당뇨병이 백서의 이하선에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

The purpose of this study was to observe microscopic change of salivary gland tissue, which is a cause of xerostomia in diabetic condition; for this target, the author injected streptozotocin 0.1ml/100 gm b.w. on the rat, Sprague Dawley, to induce diabetes, and then observed microscopic changes in parotid gland tissue using light microscopy and electron microscopy. The results were as follows : 1. Parotid gland tissue of the diabetic rat was atrophied or degenerated in lapse of experimental time, but began to repair from 14 days after diabetic induction. 2. In the basal lamina of the vessel of parotid gland tissue in the diabetic rat, lamina lucida was discontinued and lamina densa was increased in thickness, but the number of capillary was gradually increased and dilated. 3. In acinic and intercalated ductal cells of parotid gland in the diabetic rat, changes of mitochondria, RER, secretory granule, free ribosome were prominent. In conclusion, the present study demonstrated that degenerative changes of the parotid gland tissue were due to not completely thickening of the basal lamina of vessels, but many other causal factors, because thickness of the basal lamina of vessels was not related with degenerative changes.

The incidence and several characteristic features of fused and geminated teeth were studied radiographically, with full mouth periapical radiogram and pantomogram, in 420I patients of mixed dentition and 5358 patients of permanent dentition. The obtained resultswere as follows: 1. The prevalence was revealed to 2.86%, 0.32%, 0.33%, and 0.06% in deciduous fused tooth, permanent fused tooth, deciduous geminated tooth and permanent geminated tooth respectively, and these anomalies were occured in female more than male. 2. Fused teeth were observed predominantly in lower anterior teeth area, especially in lateral incisor and canine region, and many cases of deciduous geminated tooth were observed in upper central incisor region. 3. Congenital missing rates of succedaneous tooth in deciduous fused teeth were 57.1%, 85.7%, 71.0%, 69.0% in upper right and left central-lateral incisor regions, lower right and left lateral incisor-canine regions, respectively. 4. Prevalence of dental caries was 42.3%, 18.8% and 5.6% in deciduous fused, deciduous geminated and permanent fused tooth, respectively. 5. In classifying of fused and geminated teeth into 9 types, by following appearance such as number of crown, root, pulp chamber and pulp canal of those teeth, it was more favorable that Type I(2 crown, 2 root, 2 pulp chamber, 2 pulp canal) in deciduous fused tooth and Type IX (1 crown, 1 root, 1 pulp chamber, I pulp canal) in permanent fused tooth, deciduous and permanent geminated tooth.

In this paper, we propose a web information search service technique, which improves the presentation efficiency of web search results. when presenting a search result, it is more effective to use the summary system than shows the before and behind the sentence which includes a keyword. For this, we implemented the summary system that summarized the web contents automatically. And, we made a comparative evaluation this system and a commercial business system "yahoo". From the "yahoo" site, it extracted the web search results of keyword "management information" and this results made a comparative evaluation our system in questionnaire study. In this study, a questionnaire consisted of 17 items was developed and then administered to 83 university students. The test result shows that the precision is improved 10% using the summary system. 웹 상에서의 정보검색 효율성 제고를 위한 검색결과 제시방법의 개선방안

제시하는 기존의 방법에 비해 성능이 개선되었음을 보여주었다. 자동문서 요약시스템은 사용자가 원하는 정보를 찾아내는데 걸리는 시간을 단축시킴으로써 정보과부하(information overload)의 문제에 대해 효과적인 해결책을 제시해 줄 수 있기 때문이다(Tombros and Sanderson, 1998). 한편, Amitay and Paris(2000)은 웹 문서를 직접적으로 요약하지 않고, 웹에서의 문서작성 패턴을 분석하여 특정한 URL을 anchor로 활용하는 문서들에서 관련 문단을 추출하고 이들 가운데 소비자의 선호도를 - 3 -바탕으로 평가하여 가장 적합한 문단을 선택하여 요약 결과로 보여주는 방법을 제안하였다. 이러한 방법은 사람들이 자신의 웹 문서에서 다른 사이트나 페이지에 대한 주석(annotation)을 다는 습관을 이용한 것이다. 웹에서의 검색결과를 보여주는 보다 획기적인 방법으로 Woodruff 등(2001)은 검색 대상 웹 페이지를 키워드를 부각시킨 thumbnail 형태로 보여줌으로써 문서요약에 의한 결과제시의 경우보다 검색 소요시간이 단축될 수 있음을 보였다. 그들은 텍스트로 요약된 검색 결과들이 웹페이지의 레이아웃이나 그림에 대한 정보를 제공할 수 없는 단점을 지적하고 검색한 페이지의 모습을 축소시킨 thumbnail을 보여주는 것은 특히, 방문한 경험이 있는 페이지를 찾는데 매우 효과적이라고 주장하였다. 그들의 방법은 thumbnail과 텍스트 요약을 결합하였다는 점에서 상당히 진보된 것이지만, 성과가 검색 소요 시간에 대해서만 측정되었고, 사진과 홈페이지 등 그래픽 정보가 많은 웹 페이지에는 적합하나 문서위주의 웹 페이지에는 유용성이 떨어진다는 한계가 있다.일반적으로 자동 문서요약은 크게 어휘사슬이나 담화 트리를 이용하는 언어학적 접근법과 단어의 빈도, 제목, 문장의 길이, 문장의 위치, 실마리 단어나 구 등을 사용하는 통계기반 접근법, 그리고 이 둘을 혼합한 방법으로 구분된다. 웹의 정보는 정형화된 문서가 아닌 경우가 많기 때문에 기존의 문서 요약에서와 같은 효과를 기대하기 어려울 수도 있다.
