The purpose of this study was to determine the assessment of 8-shaped jump rope exercise training for the GH(Growth Hormone) and somatomedin-C(IGF-1) in elementary school boys. The subjects of the study were exercise group(n=7) and control group(n=7) children of the total 14 elementary school boys. The strength of the 8-shaped jump rope was measured by measuring the change in heart rate through the POLAR, and the frequency of training for 30minutes/time, 3days/week. The data processing in this study was conducted using the SPSS 21.0 program to calculate the average value(M) and standard deviation(SD) for the measured items, and to find out the differences between the 8-shaped jump rope exercise program and between the groups, and the test data were analyzed by paired t-test and independent t-test, and the alpha level of p<.05 was set for all tests of significance. From this study, the following conclusions were reached: Growth hormones have increased significantly in the group of 8-shaped jump rope(p<.05), There was a tendency for the control group to decrease. IGF-1 has significantly increased in the group of 8-shaped jump rope (p<.05), the control group significantly decreased(p<.05). Therefore, the 8-shaped jump rope program presented in this study is considered to have a positive effect on the changes in growth hormones and IGF-1 for elementary school boys, and it is thought that using non-regular education programs actively on the school site would be an effective way to improve the physical fitness and growth of elementary school students. 본 연구의 목적은 8자 줄넘기 운동이 남자 초등학생들의 성장호르몬(GH) 및 인슐린 유사성장인자(IGF-1)에 미치는 영향을 구명하는데 있다. 연구대상은 남자 초등학생 14명을 선정하여 줄넘기 운동집단 7명, 통제집단 7명으로분류하여 실험을 실시하였다. 8자 줄넘기 운동강도는 POLAR를 통한 심박수 변화량을 측정하여 40-70%HRR, 운동빈도는 주당 3회, 1회 30분, 12주간 실시하였다. 본 연구의 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 측정항목에 대한 평균값(M)과 표준편차(SD)를 산출하고, 8자 줄넘기 운동 프로그램 전·후 및 집단 간 변화에 대한 차이를 알아보기 위하여 paired t-test와 independent t-test를 실시하였으며, 통계적 유의수준은 p<.05로 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 성장호르몬은 줄넘기 운동집단에서 유의하게 증가하였으며(p<.05), 통제집단에서는 감소하는 경향이 나타났다. IGF-1은 줄넘기 운동집단에서 유의하게 증가하였으며(p<.05), 통제집단에서는 유의하게 감소하였다(p<.05). 따라서 본 연구에서 제시된 8자 줄넘기 운동 프로그램은 남자 초등학생들의 성장호르몬 및 IGF-1의 변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 생각되며, 학교현장에서 정규교육과정 외 프로그램을 적극적으로 활용한다면 초등학생들의 체력 향상 및 성장에 있어서 효과적인 방법이 될 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

만성두통환자의 침치료효과에 대한 임상적 고찰

Chronic headache is one of the most common symptoms of outpatients. There are many approaches to treat chronic headache, but it is difficult to be resolved completely. So analgesics-addicted patients are increased in numbers. Acupuncture and ear-acupuncture have been used for relief headache. But it is not sufficient to compare the effect of acupuncture on several chronic headache groups. Thus we investigate the effect of acupuncture and ear-acupuncture on several chronic headache groups and analgesics-abused groups. We researched 36 patients who were treated at Department of Acupuncture & Moxibustion, Kyung Hee Medical Center from August 1998 to July 1999. The chronic headache patients were classified into tension-type headache group, migraine group and unclassified headache group by Guide of IHS. Each group was treated with acupuncture and ear-acupuncture. The effect was assessed through questionnaires and self-rating headache index.

Consideration of Cardia Preserving Proximal Gastrectomy in Early Gastric Cancer of Upper Body for Prevention of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease and Stenosis of Anastomosis Site

Purpose: The aim of this study is to evaluate the feasibility and safety of cardia preserving proximal gastrectomy, in early gastric cancer of the upper third. Materials and Methods: A total of 10 patients were diagnosed with early gastric cancer of the upper third through endoscopic biopsy. The operation time, length of resection free margin, number of resected lymph nodes and postoperative complications, gastrointestinal symptoms, nutritional status, anastomotic stricture, and recurrence were examined. Results: There were 5 males and 5 females. The mean age was 56.5±0.5 years. The mean operation time was 188.5±0.5 minutes (laparoscopic operation was 270 minutes). Nine patients were T1 stage (T2 : 1), and N stage was all N0. The mean number of resected lymph nodes was 25.2±0.5. The length of proximal resection free margin was 3.1±0.1 cm and distal was 3.7±0.1 cm. Early complications were surgical site infection (1), bleeding (1), and gastro-esophageal reflux disease (1) (this symptom was improved with medication). Late complications were dyspepsia (3) (this symptom was improved without any treatment), and others were nonspecific results of endoscopy or symptom. Conclusions: Cardia preserving proximal gastrectomy was feasible for early gastric cancer of the upper third. Further evaluation and prospective research will be required.

하이브리드 도서관 설계를 위한 논리적 구조

A hybrid information service may include local and/or remote distributed services, both and electronic. Also, a hybrid information service can be described as one which an appropriate range of heterogeneous information services is presented to the user in a consistent and integrated way via a single interface. The purpose of this study is to suggest high-level requirements and logical architecture to design hybrid library. High-level requirements analysis for hybrid library need to contain baseline requirements, basic system requirements, searching, location, requesting, delivery and payment. A logical architecture need to consider logical architecture for hybrid library management system including user access points, hybrid library management system and hybrid library components and 5 layered architecture including presenter, coordinator, mediator, communicator and provider to achieve local simplicity while still supporting complex functionality of hybrid library. 본 연구는 다양한 유형의 정보자원에 대한 연속적이며 통합된 접근을 요하는 하이브리드 정보 서비스를 제공하기 위한 일반적인 하이브리드 도서관 모델과 설계 원칙에 따른 하이브리드 도서관 설계를 위한 하이브리드 도서관의 요구 분석과 논리적 구조를 살펴보았다. 하이브리드 도서관의 요구 분석은 해당 도서관의 특정한 요구사항을 명기함으로써 다양한 형태의 하이브리드 정보환경을 개발하는 기관과 서비스를 지원하는데 필요하며 서비스 개발을 계획하는 관리자들이 반드시 고려할 필요가 있는 과정이다. 이러한 요구 분석은 기본적인 요구사항, 기본적 시스템 요구사항, 탐색, 소재 확인, 신청, 배달, 지불 등의 7가지 항목으로 구성된다. 하이브리드 도서관의 논리적 구조는 기본적으로 하이브리드 도서관 설계에 필요한 요구 분석사항들을 수용할 수 있도록 조직되어야 하며, 이러한 구조는 하이브리드 도서관 관리시스템을 위한 논리적 구조와 하이브리드 도서관의 복잡한 기능성을 포괄적으로 지원하는 동시에 국지적 단순성을 획득하기 위한 5개의 계층별 논리 구조로 구분하여 생각 할 필요가 있다.

대구 지하철 참사 흡인화상환자에서의 후두협착 치료를 위해 시행한 후두미세경 수술

Background and Objectives : In order to evaluate the result of the $CO_2$ LASER laryngomicrosurgery for the treatment of glottic stenosis after inhalation injury. Patients and Methods : We retrospectively evaluated 7 patients with inhalation injury on larynx who received their surgical treatment at the Severance hospital on Jun. 2003. The average follow-up duration was 64.9 days and they were 3men and 4women. The average patient age was 30.1 years, We evaluated the preoperative state with neck CT and stroboscopy. The operation was $CO_2$ LASER laryngomicrosurgery and Mitomycin-C application. The postoperative state was evaluated with stroboscopy at POD#6 and POD#2months. Results : 6 patients had the intubation as the first care on accident. All 7 patients showed the glottic web and after operation, the vocal cord seemed to be almost normal. The glottic area was widened as 3 times as the preoperative state at POD#6. Conclusion : We could lessen the symptoms like dyspnea and hoarseness with laryngomicrosurgery and Mitomycin-C application for patients complaining some laryngeal problems because of the inhalation injury.

숙취해소음료의 러시아권 시장 수출활성화 방안

본 연구에서는 세계적으로 주류소비가 가장 많은 러시아권 소비자를 위주로 한 설문조사를 통해 러시아 시장 에서의 효과적인 숙취해소음료 판매 방식과 수출활성화 방안, 그리고 마케팅 전략이 무엇인지를 탐색하고자 하였다. 러시아 소비자들은 숙취 해소를 위해 다양한 방식을 취하고 있었다. 수분 보충을 위한 제품을 음용하거나 항산화음료, 비타민워터 등의 다양한 음료수를 섭취하거나, 전통적인 숙취해소 식품 등을 이용하고 있었다. 기존 연구 자료에 의하 면 숙취해소음료 제품이 러시아 현지에서 인기가 없는 이유로 제품의 효용성에 대한 인식 부족이 원인으로 지목되었 으나, 본 연구의 설문조사에서는 숙취해소음료를 마셔본 적이 있는 응답자 중 숙취해소 효과를 경험한 비중이 73.7% 로 압도적으로 높았으며 구매의사 역시 높은 것으로 응답하였다. 한편 선행연구에서는 숙취해소음료가 비싸다는 견해 가 다수였으나, 본 연구에서 숙취해소음료를 마셔본 경험이 있는 응답자들의 45% 이상이 5달러에도 지불할 의사가 있음을 나타내고 있다. 따라서 러시아권 시장개척을 위해서는 숙취해소음료를 단순히 숙취 해소용으로 부각시킬 것이 아니라 러시아권 시장에 만연한 알코올 중독 등 음주로 인한 사회적 비용을 절감하는 것이 수출기업의 판매 목표라는 점을 러시아권 소비자들에게 인식시켜줄 필요가 있다. 이를 위해서는 체험 프로모션을 통해 잠재고객을 확보하는 마 케팅 전략을 우선적으로 마련해야 하며, 유통경로는 러시아 주변도시를 중심으로 수입농산물을 구입하기 용이한 슈퍼 마켓, 하이퍼마켓을 중심으로 하고 편의점으로 확대하는 것이 타당하다. 주요 홍보 채널로는 인터넷 포탈과 SNS 방식을 고려할 수 있다. To diversify the agro-food exports of Korea, this study selected Russia, which is located closet to CIS countries, as a sampling area and sought ways to promote the export of Korean hang over drinks to Russia. This study analyzed the contributing factors to the export, such as Russian consumers’ purchasing intentions, as well as the willingness to pay of korean hang over drinks in Russia, using the paper review and on-off line survey data correction method. Major results are as follows. First, Russian consumers’ intention of purchasing Korean hang over drinks is higher than Europe and the other products. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the demographic characteristics of Russian consumers and then actively use niche marketing strategies. Second, the purchase intention of Russian consumers towards increased when buying behavior occurred in supermarket, hypermarket- and convenience stores. Third, it seems prefer to pricing of Korean hang over drinks in Russian export market similar to the domestic price level.
