        프로야구 관중들의 정서적 유대감과 신뢰 확보를 위한 구단의 윤리경영 실천 방안 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between emotional bond and trust in the team according to the degree of ethical management of the team perceived by professional baseball fans and to suggest the direction of the ethical management of the professional baseball team based on the fan.,For this purpose, the correlation analysis and regression analysis between variables based on a total of 377 questionnaires were used to derive the following results. First, in the influence of ethical management practice on emotional bond of fans, fairness, fan support, and social contribution had significant influence in order, and the system did not have influence. Second, in the relationship between ethical management practice and club reliability, all factors were found to have a significant effect, followed by fairness, fan support, system, and social contribution. Third, the emotional bond of fans had a positive effect on the reliability of the club. Therefore, professional baseball teams should make efforts to realize fairness in ethical management practices first. Since fairness factor is the variable that has the greatest influence on the emotional bond of fans and the reliability of the club, it will be able to activate interaction with fans and form trust and secure a lot of loyal fans.

      • 道의 詩學의 定立을 위한 試論

        Ⅰ. We need to establish poetics of Tao in order to reveal truely the traditional quality of Korean literature of poetry. Contemporary literary criterary criticism or studies on Korea there are two Kinds of the limit situation. One is the narrowness of positivism, another the abusement of western theories of literature. Now we need to establish the traditional and independent thery of poetry of Korea within the world-literatu. This poetics of Tao synthesizes the oriental traditional poetics and phenomenological pcetics of the west. Poetics of Tao is a kind of the ontological poetics. Therough this poetics we could observe the liner nature of Korean poetry. Ⅱ. Tao is the most essential concept of the oriental religious thoughts confucianism, Zen Buddhism and Taoism. The ultimate goal of life in the orient is to attain the Tao. The religious life is not different from the ordinary life in the oriental thought. Most orient poets would try to experience the Tao and presense it through poetry. Poems raised from that kind of experience is evaluated as the best poem. Moon shim cho rayng ( 文心雕龍) of Yu Hyup(劉(??)) ond Chang rang shi wah (滄浪詩話) of Hwum uh(嚴羽) are the representative works of that kind of literary theory Ⅲ. Poetics of Tao, Which contents the identity between Tao and Poetry, and Zen and poetry, could be more Iogically theorized and extended through Poetics of Hermeutics and ontological criticism of Heidegger, Kayser and Sraiger. Poetics of Tao and phenomenological poetics are identified in the conceptions of lyrical experience. The conception of lyrical experience in poetics of Tao is characterized by returning deeply to the ultimate Being. Tao, and in ontologicd poetics by Erinnerung. These returning and Erinnerung could be recognized as the same meaning. Ⅳ. The poetic Creativity in this poetics of Tao is related the conception of creativity of Taoism, which relates mentally The world and Tao. The relationship between Tao and phenomena is that of inner reflection Tao presents the real world throuth the creation of self by the sponta neous relflection. The sense of reflective creativity conld be identified with the poet's creativity. poets represent the inner experience of the intuitive reflection between self and world. This reflection means the experience of the interjection between the subject and the reality of the object. Ⅴ. In this poetics of Tao the concepts of language of poetry is deeply related with the ideas of language of Romanticism. Though within the thoughts of Taoism and Zenism there are radical rejection of languaage, we could find the negative idea of language, there is, too, the ultimate language Which begins to being with Tao in illo tempore. This ultimate language is the poetic language in poetics of Tao. Assimiately, idea of language of poetry as Energia in Romanticism is related essentially with Logos, Language of God. Ccnclusively remark, we content that language of poetry is related ultimately language of Tao and Logos of God. Ⅵ. Now we could analysis the werk-Immanenz of Kkorean poetry's lyrical aspects through poetics of Tao. The thought of poetics of Tao continueously has flowed from Hayngas and Korean Ballads through shizo to moderm poetry. we could certify the possibility and usefulness through the analysis of Changiparanga and Winter Sky. The interjective mind of Taoism and Zen Buddhism has been the essential aspect of lyricality in Korean Poetr's tradition.

        시간의존적 거동을 고려한 철근콘크리트 골조의 효율적인 지지시스템 결정

        이 논문에서는 철근콘크리트 골조 구조물의 시공 시 작용하는 사하중, 활하중, 시공하중 등의 하중에 대한 지지 및 안전한 시공을 위해 설치되는 지지시스템에 대하여 보다 체계적인 분석이 이루어졌다. 지지시스템의 종류, 비계의 강성과 간격 등의 변화에 따른 구조물의 거동특성을 비교, 분석하였고, 기존의 설계규준 및 해석방법과의 비교를 위해 크리프 등의 시간의존적 거동을 고려한 경우와 괴려하지 않은 경우에 대하여 해석이 수행되었으며, 나무 비계를 사용한 경우와 강재 비계를 사용한 경우에 대한 비교 검토가 이루어졌다. 또한, 대표적인 3-경간 구조물에 대한 해석을 수행하여 내측 기둥과 외측 기둥의 부등축소에 따른 영향을 반영한 검토가 이루어졌다. 나아가 다양한 설계인자의 변화에 따른 거동분석을 통해 2SlR 지지시스템이 가장 효율적임을 제시하였다. In this paper, systematic analyses for the shoring systems installed to support applied loads during construction are performed on the basis of the numerical approach introduced in the previous study. Structural behaviors require changes in design variables such as types of shoring systems, shore stiffness and shore spacing. In this paper, the design variable are analyzed and discussed. The time dependent deformations of concrete and construction sequences of frame structures are also taken into account to minimize structural instability and to improve design of shoring system, because those effects may increase axial forces delivered to shores. From many parametric studies, it can be recommended that the most effective shoring system is 2SlR(two shores and one reshore)

        지역특성인자의 상호연관성을 고려한 강우-유출모형 매개변수 지역화

        A water resource plan is routinely based on a natural flow and can be estimated using observed streamflow data or a long-term continuous rainfall-runoff model. However, the watershed with the natural flow is very limited to the upstream area of the dam. In particular, for the ungauged watershed, a rainfall-runoff model is established for the gauged watershed, and the model is then applied to the ungauged watershed by transferring the associated parameters. In this study, the GR4J rainfall-runoff model is mainly used to regionalize the parameters that are estimated from the 14 dam watershed via an optimization process. In terms of optimizing the parameters, the Bayesian approach was applied to consider the uncertainty of parameters quantitatively, and a number of parameter samples obtained from the posterior distribution were used for the regionalization. Here, the relationship between the estimated parameters and the topographical factors was first identified, and the dependencies between them are effectively modeled by a Copula function approach to obtain the regionalized parameters. The predicted streamflow with the use of regionalized parameters showed a good agreement with that of the observed with a correlation of about 0.8. It was found that the proposed regionalized framework is able to effectively simulate streamflow for the ungauged watersheds by the use of the regionalized parameters, along with the associated uncertainty, informed by the basin characteristics. 수자원 계획 수립시 인위적인 하천수의 사용 및 조절 과정을 거치지 않는 자연유량 상태를 기반으로 이루어지며, 관측자료를 이용하거나 장기유출모형을 이용한 방법 등을 통해 산정할 수 있다. 그러나, 자연적인 유출 상태를 보이는 유역은 매우 제한적이며, 미계측유역은 수문모형을 구축한 후 이를 전이시켜 산정하는 등 신뢰성 있는 수문자료는 여전히 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 GR4J 강우-유출모형을 활용하여 14개 댐 상류 유역에 대한 매개변수 최적화를 수행하여 자연유량의 재현성을 평가하였다. 매개변수의 불확실성을 정량적으로 고려하기 위해 Bayesian 이론을 도입하였으며, 매개변수의 사후분포로부터 추출되는 다수의 매개변수를 지역화에 활용하였다. 최종적으로 최적 매개변수와 유역의 특성을 갖는 인자에 대한 상관관계를 파악해 유역특성인자를 선별하였으며, 인자 사이의 상관성을 효과적으로 고려하기 위하여 Copula 함수를 활용해 매개변수 지역화 모델로 확장하였다. 결과적으로 지역 매개변수를 활용해 산정된 유량과 14개 댐 관측 유입량이 약 0.8 이상의 높은 상관성을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방법론은 미계측유역의 강우-유출모형 매개변수 추정시 유역특성을 고려한 지역 매개변수의 추정이 가능하다는 측면에서 유리한 장점을 확인할 수 있으며, 동시에 불확실성 정보를 제공함으로써 미계측유역의 자연유량 예측 모형으로 활용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.
