        As in recent years, development in auto industry could increase interest in passenger’s safety. Especially when cars collided head injury, the research is actively conducted but most studies confined to the front seat and passenger seat and there. In this study, the collision occurred when the back seat passenger’s injury value analysis study was conducted to minimize it. Influence on affecting injury factors are Anchorage location of the seat belts, Buckle of the position, existence of Pretensioner, existence of Load limiter that factors in this study design factors. Considering the design parameters of each simulation is too large. Consequently, experiments were carried out using the experimental design. Experiments based on the number of tests derived from the models were constructed using the MADYMO program. In addition, analysis of means and analysis of variance were used for the design factors that affect injury values to determine. To minimize injury criteria values were derived through various method and the design of seat belt.

        제주도 대정-한경 유역 효율적 지하수자원 관리를 위한 자료기반 연구

        본 연구에서는 자료기반 분석 기법을 이용하여 제주 대정-한경 유역의 군집형 지하수 이용 관정의 영향력을 평가하고 지하수자원을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 도구를 개발하였다. 분석을 위해 대정-한경 유역 내 총 19개 지하수위 관측공의 지하수위 자료, 총 3개 기상 관측소로부터 측정된 강수량 자료, 및 총 4개의 군집형 지하수 이용 관정(저지, 금악, 서광, 및 영어교육도시)으로부터 획득한 이용량 자료가 이용되었다. 먼저, 각 지하수위 관측공에 대하여 강수량 및 이용량 자료를 입력변수로 하는 자료기반 지하수위 예측모델을 개발하였다. 이때, 과거의 장기적 변동특성을 효과적으로 학습에 이용하기 위하여 누적 장단기 메모리 모델을 이용하였다. 모든 관측 공에 대하여 지하수위 예측모델을 개발하고, 이용량 입력변수에 대한 섭동 민감도 분석을 수행하여 각 군집형 관정의 공간적 영향력을 분석하였다. 금악 수원은 해당 수원 중심으로 영향이 크고, 서광 수원은 하류 지역을중심으로 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 영어교육도시는 수원의 상류 지역 중심, 저지 수원은 수원 상류 및 하류 중심으로 영향이 나타났다. 그리고 유역 내 군집형 수원의 영향력은 대략 5km인 것으로 나타났다. 추가적으로, 학습된 예측모델을 기반으로 군집형 이용 관정의 영향 범위에 포함되는 지하수위 관측공에 대해 강수량 대비 배경 지하수위 회복을 위한 적정 지하수 이용량을 산정하였다. 최근의 강수 패턴을 적용하였을 때, 현재 지하수 이용량을 기존의 80%로 제한할 필요성이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 강수량이 100mm 증가하였을 때, 대략 1,500 m3에서 1,900 m3의 추가적인 취수가 가능할 것으로 평가되었다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 대정-한경 유역 지하수 거동특성 평가 결과와 자료기반 분석 도구들은 대정-한경 유역의 지속 가능한 지하수 개발을 위한 유용한 정보로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. In this study, the impact of clustered groundwater usage facilities and the proper amount of groundwater usage in the Daejeong-Hangyeong watershed of Jeju island were evaluated based on the data-driven analysis methods. As the applied data, groundwater level data; the corresponding precipitation data; the groundwater usage amount data (Jeoji, Geumak, Seogwang, and English-education city facilities) were used. The results show that the Geumak usage facility has a large influence centering on the corresponding location; the Seogwang usage facility affects on the downstream area; the English-education usage facility has a great impact around the upstream of the location; the Jeoji usage facility shows an influence around the up- and down-streams of the location. Overall, the influence of operating the clustered groundwater usage facilities in the watershed is prolonged to approximately 5km. Additionally, the appropriate groundwater usage amount to maintain the groundwater base-level was analyzed corresponding to the precipitation. Considering the recent precipitation pattern, there is a need to limit the current amount of groundwater usage to 80%. With increasing the precipitation by 100mm, additional groundwater development of approximately 1,500m3-1,900m3 would be reasonable. All the results of the developed data-driven estimation model can be used as useful information for sustainable groundwater development in the Daejeong-Hangyeong watershed of Jeju island.

        Recently, vehicle part industry is now face with the task of satisfaction customer’s needs and cost reduction. Accordingly, vehicle part industry needs advanced techniques. This paper is the study about sensitivity analysis of design variable of PTL(Power Trunk Lid) hinge point. It is precedent study of optimum design of PTL hinge point. In this study, we analyze sensitivity of each design variable, and ranked it. As a result, we could find appropriate design variable of PTL system. PTL system is very important to accommodate customer’s needs, but we have to depend on foreign affiliated now. This result can be applied to design of PTL system, and we expect reduction of cost and satisfaction of customer’s demands.

        유기 발광 소자 디스플레이를 위한 적외선 램프 소스를 활용한 열 전사 픽셀 패터닝

        This study proposes a pixel-patterning method for organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) based on thermal transfer. An infrared lamp was introduced as a heat source, and glass type donor element, which absorbs infrared and generates heat and then transfers the organic layer to the substrate, was designed to selectively sublimate the organic material. A 200 nm-thick layer of molybdenum (Mo) was used as the lightto- heat conversion (LTHC) layer, and a 300 nm-thick layer of patterned silicon dioxide (SiO<sub>2</sub>), featuring a low heat-transfer coefficient, was formed on top of the LTHC layer to selectively block heat transfer. To prevent the thermal oxidation and diffusion of the LTHC material, a 100 nm-thick layer of silicon nitride (SiN<sub>x</sub>) was coated on the material. The fabricated donor glass exhibited appropriate temperature-increment property until 249 ℃, which is enough to evaporate the organic materials. The alpha-step thickness profiler and X-ray reflection (XRR) analysis revealed that the thickness of the transferred film decreased with increase in film density. In the patterning test, we achieved a 100 μm-long line and dot pattern with a high transfer accuracy and a mean deviation of ± 4.49 μm. By using the thermal-transfer process, we also fabricated a red phosphorescent device to confirm that the emissive layer was transferred well without the separation of the host and the dopant owing to a difference in their evaporation temperatures. Consequently, its efficiency suffered a minor decline owing to the oxidation of the material caused by the poor vacuum pressure of the process chamber; however, it exhibited an identical color property.

        Driver obtain an information by the visual over the 90% and provide an information by road sign. However the road sign system of highway has a driver's discomfort and traffic accidents by some possibility. Experiment of reality highway has a demerit that increased the traffic accidents and difficult to obtain the accurate an experiment result.Subsequently, this paper had an experiment for evaluation of highway driving safety for reduce the accidents factors to a highway design and developed the highway database was classed as original design and alternative design. Design of highway database was developed exactly like real highway and operated an experiment by driving simulator. Highway database was constructed compatible with DirectX by Multigen program. Four types of physiological (electrocardiogram, electromyography, electrooclulography, galvanic skin response) measurement was acted for 33 subjects using the Biopac equipment in the developed highway database. Also, analysis of driver's state was acted using a SWAT(Subjective Workload Analysis Technique), NASA-TLX(NASA-Task Load Index), MCH(Modified Cooper-Harper) among the psychological methods. Statistic analysis was operated for assure the result data reliability using the SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) 12.0 program.
