        By analysing the stress concentration occurred by various openings which is installed at shear wall for function, analysing the degree of reduction in the internal force and rigidity with the SAP2000, the purpose of this study is to offer the basic data for the efficient design in the structural analysis and the architectural planing. As the result of this study, the stress of type WT is high at the part of column base, but that of the rest of openings is high at the part of right angle and the top. Type WT has poor passing and Type WB1 is remarkable in the stress concentration. Therefore the shape of type WC, WB2, WB3 is profitable for the opening.

      • 폐경기 여성의 호르몬 대체 요법이 신장성 운동 후 근력과 근통증에 미치는 영향

        This study is to examine the influence of estrogen on delayed muscular pain caused by elongation exercise with the women in menopause who have hormone alternative therapy. The subjects of this experiment have adaptive training of KIN-COM (isokinetic equipment), the maximum muscular strength of flexor at left joint is measured and 3 sets of flexor elongation exercise are conducted by 10 times in order to cause muscular pain (30。/sec), and after exercise and sufficient rest time, their muscular strengths are measured after 24h, 48h and 72h respectively. The results of this study are as follows. 1. The subjective muscular pain of the subjects increases significantly 24 hours after exercise compared to immediately after elongation exercise in the two group. While experimental group reaches the peak of muscular pain after 48 hours of exercise, control group does after 24 hours of exercise. The difference between the two groups is significantly higher in muscular pain of control group than in experimental group only after 24 hours of exercise. 2. Concentration of creatine kinase in blood increases significantly after 24 hours of elongation exercise in the two groups. The difference of creatine kinase concentration in blood between the two group is significantly higher in control group after 48 and 72 hours of exercise than in experimental group. 3. The two groups show significant reduction of maximum muscular strength immediately after exercise, but experimental group has the least maximum muscular strength after 48 hours of exercise and control group shows the least value after 78 hours of exercise. The maximum muscular strength after 24, 48 and 72 hours of exercise is significantly lower in control group than in experimental group. To sum up the above research results, estrogen can prevent muscular pain after elongation exercise in some degree.

        생활체육 축구동호회 참가자의 운동열정과 신체적 자기효능감이 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향

        This study set out to analyze the effects of exercise passion and physical self-efficacy on psychological happiness among the members of sports-for-all soccer clubs, thus providing basic data to establish a sound sports culture of sports-for-all soccer club members and expand and vitalize the base of soccer club members. The subjects include 22 soccer alliance teams of Gwangju Metropolitan City(five from the Seogu Soccer Alliance, five from the Donggu Soccer Alliance, three from the Namgu Soccer Alliance, four from the Bukgu Soccer Alliance, and five from the Gwangjingu Soccer Alliance) that were located in Gwangju Metropolitan City in 2014~15 and active members of the Korean Soccer Association of Sports for All, as well as six college soccer club teams. Total 500 questionnaires were distributed to participants in sports-for-all soccer clubs through the convenience sampling method. After excluding 15 whose answers were deemed to be insincere or dual, total 485 were used in the survey analysis. Specific data analysis methods employed in the study were frequency, exploratory factor, reliability, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The findings led to the following conclusions: first, harmonious passion, one of the subfactors of exercise passion of sports-for-all soccer club members, had effects on perceived physical abilities, and obsessive and harmonious passion had effects on confidence in physical self-expression. Secondly, harmonious and obsessive passion, two of the subfactors of exercise passion of sports-for-all soccer club members, had influences on hedonic enjoyment, self-realization, immersion, and competence. Finally, perceived physical abilities and confidence in physical self-expression, two of the subfactors of physical self-efficacy of sports-for-all soccer club members, had impacts on hedonic enjoyment and self-realization, and confidence in physical self-expression, one of subfactors of physical self-efficacy, had impacts on immersion and competence.

      • 실내·외 구기종목과 투기종목선수들의 골밀도변화 비교

        This study is performed with male college athletes with 8-year careers of total 73 subjects including 21 players for each athletic item such as indoor ball game groups (volleyball, basketball, handball, etc.), outdoor ball games (football, hockey, rugby, etc.) and combat games (wrestling, Judo, etc.) and the 10 general college students. The training program was conducted for 24 weeks according to the athletic characteristics of each item and the bone density was measured at lumbar, femoral neck, ward's triangle and trochanter and then the following results are obtained. 1. In the comparison of lumbar bone density by athletic groups, combat game group was highest, followed by outdoor ball game group and indoor ball game group and there was a significant difference in the level of p<.01, but as a result of post-test, three groups showed a statistically significant difference in the level of p<.0Ol. 2. In the comparison of bone density of femoral neck by groups, the combat game group had the highest bone density in femoral neck, ward's triangle and trochanter in order and as a result of post-test, all four groups showed a statistically significant difference in the level of p<.001.

      • 써키트웨이트와 웨이트트레이닝이 중년남성의 체력과 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        This study conducts circuit weight training and weight training to middle-aged men for 12 weeks and examines its effects on health-related physical fitness before and after the exercise and the blood lipid. It selected total 30 subjects from 15 subjects of circuit weight group and 15 subjects of weight training according to training types at Health Club in G city and obtains the following conclusions. 1. It is found that there is a significant increase in muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and cardiorespiratory in both groups before and after the exercise according to the changes of health-related physical fitness and there is a significant correlation in all health-related physical fitness in the comparison of changes of physical fitness between the two groups. 2. It is found that in the changes of blood ingredients by the types of exercise, there is a significant decrease in TC, LDL-C, TG and G1 in both groups and there is a significant increase in HDL-C and Hb in both groups.
