        As a result of Fundamental motor ability Ball sports program Progress was Physical Self-Description for 12 weeks improved to children`s and having analyzed a mad influence, this study got the following conclusion. Second, Health factors look, and a control group is more positive the experiment group which participated in to Fundamental motor ability Ball sports program Progress of appeared to what affected (p<.001). Third, Flexibility factors look, and a control group is more positive the experiment group which participated in to Fundamental motor ability Ball sports program Progress of appeared to what affected (p<.001). Fourth, The experiment group which participated in to Fundamental motor ability Ball sports program Progress is positive to body fat factors be affected were inferior, and appeared so that a control group appeared so that affected to rather negative things compare with advance inspections, and there was the statistical difference that noted (p<.01). Five, Appear to things higher compare with sports confidence elevations, and a control group is positive the experiment group which participated in to Fundamental motor ability Ball sports program Progress is appeared to what affected (p<.001).

        Swiss Ball 운동이 발달성 협응장애 아동의 신체적 자기개념에 미치는 영향

        브라질에서 축구의 전파와 수용 과정에 관한 연구

        Through the historical research about spread and adopted modern football"s impact on the diverse society in Brazil, this study has drawn the following conclusions. Since 1984, Brazil football had been mainly spread over Sao Paulo and Rio by white elite people from Europe and it was the preserve of them. The very first football club, Fluminense Football Club, was founded in the Rio State, 1902 by white people. FlamengoFc established in 1911, by a drop-out from a FluminenseFC, became a starting point for labor workers to actively participate in soccer. Especially, the match between the two teams; FluminenseFc led by the upper class and FlamengoFc led by the lower, became a symbolic rivalry match of labors" resisting against the upper class" exclusiveness. Brazilian Football Club was founded and managed by Europeans, which means it still has European sports patron in the club. Racism or deep-rooted white supremacy is hidden in this patron, copied from European soccer. In 1917, Vasco da Gama Football Club scouted a black player for the first time and accomplished good results. This opened the door for labor class to play soccer, who were mostly poor and discriminated with their skin colors. Afterwards, best play shown by Artur Fridenreich and Leonidas da Silva Diluted a racial prejudice, resulting dissolution of color discriminations at least in soccer. In Brazil, from 1930, soccer became a symbol of ethnic and cultural identity, showing racial harmony.

        Swiss Ball Exercise가 발달장애 아동의 균형 및 보행능력 변화분석

        This research was mainly conducted to develop the education program for children suffering from development disturbance. Further, it is expected that the results obtained from such programs and experiments would help the handicapped to increase their "walking abilities" and body balances by participating in the exercises suggested by the researchers. The experimental subjects involved in this research were 5 students, aged from 9~10, who attend a special school in a city in Jeollabuk-do. Among them, 2 students were suffering mental retardation, and the other two students were suffereing development retardation. There also was an autistic child in this experiment. Conclusions were reached after we set RPE of Swiss Ball exercise to 11~13, exercise frequency to 3 times a week for 12 weeks, and exercise period to be around forty minutes. It is also important to mention that new steps were included for the different difficulty level of exercises. The results showed that the children showed positive improvements over the following areas: Berg Balance Scale(p<.01), standing on a foot with eyes open, in situ spinning, and putting one`s foot on a foot board with his or her foot keep switching(p<.05). Also the handicapped one`s ability to talk showed positive improvements over areas such as the amount of time spent on walking (p<.01), number of footsteps made on walking, and many others.

        Swiss Ball 운동이 발달성 협응장애 아동의 체력 및 신체적 자기개념에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 Swiss ball 운동이 발달성 협응장애 아동(7~9세)의 체력 및 신체적 자기개념에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 발달성 협응장애 아동을 위한 운동 프로그램 제공을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구대상은 전라북도 K시 초등학교 1,2,3학년(7~9세) 중 Movement Assessment Battery for Children(M-ABC) 검사를 실시하여 발달성 협응장애로 인정된 남자 초등학생 20명(실험군 10명, 통제군 10명)을 연구대상으로 집단 간과 시행 간의 상호작용 효과를 분석하기 위하여 이원혼합분산분석(two-way mixed ANOVA) 을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 발달성 협응장애 아동은 순발력, 평형성, 유연성, 근지구력 체력요인에서 상호작용 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 실험군이 통제군 보다 체력요인의 향상을 보인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 발달성 협응장애 아동은 신체적 자기개념의 외모, 유연성, 스포츠 자신감, 규칙적인 운동, 근력 요인에서 상호작용 효과에 의한 긍정적인 변화양상을 보여 각 집단의 시행 간에서 통계적으로 의미 있는 차이가 나타났으며, 건강, 체지방, 근지구력 요인 등은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.         초등학교 태권도 수련생의 심리환경요인에 따른 심리욕구 및 만족의 관계

        본 연구는 초등학교 태권도 수련생의 심리환경요인에 따른 심리욕구 및 만족의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이있다. 연구대상은 전라북도 J시에 소재한 태권도 수련생 중 초등학교 4, 5, 6학년을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 설문지는 총370부 자료를 사용하여 자료처리는 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 심리환경요인의 하위요인 중 지도자와 부모님( p<.001), 학교친구( p<.05)는 심리욕구의 유능성에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 수련동료와 지도자( p<.001),부모님( p<.01), 학교친구( p<.05)는 심리욕구의 자율성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심리환경요인의 하위요인 중 수련동료, 지도자, 학교친구( p<.001)는 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 심리환경요인의 하위요인 중 자율성( p<.001)은 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to provide useful basic material that you can utilize it as a strategy which raises efficiency of Taekwondo-Jang` management by investigating effect of psychological environment of trainees in them on psychological needs and satisfaction. To accomplish the purpose of the study like this, trainees of the 4th, 5th and 6th year students in Taekwondo- Jang located in Ieonlabuk-do were selected as a population. Sampling about research subjects was used by convenience sampling method and the results drawn utilizing the materials of 370 persons are as follow: First, the results showed that leaders and parents(p<.001) and schoolmates(p<.05) of sub-factors of psychological environment have significant effects on ability of psychological needs and colleagues in studios and leaders(p<.001), parents (p<.01) and schoolmates (p<.05) had significant effects on autonomy of psychological needs. It also found that schoolmates(p<.05) of sub-factors of psychological environment have significant effects on relationship of psychological needs. Second, the results showed that that colleagues in studios, leaders and (p<.001) have significant effects on satisfaction. Third, the results showed that autonomy (p<.001) of sub-factors of psychological environment has a significant effect on satisfaction.

        수중운동이 만성 편마비 환자의 정신건강 및 자아효능감에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 16주간의 수중운동이 만성 편마비 환자들의 정신건강 및 신체적 자아 효능감에 미치는 영향을 구명하여, 이 환자들의 삶의 질 향상에 도움이 되는 재활 운동프로그램을 제공하는데 있다. 연구대상은 서울특별시 P복지관 만성 편마비 환자 16명(실험집단 8명, 통제집단 8명)으로 하였으며, 공변량분석을 통해 측정된 자료의 유의성 검증을 하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 수중운동은 만성 편마비 환자들의 긴장, 분노, 피로, 활력과 같은 정신건강 요인에는 긍정적인 변화를 주었으나, 우울과 혼동 같은 요인에는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 주지 않았다. 둘째, 신체적 자아 효능감 요인인 신체 능력과 자기표현 자신감의 변화에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 환자의 특성을 고려한 적절한 수중운동은 만성 편마비 환자뿐만 아니라 다른 장애인의 정신적 재활에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a 16 week aqua exercise on mental health and self-efficacy of chronic hemiplegic patients. Sixteen chronic hemiplegic patients, aged 37-50, admitted to P-welfare center in Seou,l were employed for this study, and randomly divided into two groups: experimental group(8) and controlled one(8). Analysis of covariance was conducted at the .05 level of significance in this study. The main results were as follows. The experimental group showed significant positive changes in such mental health factors as tension, anger, fatigue and stamina and also in such physical self-efficacy factors as physical ability, expression and self-confidence. Therefore, aqua exercise is expected to help not only chronic hemiplegic patients but also other disabled persons mentally rehabilitated if applied with consideration of patient`s characteristics.

        요가운동에 따른 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애(ADHD) 청소년의 신체적 자기개념에 대한 변화분석

        The objective of this study is to figure out the effect of yoga exercise program on the physical self-description of ADHD adolescents, and the subjects are 36 middle school male students who attends middle schools in Jeonlabuk-do, and 18 subjects are categorized as experimental group, and remaining 18 subjects are categorized as control group, and the experimental group participated in 12-week yoga exercise, and the result is as follows. First, pretest of all factors on physical self-description on the control and experimental group showed no statistically meaningful difference, but in post test, all factors showed statistically significant difference(p < .001). Second, experimental group showed positive improvement in pretest of every factor of appearance, health, flexibility, body fat, sports confidence, muscle power, and muscle endurance than control group, so there was statistically meaningful difference(p < .001), and control group showed negative aspect of regular exercise after 12 weeks, so there was statistically meaningful difference(p < .01). These results indicate that yoga exercise is effective program for all sub-factitive physical self-description changes of the Attention- Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Youths physical self-description.

      • 심리적 불안이 운동수행에 미치는 영향 : 초등학생의 농구 자유투를 중심으로

        The purpose of this was to investigate the effect of anxiety upon the motor performance in the primary school students. For the purpose of this study 100 students(male, 50, Female 50) were employed. STAI Form X-1 and X-2 was used to measure the level of anxiety. And 5m free throw shoot was selected to test the motor performance. The results are as follows: 1. In the Trait-anxiety and State-anxiety of the subjects. Value of before test(B.T) was higher than of ordinary times(O.T). 2. Trait-anxiety and State-anxiety in the male and female students had a great effect on the motor performance. 3. There was a significant difference between high and low anxiety in the motor performance(p<.01). 4. Anxiety level of both sexes and motor performance showed a negative correlation.
