가 있음을 확인하였다. 전국의 노인복지관의 음악교육 프로그램 운영에 대한 현주소를 살펴본 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 나타난 문제점을 개선하여 뉴실버 세대와 그 다음 노년층에 이르기까지 다양한 교과목을 통한 음악교육을 지역에 따른 격차 없이 균등하게 누릴 수 있게 되기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to look into and analyse the current status of music education programs which aim at leisure welfare and hobby activities. After collecting and analyzing the course schedules opened by 211 senior welfare centers in the first half of 2016, this study examines the subjects related to musical education among these. As the research method, this research analyses the data collected. According to the research result, singing and chorus lessons, which had the most number of participants, were available in the most centers, and followed by lectures teaching easy-to-carry instruments such as harmonica and ocarina. Also, the average number of lectures shows big differences up to three times by province, and the gap widened up to 22 times when centers were compared individually. This study, looking into the current condition of music education for New Silver generation, concludes with the expectation that it’s findings will contribute to solving the exposed problems, and ultimately realizing equal opportunities through diverse music lessons for the New Silver as well as the next generation of senior citizens without the gap between provinces.
