The goal of this study is to develop the derivation of major management matters in each stage by dividing the OSC integrated platform into the production stage, transportation and import stage, and assembly installation stage to implement the OSC integrated platform system. At each stage, tasks to minimize volatility and predict risks at each stage using integrated information from the design-production-construction stage are being implemented, and the accuracy of OSC integrated platform system utilization is expected to increase.

This study aims to improve the productivity in the manufacturing stage of exterior materials and back frames that act as a critical path before facade works. To this end, this study chose stone works as an example, analyzed the detailed process, and automated the process that causes a lot of redundancy and inefficiency, wasting time and money. This study consists of two automation modules: the first includes auto-calculating the bill of quantity using parameters within a BIM-based design plan. Meanwhile, the second module automates the remaining process, which is inevitable but time-consuming and redundant using robotic process automation. This study makes the highly repetitive, low-efficiency, time-wasting, and cost-consuming process efficient and reduces human errors.

Accidents at industrial sites and consequent injuries and deaths are a serious social problem. According to the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the estimated economic loss due to industrial accidents has been increasing over the past five years. It is expected that the damage caused by the occurrence of safety accidents will increase further as it is implemented from today. In order to reduce construction accidents, which account for half of deaths in industrial accidents, it is necessary to analyze the root causes of accidents and establish correct measures. Since it is difficult to identify the root cause of construction accidents, it is difficult to present practical preventive measures, so it can be said that the reduction effect of construction accidents is low. Therefore, in order to understand the root cause of construction accidents, it is necessary to utilize various information such as organizational culture and psychology, which seem not to have much to do with accidents on the surface, rather than focusing on the ‘occurrence of accidents’ itself. This study intends to suggest a way to prevent construction accidents starting from the ‘prescribed root cause’ rather than preventing construction accidents starting with the ‘occurrence of an accident’. In this regard, basic research is conducted to utilize the main characteristics of the thinker regarding personality/attitude for safety management. In this study, a literature review is conducted to develop the personality type indicators of workers.

In the conventional physical buttons with the development of smart devices it has been developed a lot of development on the touch pad and buttons. However, a conventional system is limited to the touch plastic material and has a design of a planar shape. Due to limitations of capacitive touch film it did not develop a variety of materials and form of the touch buttons. In this paper, we study the possible patterns in a touch material, such as metal, wood, and leather, and developed a technique that can increase the degree of freedom in design. In addition, it designs a one-piece structure in which, while maintaining the form of a physical button implemented and at the same time the touch button to a downside of the touch pad buttons and to address a problem that a physical feedback. The developed form of the combined button is possible to press and touch. Button was designed to provide a UX manual apply to prevent distraction while driving and the new technologies.
