온라인 대형마트 배송기사의 일자리만족도 영향 요인 연구

The e-commerce had been expanding in the distribution channels, recently. Then, COVID-19 and social distancing rules led to a surge of online hypermarkets volume. In this study, we examined workplace environments of delivery drivers, firstly. Second, this study was also designed to examine the influencing factors of the perceived working environments change on the job satisfaction, dealing with the recent surge of work. We analyzed 324 data using various ways like descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance, factor analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The analysis revealed that their job satisfaction was lower than the average score and their working time was too long. In addition, the changes of the workplace environments were divided into labor intensity change and working condition change, which all had a significant effect on job satisfaction. So we should devise some long-term and short-term plans to make the level of job satisfaction among delivery drivers high on workplace environments. 최근 유통업계에서 이커머스 시장이 확산되어 왔고, 코로나19 영향으로 사회적 거리두기 조치가 시행되면서 온라인 대형마트의 거래량도 급증하였다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 대형마트 배송기사들의 근로환경을 살펴보고, 최근 온라인 대형마트의 매출액 증가 추세로 증가한 배송물량을 감당하는 과정에서 인지한 근로환경 변화가 일자리만족도에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악해 보고자 하였다. 총 324건의 응답내용에 대해 기술통계, 특성별 차이검증, 요인분석, 위계적회귀분석방법 등을 적용하여 분석한 결과, 온라인 대형마트 배송기사들의 일자리만족도는 전반적으로 낮게 나타났고, 장시간노동이 만연한 상황으로 확인되었다. 또한, 근로환경 변화상황은 업무강도변화와 근로조건변화로 구분되었으며, 이는 모두 일자리만족도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나, 온라인 대형마트 배송기사들의 근로환경 개선 및 일자리만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관하여 장․단기적 개선방안을 모색할 필요가 있다.

In recent days, is usual case to extend the dwelling area to the balcony which is provided by service area. But the use of the extended area can be arose discomfort with a view point of thermal environment by excessive heat accumulation in summer and excessive cold draft in winter. In this study, the skills were reviewed to improve the thermal environment of the extended area and evaluations were carried out. Additional heat supply by heat-convector installed at the lower end of the curtain wall can improve the thermal environment of the extended area and also arise surface temperature of the curtain wall surface. And aluminum plate installed under the floor could not improve thermal environment, but it was effective to shortening the initial heating time.

Fire and evacuation simulations are the key of engineering approach to performance based fire safety design. In this study, evacuation simulation methods to introduce performance based fire safety design were evaluated and those evaluated are the calculation method used in Japan and a computer simulation model, SIMULEX. The evaluating results show that currently used evacuation simulation methods have a few problems in the accuracy of evacuation feature.

Flow element model is used for predicting indoor air distribution. The greatest assets of the flow element models are the facts that they are relatively easy to use, they require only a few input parameters, they are not very timeconsuming and they do not demand any investments of importance. Because the flow elements such as supply air jets, exhaust flows, thermal plumes, boundary layer flows, infiltration and gravity currents are controlled by the restricted number of parameters, the flow element model will be useful at the first stage of design process. Air distribution with inclined jets is widely used in large rooms of industrial and commercial buildings when chilled air is supplied through the grilles and nozzles. In this paper, Basic principles of air distribution with inclined jets through grilles and nozzles are discussed. In this study, computer program is developed to evaluate the dimensions of the occupied zone effectively ventilated by the jets through the studies of airflow parameters after impingement of inclined jets with surface.

The flow element model is useful to predict indoor air flow patterns of a large enclosure at the first stage of the design process. To investigate the trajectory of inclined non-isothermal air jets, air flow patterns are calculated toy existing equations with variations of angles, heights, and supply air velocities and the characteristics in occupied zone are analyzed. In this study, a computer program is developed to evaluate effectively the air flow patterns in the occupied zone ventilated by the jets through studies of air flow parameters after impingement of inclined jets with surface. As a result, air flow patterns were divided according to angles, heights, and supply air velocities, and to simple regression equation is suggested to predict the air flow patterns.
