Cancer care can be complex with increased specialization within disciplines and more-sophisticated treatment techniques. Multidisciplinary care (MDC) is an integrated team approach to bring together a group of health professionals with appropriate skills to consider patient's treatment and care options. MDC are now conducted worldwide and is recommended as best practice for the management of patients with cancer. There is increasing evidence that MDC improves quality of care, treatment outcomes of patient with cancer and. other clinical outcomes, but concerns are raised over the paucity of good-quality evidence on their overall impact. In this review, we described available evidence on the impact of cancer MDC, and also reviewed focused on cancer MDC strategy depending on countries.

급성 원발성 폐쇄각 녹내장의 치료 후 발생한 감압 망막병증 1예

목적: 급성 폐쇄각 녹내장에서 안압 하강제 투여 및 레이저 홍채 절개술을 시행한 후 발생한 감압 망막병증을 경험하였기에 이를 보고 하는 바이다. 증례요약: 우안 급성 폐쇄각 녹내장으로 진단받은 67세 여자 환자에게 안압 하강제로 안압을 떨어뜨린 후 레이저 홍채절개술을 시행하 였다. 내원 시 우안 최대 교정 시력 0.3이었고, 안압은 74 mmHg였으며, 안압하강제 투여 2시간 후 안압은 16 mmHg였다. 레이저 홍채절개술 시행 전 안압은 11 mmHg, 시행 전 시력은 0.2였고, 시행 후 안압은 10 mmHg였으나 환자는 레이저 홍채절개술 후 시력 저하와 비문증을 호소하였다. 레이저 홍채절개술 시행 3일 뒤 경과 관찰 시 안압은 정상이었으나, 시력이 안전 수지로 저하되어 있는 소견을 보였고 산동 후 안저검사 상 시신경유두부 주변 및 주변부 망막에 미만성인 점상 및 반상 출혈과 황반부의 망막 앞 출혈을 보였다. 3개월 후 망막출혈과 망막 앞 출혈은 흡수되었고, 시력은 0.7로 회복되었다. 결론: 급성 원발성 폐쇄각 녹내장에서 안압 하강제 투여 및 레이저 홍채 절개 술 후 후극부의 망막 내 출혈 및 망막 전 출혈이 발생하는 감압망막병증이 발생할 수 있다. Purpose: To report a case of ocular decompression retinopathy after resolution of acute primary angle closure (APAC) subsequent to medical treatment and laser peripheral iridotomy (LPI). Case summary: A patient presented with APAC of the right eye with markedly elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) and a LPI was done after lowering the IOP with medical treatment. On presentation, visual acuity was 0.3 in the right eye (OD) and IOP was 74 mmHg OD. Two hours after medical treatment IOP was found to be 16 mmHg OD. Ten hours after resolution of the acute attack, the patient’s visual acuity was 0.2 OD and IOP was 11 mmHg OD. LPI was subsequently performed in the right eye. The post-LPI IOP was 10 mmHg and the patient complained of visual disturbance and floaters OD. Three days after LPI the IOP was normal but her visual acuity had decreased to counting fingers OD. In addition, scattered retinal hemorrhages including alarge pre-retinal hemorrhage on the macula were found upon dilated funduscopic examination. After three months the retinal hemorrhage had been absorbed and her visual acuity was 0.7 OD. Conclusions: Decompression retinopathy can develop in the posterior pole of the retina in patients with APAC after medical treatment and LPI.

브랜드는 기업의 성패를 좌우하는 핵심요소이다. 그리고 브랜드에 대한 이미지는 소비자의 태도를 결정하는데 직접적인 영향을 준다. 브랜드 이미지는 소비자들의 감성적 요소들에 의해 이미지가 형성되고 그 이미지는 여러 종류의 지각을 종합하고 체계화 한다. 본 논문은 브랜드의 본원적 기능이 아닌 파생적 기능으로서의 패키지 디자인이 소비자들에게 중요한 커뮤니케이션 활동을 하며 소비자가 직접적으로 접할 수 있는 마켓팅 도구로서의 역할을 알아보고 이미지 이론을 통하여 브랜드 이미지가 소비자들에게 심리적으로 형성되어지는 과정을 연구하였다. 또한, 브랜드 이미지중 시각적 요소로 크게 작용하는 패키지 디자인과 브랜딩과의 상관관계를 연구함으로써 패키지 디자인의 중요성을 연구하였다.

소비자가 원하는 제품을 구매하려고 할 때 매장에서 가장먼저 대하는 것은 제품의 패키지이다. 패키지는 구매시점에서 소비자와 활발하게 커뮤니케이션 작용을 하며 제품의 정보, 가격, 가치 그리고 감성까지도 커뮤니케이션 하여 소비자의 구매결정 요인에 직접적으로 영향을 미치게 된다. 패키지를 구성하는 요소는 매우 많은 요소들이 있다 . 그 요소들은 소비자와 각기 다른 커뮤니케이션 작용을 하며 각기 다른 기능을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 패키지디자인의 각 요소들의 기능과 역할을 알아보고 그 요소들로 이루어진 패키지 디자인이 소비자와 어떻게 커뮤니케이션 하는가를 알아보고 소비자에게 반영되는 시각화 과정을 살펴봄으로써 소비자와 정확히 소통(커뮤니케이션)하는 패키지디자인에 도움이 되고자 한다

실내 구기운동별 대학 선수들의 요추 및 대퇴골 골밀도 비교

In this study, the bone mineral density (BMD) of the femoral neck, trochanter, Ward's Triangle and lumbar vertebrae, and were measured using dual photon absorptiometry and the results compared in healthy young males involved in indoor ball games. The results were as follows. 1. In the priority of order among college indoor ball game players, the lumbar vertebra BMD was highest in those engaged in volleyball(mean 1.4814±0.1531)g/㎠ and 1.4441±0.1314g/㎠ in handball, 1.3394±0.1271g/㎠ in basketball, 1.1585±0.0273g/㎠ in college students respectively.(P<01) 2. In the priority of order among college indoor ball game players, the femoral neck BMD was highest in those engaged in volleyball(mean 1.4503±0.0652)g/㎠ and 1.3749±0.0825g/㎠ in handball, 1.3040±0.1624g/㎠ in basketball, 1.2807±0.1543g/㎠ in college students respectively. (P<5) 3. In the priority of order among college indoor ball game players, the Ward's Triangle BMD was highest in those engaged in volleyball(mean 1.3775±0.0637)g/㎠ and 1.3149±0.824g/㎠ in handball, 1.2443±0.1588g/㎠ in basketball, 1.1585±0.0273g/㎠ in college students respectively. But there were no significant differences in the Ward's Triangle BMD among them. 4. In the prioroty of order among college indoor ball game players, the trochanter BMD was highest in those engaged in volleyball(mean 1.3017±0.0632)g/㎠ and 1.2381±0.0708 g/㎠in handball, 1.1724±0.1466g/㎠ in college student, 1.1650±0.1560g/㎠ in basketball respectively. But there were no significant differences in the trochanter BMD among them.
