        This study is concerned about the development and performance evaluation of a tower type ATC(Automatic Tool Changer). Recently, many studies have been undergoing to reduce working time in field of machine center. Tower type ATC have been developed to reduce the stand-by time by shortening tool exchanging time. The developed system can store more number of tools in small space. In order to evaluate the performance of tower type ATC, feeding speed and noise are measured by a laser interferometer and a noise level meter.

        축소형 액체로켓엔진에서 기체산소/케로신 및 기체아산화질소/에탄올 연소 분무의 비교

        Reactive sprays of two propellant combinations(GOx/kerosene and GN₂O/ethanol) were observed and compared with each other as a basic research of visualizing supercritical combustion. A shadowgraph imaging method was used to visualize the reactive sprays, and shadowgraph images were converted to density gradient magnitude images to analyse the structure of reactive sprays. The gas-liquid interface of GOx/kerosene spray showed rougher boundary and steeper density gradient near the injector face than the N₂O/ethanol at similar combustion chamber pressure. Spray core length was calculated from averaged density gradient magnitude images and it was revealed that spray core length of GOx/kerosene was shorter than that of GN₂O/ethanol, although momentum flux ratio of GOx/kerosene propellant combination was lower.

        재(灰) 처리의 미역 색소 안정화 효과

        In this study, changes in chlorophyll and carotenoid pigment in fresh and ash treated Undaria pinnatifida were determined by column chromatography. And pigment stabilizing effects of ashes were discussed. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The main carotenoids of Undaria pinnatifida are fucoxanthin, violaxanthin, lutein and βcarotene. 2. In storage of fresh Undaria pinnatifida at 2-5℃ for 30 days, chlorophyll a decreased rapidly and mainly converted to pheophytin a. Among carotenoids, lutein was markedly lost while the others retained approximately 30% after 30 days' storage. 3. By treating the sample with ashes, the loss of chlorophyll a was restrained whereas that of carotenoids seemed to be promoted. It is considered that pigment stabilization was attributed to both effect, the pH control effect by the alkalinity of ashes and the fixation of the pigment by heavy metals in ashes. The stabilizing effect of chlorophyll a differed from the kind of ashes used. Reed ashes showed better effect than others such as straw or pine ashes. 4. Since fucoxanthin is extremely sensitive to alkali the treatment of ashes with a high alkalinity resulted in rapid decrease of the pigment during storage. 5. In the analysis of ashes, reed ashes which had better effect on chlorophyll a retention than the other ashes showed the highest content of iron.

        상어육의 연제품으로서의 원료학적 고찰

        1967年 7月부터 12月까지 상어肉의 煉製品으로서의 原料學的 考察및 製品加工業驗 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1) 상어肉은 煉製品 原料로서 他 魚種에 比해 比較的 많은 量의 鹽溶性 蛋白質을 含有하므로 煉製品 原料로서 相當히 우수한 魚種이다. 2) 脫臭에 있어서는 氷酢酸 濃度를 0.05% 以上 하지 않는 것이 製品의 彈力을 높힐 수 있다. 3) 可能한限 原料取扱을 加熱前까지 低溫에서 行하는 것이 彈力低下를 防止할 수 있다. 4) Setting(Sowari)의 適當한 濫度 時間은 35∼40℃에서 40∼70分으로 하는 것이 加工時間 短縮과 製品彈力을 높힐 수 있다 5) 加熱時間과 溫度는 80∼90℃에서 40∼60分 程度가 가장 良好하며 保藏期間을 長期間 할려면 그 以上의 時間 溫度를 要하나 製品彈力을 고려치 않으면 안된다. 6) 맛의 補强을 爲해 副原料 使用時 副原料量이 多量일수록 制品은 우수하나 生産原價를 고려하여 장어 20% 강달이 30% 以內로 使用하는 것이 適當하다. 7) 保藏에 있어서 0.2% 솔빈산 加里를 添加한 것은 常溫에서 20日 5℃에서 50日間 貯藏可能하며 直空包裝을 한다면 더 長期間 保藏할수 있으리라 思料된다. As the raw material of fish paste, the experiment on shark meats was conducted from July to December 1967 at the Fisheries Research and Development Agency, Pusan, Korea. The result and the conclusion obtained by the experiment are as follows. 1. Much salt-soluble protein was found in the shark meat comparing with to the other fish. 2. Deodorization of shark meat, using less than 0.05% of acetic acid was most preferable for the elasticity and flexibility of its product. 3. Keeping raw material at low temperature was necessary in maintaining its elasticity. 4. In setting shark fish paste, keeping the raw material at 35-40℃ for 40-70 minutes was the most desirable condition. 5. The best temperature and the duration of heating were 40-60 minutes at 80-90℃, Meanwhile, heating at high temperature was preferable for the storage for a long period, but the elasticity and quality has decreased a little accordingly. 6. For the increase of its palatability, adding 30% of yellow corvenia meat or 20% sea eel meat were more preferable. 7. Pre ervation of the product for 20 days at 20℃ or 50 days at 5℃ was possible by adding 0.2% potassium sorbinate to the product as antiseptic.

      • A Study on the relations between the type of Gymnastic teachers and Self-motive of students

        It was the purpose of this study to inquire into the mutual relations between the assigned types of gymnastic teachers of primary school and self motive of students. First : In the field of gymnastic teaching of primary schools, the figures of internal factors influencing children were calculated in order of importance as exchange teacher, specialized-teacher and class-teacher. second : In the process of gymnastic lesson, the differential effect between male and female was statistically in-significant for the exchange teachers. All of the internal-factors other than aspect of efforts/importance were statistically significant for the specialized teachers. Third : In the aspect of "interest", "efforts/importance", "realized self-confidence" and "stimulus/mental pressure", the figures of co-relations were statistically highly co related and the effects of self-motivation were statistically significant in the aspects of types of teachers, sex of children and co-relations between types of teachers and sex of children. Forth : In gymnastic lesson, taken by class teachers, the aspects of interest and stimulus/mental pressure were statistically highly significant for the boys, and those of realized self-confidence and stimulus/mental pressure were highly evaluated for the girls. There was no difference male and female teachers.
