Objectives : The purpose of this study was to introduce the case of using eCRF system in the Smoking Cessation Program project in Vietnam (2017). And aimed to derive the usefulness of the eCRF system and it potential for future global health business. Method : Introduce the smoking cessation program in vietnam (2017). Smoking Cessation was conducted in three provices of central vietnam Tamphu, Binhtu, Duytrinh) and eCRF was developed on the web environment by building AMP(Apache, PHP, MySQL). Dedicated application have also been developed for user. Result : Using the eCRF, the results of the program of the smoking cessation participants were recorded on the Database server. The implemented system focused on the role of a case recording platform that was simplified in function rather than an electronic version of the case report. It was useful for monitoring. Conclusions : The eCRF system was useful in global health business, and upgrading the system to reflect the feedback derived from the project could potentially be used in other projects. In addition, there are few cases where ICT is used in overseas health promotion projects using Oriental medicine, so further research is needed.

한의사의 진료분야와 의료 적용분야의 AI 도입과 유용도에 대한 인식조사 연구

본 연구는 온라인 설문 플랫폼을 이용하여 한의사를 대상으로 인공지능(artificial intelligence, AI)의 한의학의 진료과목 및 적용분야에 대한 적용가능성 및 그 인식을 분석하였다. 응답자들은 대부분 AI와 관련된 학문적 경험이나 연구 경험에 참여할 기회가 없었지만 향후 학습 및 연구에 참여할 의향이 높았다. AI에 대한 이해도는 대부분 지도학습(supervised learning) 수준으로 이해하고 있었다. AI가 한의학에 도입되었을 때 한약 연구개발(74.60점), 사회정책수립(73.68점)은 한의학 적용분야에 대한 평균 예측 유용도 점수가 적용분야에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 사상체질과(66.61점)와 한방재활의학과(65.91점)는 다른 한의학 진료분야보다 높은 평가를 받았다. 응답자들은 비교적 정형적인 분야에서는 AI의 도입이 현실적으로 유용할 수 있는 반면, 비정형적인 분야에서는 어려울 것이라고 판단했다. The online questionnaire platform was conducted with Korean medicine doctors to analyses the recognition of applicability of artificial intelligence(AI) to the field of application and department of Korean medicine. Most of all respondents did not have a chance to participate academic experience or research experience related to AI, but had a high willingness to participate in further learning and research. The level of AI understanding was supervised learning When AI is introduced to Korean medicine, the mean predicted usefulness scores to each application field for research and development of oriental medicine(74.60 points) and social policy establishment(73.68 points) are significantly higher than other of Korean medicine field of application, while those of Sasang constitutional department(66.61 points) and Korean medicine rehabilitation(65.91 points) were evaluated higher than other fields of treatment of Korean medicine. Respondents judged that the introduction of AI could be realistically useful in relatively formal fields of Korean medicine, while it would be difficult in non-formal fields.
