The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational commitment on turnover intention in sports organization through meta–analysis. A total of 18 studies were selected and analyses were conducted using the CMA(Comprehensive Meta Analysis). The results of the study are as follows. First, the total effect size of organizational commitment on turnover intention in sports organization was confirmed as a high. In addition, the influence of affective commitment was greatest among the sub-factors of organizational commitment, and the effect size was shown in order of normative commitment and continuance commitment. Second, in terms of influence according to type, the effect size in the working organization was highest, followed by the team, sports education. Third, though the meta-regression analysis based on the ratio of males did not confirm the validity between organizational commitment and turnover intention as a whole, the validity was analyzed for affective commitment and continuance commitment. Based on the results of this study, it has been confirmed that organizational commitment is an important variable to reduce the degree of turnover intention that may occur in sports organizations, among which the need to seek the maximization of affective commitment has been demonstrated.
한국프로야구 투수의 가치 있는 통계지표 산출 : WAR과의 상관성을 중심으로

In this study, the correlation between the sabermetrics index and the WAR of Korean professional baseball pitchers was analyzed. The purpose of this study is to suggest what meaningful records are needed for professional baseball players to recruit or use athletes. For this purpose, the pitcher"s WAR, innings, wins, ERA, FIP, AVE, OBP, SUG, OPS, home run, WHIP, walks, strikeout, quality start, BABIP index. A correlation analysis using SPSS 21.0 was performed. The results showed that FIP was the most relevant indicator. Also, there was a high correlation between strikeouts, OBP, WHIP, OPS, and quality start. On the other hand, the inning, wins, walks, AVE, SUG, BABIP, and home runs were relatively low or fluctuated by season. This study confirms that the detailed indicators such as FIP, quality start, and WHIP are closely related to the WAR rather than the current awards such as ERA, inning s, and wins. The team should consider FIP, strikeouts, OBS, WHIP, OPS, and quality start capabilities when recruiting, nurturing and using pitchers.

서비스 지향 컴퓨팅(Service-Oriented Computing, SOC)은 배포된 서비스를 선택하고 조합하여 서비스 클라이언트가 원하는 기능을 제공하는 개발 방식이다. SOC는 향상된 비즈니스 기민성, 단축된 개발 시간과 같은 여러 장점을 제공한다. 이러한 장점을 극대화하기 위해서는 서비스의 선택과 조합이 동적으로 이루어져야 한다. 하지만 현재의 프로그래밍 언어, SOC 플랫폼, 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링 언어(Business Process Modeling Language, BPML) 및 도구는 수동적 서비스 선택 또는 서비스의 정적 바인딩만을 지원하는 수준에 머물러 있다. 각 클라이언트의 요구사항을 만족하는 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 해당 비즈니스 프로세스는 재구성 (reconfiguration)되고 재배포 (redeploy)되어야 하는 문제점이 있다. 따라서, 서비스 클라이언트의 다양한 요구에 맞게 서비스를 신속하고 유연하게 조합시키기 위하여 동적 선택기법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 엔터프라이즈 서비스 버스(Enterprise Service Bus, ESB) 기반의 동적선택 핸들러 (Dynamic Selection Handler, DSH) 설계 기법을 제안한다. DSH의 네 가지 컴포넌트인 수행 리스너, 서비스 선택자, 서비스 바인더, 인터페이스 변환자에 대한 설계를 제시한다. DSH 설계 시에 적합한 디자인 패턴을 적용하여 컴포넌트의 재사용성이 높도록 설계한다. 마지막으로 제안한 DSH 설계의 실용성을 보이기 위해 ESB를 이용하여 DSH를 구현한다. Service-Oriented Computing (SOC) is the development method that published services are selected and composed at runtime to deliver the expected functionality to service clients. SOC should get maximum benefits not only supporting business agility but also reducing the development time. Services are selected and composed at runtime to improve the benefits. However, current programming language, SOC platforms, business process modeling language, and tools support either manual selection or static binding of published services. There is a limitation on reconfiguring and redeploying the business process to deliver the expected services to each client. Therefore, dynamic selection is needed for composing appropriate services to service clients in a quick and flexible manner. In this paper, we propose Dynamic Selection Handler (DSH) on ESB. we present a design method of Dynamic Selection Handler which consists of four components; Invocation Listener, Service Selector, Service Binder and Interface Transformer. We apply appropriate design patterns for each component to maximize reusability of components. Finally, we describe a case study that shows the feasibility of DSH on ESB.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationships among viewing motivations of Korean baseball Media-day, viewing attitude, viewing satisfaction, and direct spectatorship. For the research, 500 questionnaires were distributed to spectators who visited baseball stadiums and 312 filled questionnaires were used for the further analysis. Data were analyzed using frequency analysis, correlation analysis and reliability analysis as well as confirmatory factor analysis for measurement reliability and validity. In addition, structural equation modeling was used to test hypotheses. The results of this study are as follows. First, viewing motivations of Korean baseball Media-day has significant influence on viewing attitude and viewing satisfaction. Second, viewing attitude has significant influence on viewing satisfaction. Third, viewing satisfaction has significant influence on direct spectatorship. Forth, attitude partially mediated the relationship between viewing motivations of Korean baseball Media-day and viewing satisfaction.
대학교 운동부선수들의 셀프리더십이 선수들의 임파워먼트 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of self-leadership on university sport team athlete" empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior. The survey was conducted on 200 athletes who are attending university, and a total of 189 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. The questionnaires were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis and mediated effect verification using SPSS and AMOS. First, it was confirmed that university sport team athlete" self leadership had a significant effect on empowerment. Second, university sport team athlete" empowerment has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Third, university sport team athlete" empowerment has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Forth, empowerment partly mediated the relationship between self-leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore leaders will have to establish ways to maximize the university sport team athlete" empowerment to lead the way through self-leadership to organizational citizenship behavior.
