자동차 고전압용 경량 케이블 소재의 전자파 차폐 특성에 관한 연구

The wiring harness in EV, which supplies power from the battery to the electric motor, requires high voltage characteristic. The wire harness for high voltage was shielded for electromagnetic waves by braided of metal wire (Cu, Al, Cu+Al). The metal braided shielding is stabilize the electric system. However, energy efficiency is reduced because weight increases. In addition, it is difficult to satisfy the increasing electromagnetic waves shielding regulations. In this work, we studied the electromagnetic waves shielding property for lighter composite materials than metals. The composite were compounded polymer with carbon fillers. The conductive fillers are carbon fiber and CNT, and the polymers are LDPE, POE, EEA, TPU, etc. Composites were made of various the amount of carbon fillers. The composite was analyzed amount of filler with TGA, and electromagnetic waves shielding by injection molding speciemens was measured by Network analyzer. The correlation between the electrical resistance and shielding performance of the composite was confirmed. The carbon fillers were required at least 20w/w% to have a shielding effect of 45 dB or higher.
