u-Learning을 활용한 가정연계에 대한 실행연구: 전래동요놀이를 중심으로

본 연구는 솔잎유치원 만 5세반의 효과적인 가정연계 방안을 마련하고자 실시한 실행연구이다. 연구대상은 만 5세반 유아 28명과 그들의 가족이다. 연구의 목적은 솔잎유치원의 가정연계와 관련된 문제점을 파악하고 개선방안을 모색한 후, 전래동요놀이를 활용하여u-Learning 가정연계를 실행하는 데 있다. 가정연계의 문제점 파악을 위해 솔잎유치원의2013학년도 가정연계 실태를 분석하였다. 솔잎유치원의 가정연계 문제점은 가정연계의 주제 및 내용이 부모의 관심을 끌기 어려운 일반적이고 상식적인 지식 및 정보가 많았으며, 가정연계 방법 및 시기가 적절하지 못한 것으로 드러났다. 실행과정에서 가정연계 활성화를 위한 분위기를 조성하였고, u-Learning을 통하여 가정과 소통할 수 있는 다양한 방안을 마련하고 가족놀이문화를 형성하도록 하였다. 또한, 원활한 실행을 위하여 가정에서의 전래동요놀이촬영과 전송의 자율성을 부여하였으며, 부모들에게 활동방법을 구체적으로 안내하여 적극적으로 참여할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구에 참여한 유아와 부모의 변화를 살펴본 결과 유아들 은 가정연계의 중심 역할을 하게 되었으며, 다양한 인간관계를 형성해나가게 되었고, 우리나라 전통문화에 대한 친밀감을 형성하였다. 부모는 u-Learning 가정연계를 통하여 자녀에게 공감하게 되었고, 적극적이고 능동적인 교육자로 변화하였으며, 유아교육의 동반자로 유치원과 협력하게 되었다. This action research aimed at improving family involvement program implemented in Solip Kindergarten. The participants were 28 children in a 5-year-old class and their family members. Family involvement activities carried out in the previous academic year were analyzed and the need for changes in the methods and contents of family involvement activities was revealed. After modification of the program, this study implemented u-Learning family involvement activities utilizing Korean traditional songs and plays. Children’s activities of traditional songs and plays in the kindergarten were video-taped, converted into QR codes, and then sent to their parents’ smart phones. The parents watched the images and engaged in the activities with their children at home. They created and re-created activities involving traditional songs and plays, video-taped their plays, and then sent the image back to the teacher’s smart phone. The QR codes, smart phones, and on-line community band created u-Learning environment for the teacher and the family members, which facilitated effective home-school communication. The participating children became the center of home-school communication, showed leadership in their activities at home, built close relationships with their family members and neighbors, and learned more about Korean traditional songs and plays. The participating parents learned to empathize with their children, established more intimate family relationships, and became more effective partners in education.
