[구조강도부문] 유한요소 극한해석을 이용한 사각튜브의 축방향 붕괴거동해석

This paper is concerned with numerical simulation of plastic collapse behavior of square boxes. The finite element limit analysis program was established using shell element. The simulation incorporates with finite element limit analysis based on the upper bound method and the minimization technique. The simulation is performed with various height to side length ratios (h/b) with fixed thickness to side length ratio (t/b). The numerical simulation results are compared with experiments, and it shows good agreement in collapse load and collapse mode.
Nanomechanical Logic Elements Based on Coupled Nanopillars

We demonstrate the possibility of using coupled nanopillars as nanomechanical logic elements byregulating the flow of electric current between the nanopillars and the source and drain electrodes. The nanopillar, which is fabricated from a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) wafer and is located betweentwo facing electrodes, oscillates with frequencies in the radiofrequency range of 10 - 1000 MHz. Electrons are transported between the nanopillar and the electrodes via an island-like gold layerthermally deposited on the top of the nanopillar in response to externally applied ac and dc biases. Nanomechanical logic gates are designed using the coupled nanopillars and a switched-capacitormodel. With this configuration, several logic gates, such as an inverter and NAND, NOR, andXOR gates, can be effectively implemented.
피드포워드와 피드백 기법을 이용한 능동소음제어 알고리즘에 관한 연구

In this study, we investigate the possibility to combine two active noise control(ANC) schemes, feedforward and feedback. When the source of noise is well identified and measureable, we can use feedforward scheme such as Filtered-X LMS algorithm using this information as reference. If reference is not accessible, we can use feedback scheme. For ANC of automobile, reference signal for feedforward scheme can be vibration of engine, vibration from the road, etc. The other components of noise at low frequency range due to many other noise source can be controlled by feedback scheme. There are merits and demerits for the two schemes, and we propose a ANC structure that has the merits of the two schemes.<br/>
고감도 압저항 외팔보 센서를 이용한 Liposome의 검침

Liposomes are microscopic spherical vesicles that form when lipids are hydrated and have been widely used for biochemical assay, drug delivery and molecular imaging. In particular, they are well known for artificial cell membranes to study cellular functions such as cell fusions and membrane proteins. Here, we firstly report the detection of liposomes by the highly sensitive microfabricated piezoresistive cantilever sensor chip and the phosphatidylserine recognition protein C2A which is chemically immobilized on the sensor surface. The signal created from the bending motion of piezoresistive cantilever after the liposome attachment has been monitored in real time.
