        동해 연안 왕거머리말의 수직분포 제한 요인

        Although most species in genus Zostera inhabit shallow coastal areas and bays with weak wave energy, the Asian eelgrass, Zostera asiatica is distributed in deep water depth (8-15 m) unlike other seagrasses on the eastern coast of Korea. To examine factors limiting distribution Z. asiatica in relatively deep coastal areas, a transplantation experiment was conducted on October 2011, in which Z. asiatica shoots were transplanted from the reference site (donor meadow, ~9 m) to the shallow transplant site (~3 m). We compared shoot density, morphology, and productivity of Z. asiatica as well as environmental factors (underwater irradiance, water temperature, and nutrients) between the reference and transplant sites from October 2011 to September 2012. Shoot density and shoot height of transplants dramatically decreased within a few months after transplantation, but were similar with Z. asiatica in the reference site during spring. Shoot productivity were significantly higher in the transplant site than in reference site because of high light availability and nutrient concentrations. Transplants showed photoacclimatory responses such as higher rETR<sub>max</sub> and E<sub>k</sub> and lower photosynthetic efficiency in the transplant site than those in the reference site. Most of Z. asiatica transplant in the shallow transplant site disappeared in summer, which may be due to the high wave energy and physical damages induced by typhoons (TEMBIN and SANBA) in August and September 2012. According to the results of this study, Z. asiatica could not survive in shallow areas despite of more favorable light and nutrient conditions. Thus, Z. asiatica may restrictively occur in deep areas to avoid the intense physical stresses in the shallow area on the east coast of Korea.

        한반도 동해 연안에 자생하는 말잘피, 새우말의 생장 특성

        말잘피 새우말은 북태평양에 위치한 북동아시아 연안의 암반에 자생한다. 우리나라에서 새우말은 주로 동해 중부해역의 암반조하대에 나타나며, 본 조사에서는 이 곳에 서식하는 새우말의 생태적 특성을 알아보기 위해, 2017년 8월부터 2018년 7월까지 새우말 군락지의 수중광량, 수온의 변화와 함께 매월 새우말의 형태적 특성, 밀도, 생체량과 잎 생산성의 변화를 조사하였다. 수중광량과 수온은 봄과 여름에 증가하고 가을과 겨울에 감소하는 뚜렷한 계절 경향을 보였다. 새우말의 형태, 밀도, 생체량과 잎 생산성은 겨울과 봄에 증가하고, 여름과 가을에 감소하였다. 새우말의 개체당 잎 생산성과 단위면적당 잎 생산성은 수중광량과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 새우말의 연간 평균 단위면적당 잎 생산량은 $6.3{\pm}1.3g\;m^{-2}d^{-1}$로, 2018년 5월 최대값($16.4{\pm}4.4g\;m^{-2}d^{-1}$)과 2월에 최소값($2.4{\pm}0.3g\;m^{-2}d^{-1}$)을 나타내었다. 새우말 생장의 최적 수온은 $12-13^{\circ}C$로 조사되었다. The surfgrass Phyllospadix iwatensis is native in the exposed rocky shores of the Northwestern Pacific Ocean. In Korea, P. iwatensis is mainly found on the rocky subtidal zone in the central eastern coast. In this study, to examine the ecological characteristics of P. iwatensis, we investigated changes in morphological characteristics, density, biomass, and leaf productivity as well as changes in the underwater irradiance and water temperature of its habitat monthly from August 2017 to July 2018. Underwater irradiance and water temperature showed clear seasonal changes; increases in spring and summer and decreases in fall and winter. Morphological characteristics, shoot density, biomass, and leaf productivities of P. iwatensis exhibited significant seasonal variations, increasing in winter and spring and decreasing in summer and fall months. P. iwatensis leaf productivities both per shoot and per unit area showed significant positive correlations with underwater irradiance. The average leaf productivity of P. iwatensis per area was $6.3{\pm}1.3g\;m^{-2}d^{-1}$, while minimum and maximum values were $2.4{\pm}0.3g\;m^{-2}d^{-1}$ in February 2018 and $16.4{\pm}4.4g\;m^{-2}d^{-1}$ in May 2018, respectively. The optimum water temperature for the growth of P. iwatensis in this study was between $12-13^{\circ}C$.

        Recently, New renewable energy has been focused on because of the reinforcement of environment regulations, oil price rise, and resources exhaustion. In spite of a lot of concern and development, a study on energy efficiency for Solar Collector of Solar Heat System is not enough in South Korea. This study deals with life cycle cost analysis about flat-plate solar collector & single evacuated tubular solar collector which is used for residential facilities. Some items which are needed to build an analysis model for life cycle cost are derived from a literature review and professional advice. uncertainty from items that don't have any assumptions and accurate data is complemented by confidence index and sensitivity analysis. As a result of life cycle cost analysis for two kinds of solar colletcor, this study shows that after installation, single evacuated tubular solar collector is more efficient after four years.

        Contemporary construction project is involved many design subjects with its scale and the whole design process is very complicated because of individual design processes. Also, it needs a lot of participations of experts from diverse parts because of a variety of related areas. This study makes the idea of collaborative design and presents the introduction of the Coordinator to settle the problems of architectural design phase with correlations among variety subjects. It shows design-making model with the Coordinator, to solve the problems occurring during the decision-making in design phase and presents the solution to apply in construction projects.

        진동만과 가막만에 서식하는 잘피 개체군의 생장 동태 및 탄소고정량 추정

        Since seagrasses in the coastal and estuarine ecosystems achieve high levels of production, they require high inorganic carbon and nutrient incorporation. Thus, seagrasses may play a significant role in carbon and nutrient cycling in the coastal and estuarine ecosystems. To examine growth dynamics of Zostera marina L. environmental factors such as underwater irradiance, water temperature, and salinity, and biological parameters such as shoot density, biomass, shoot morphology, and leaf productivity were measured in two bay systems (Jindong Bay and Gamak Bay) on the southern coast of Korea. While underwater irradiance did not show distinct seasonal trend, water temperature at both sites exhibited clear seasonal trend throughout the experimental period. Shoot density increased dramatically during winter due to the increased seedlings through germination of seeds in Jindong Bay and due to the increased lateral shoots in Gamak Bay. Eelgrass biomass increased during winter and decreased during summer. Maximum biomass in Jindong Bay and Gamak Bay was 250.2 and 232.3 g dry weight m–a2, respectively. Carbon incorporation into the eelgrass leaf tissues was estimated from productivity and leaf tissues carbon content. The calculated annual carbon incorporations at the Jindong Bay and Gamak Bay sites were 163 and 295 g C m–`2 y–`1, respectively. This high carbon incorporation into seagrass tissues suggests that seagrass habitats play an important role as a carbon absorber in the coastal and estuarine ecosystems.

        독도의 잘피

        독도에 자생하는 잘피의 생태적 특성을 연구하기 위해 2016년 9월 독도해역을 탐색하여 잘피가 출현하는 동도와 서도의 각 1개 정점에서 조사하였다. 조사장소에는 보호대상해양생물인 게바다말이 군락을 이루며 산재하고 있었다. 동도와 서도에 출현하는 게바다말은 각각 평균 잎 수가 4.8개와 4.7개, 잎 폭은 2.0 mm, 개체 길이는 각각 42.5 cm와 41.9 cm로 유사하였다. 동도와 서도의 게바다말 평균 생육밀도는 각각 $3,500{\pm}334.2shoots\;m^{-2}$와 $2,275{\pm}415.1shoots\;m^{-2}$로 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 독도에 자생하는 게바다말은 주로 소형 군락을 이루고 있었으며 생육밀도는 한반도 동해연안에 출현하는 게바다말과 유사하였다. To examine the ecological characteristics of seagrasses growing naturally in Dokdo, shoot morphology and density of seagrasses in a study site each from Dongdo and Seodo, where seagrasses occurred, were investigated in September 2016. In the study sites, Phyllospadix japonicus Makino, a protected seagrass species, was found to be scattered, forming small clusters. P. japonicus shoots from the study sites in Dongdo and Seodo were morphologically similar. The mean leaf width was 2.0 mm at both study sites in Dongdo and Seodo. Numbers of leaves per shoot was 4.8 and 4.7, and the leaf lengths were 42.5 cm and 41.9 cm, in Dongdo and Seodo, respectively. The shoot densities were $3,500{\pm}334.2shoots\;m^{-2}$ and $2,275{\pm}415.1shoots\;m^{-2}$, in Dongdo and Seodo, respectively, with no significant difference. Shoot density and morphological chacteristics of P. japonicus in Dokdo were similar to those on the eastern coast of the Korean peninsula.

        복합용도개발의 공모형 PF사업자 선정을 위한 평가기준 개선

        Public-Private Partnership Development Project of Mixed-use Development is to implement a mixed-use development project jointly through the partnership between public organization and civilians. Specifically, developers of the public housing-sites invite public participation for excellent ideas, where the selection of a superior civilian developer is very important. However, some ordering organizations often failed to reflect clearly the daily diversifying characteristics of projects as they imitated existing directions for a contest in preparation of a contest direction. Also, there were many unreasonable criteria and methods in evaluation of land prices, project applicants as well as selection of a preferred negotiator, and an improvement in the evaluation criteria for a competent developer to implement the project to increase a realization likelihood of the project compared with the existing practice. In this study, an improved version of evaluation indices and scores is put forward based on the contest directions for civilian developers of contest-type PF projects to suggest reasonable evaluation criteria for selecting PF developers of a contest-type project.

        잘피, 거머리말 종자의 건조에 따른 발아율과 함수율

        거머리말은 해양 현화 식물로 일생의 대부분을 해수 내에서 생활하며, 공기에 노출시 건조 스트레스를 받게 된다. 지금까지 거머리말 성체에서 나타나는 건조 스트레스는 다수 알려진데 비해, 거머리말 종자의 건조 스트레스에 대한 정보는 부족한 편이다. 이 연구는 거머리말 종자의 건조 스트레스를 알아보기 위해 공기 중 노출로 인한 종자의 발아율과 함수율의 변화를 실험하였다. 상대습도 50%, $20^{\circ}C$의 공기에 1시간 노출된 거머리말 종자의 발아율은 현저히 감소되었으며, 노출시간이 길어질수록 종자의 발아율은 지속적으로 감소하였고, 11시간 이상 노출된 종자는 전혀 발아하지 않았다. 거머리말 종자의 공기 노출시간이 길어질수록 발아율과 함수율은 감소하는 음의 상관관계가 나타났다. 또한, $30^{\circ}C$의 공기에 노출된 거머리말 종자는 $10^{\circ}C$와 $20^{\circ}C$의 공기에 노출된 거머리말 종자보다 현저히 낮은 발아율을 나타내었다. 따라서 거머리말 성체가 공기 중 노출 시 건조 스트레스를 겪는 것처럼 거머리말 종자도 건조에 의한 발아율의 감소가 확인되었으며, 이것은 종자를 활용한 거머리말 서식지 복원 사업에 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. Eelgrass, Zostera marina is a marine flowering plant that grows in submerged habitats for most of its lifetime, and experiences desiccation stress when exposed to air. Although the desiccation stress observed in adult eelgrass has been frequently studied, there has been little research on desiccation stress in eelgrass seeds. To survey desiccation stress in eelgrass seeds, we studied the germination rate and moisture content upon desiccation caused by exposure to air. The germination rate of the eelgrass seeds exposed to air for 1 hour at $20^{\circ}C$ and 50% relative humidity decreased markedly, and it decreased consistently as the exposure time increased. Eelgrass seeds exposed to air for longer than 11 hours did not germinate. As the exposure time of eelgrass seeds to air increased, the germination rate and moisture content decreased, showing a negative correlation. In addition, eelgrass seeds exposed to air at $30^{\circ}C$ showed significantly lower germination rates than those exposed to air at $10^{\circ}C$ or $20^{\circ}C$. Our results revealed that desiccation causes a decrease in the germination of eelgrass seeds, which will provide useful information for eelgrass habitat restoration using seeds.

        공공 건설 프로그램의 기획단계 VE를 위한 다차원 품질모델

        In the mixed-use development program, several conflicts occur due to the characteristics of construction program, such as large-scale, variety of stakeholders, long periods of time, etc. In particular, since the characteristics of the construction program having various complex projects lead to different requirements depending on stakeholders, it is crucial to plan the appropriate type and size of facilities. Therefore, it is necessary to derive solutions suitable for the needs of owner by conducting VE in the planning phase. In this study, a multi-dimensional quality model is developed to present proper facilities necessary for the construction program by clearly identifying the owner's requirements in performing VE in the planning phase. Through the development of the multi-dimensional quality model, the characteristics distribution of 15 major facilities by 12 performance indicators for mixed-use development programs is presented. The deduction method of appropriate facilities based on the requirements of owner and the multi-dimensional synthesis method among the performance indicators are also suggested. This study is significant as a basic research for the application of VE in the planning phase of construction program. It is expected that the multi-dimensional quality model proposed in this study could facilitate presentation and review of appropriate facilities based on the analysis of requirements of various stakeholders in the early stage of the construction program. 건설 프로그램 수준의 복합용도개발사업은 다양한 참여주체들에 의해 장기간에 걸쳐 대규모로 추진되는 사업특성으로 인하여, 사업기간동안 여러가지 갈등이 발생하게 된다. 특히 다양한 프로젝트가 복합된 프로그램 사업의 특성상 참여주체별 요구사항이 상이하여 시설종류 및 규모를 적정하게 계획하는 것이 매우 중요하며, 이를 위해서는 사업의 기획단계에서부터 VE를 실시하여 고객의 요구에 적합한 해결책을 도출할 필요성이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설 프로그램 사업의 기획단계 VE 수행에 있어서 발주자의 요구사항을 명확하게 파악하여, 해당 프로그램에 요구되는 적정시설을 제시하기 위한 다차원 품질모델을 개발하였다. 다차원 품질모델 개발을 통해 복합용도개발사업의 12개 성능지표별 15개 주요시설의 특성분포를 제시하였으며, 참여자 요구사항에 따른 적정시설 도출 및 검토, 성능지표간 다차원 합성방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 건설프로그램 사업에 기획단계 VE를 적용하기 위한 기본연구로서 의의가 있으며, 본 연구에서 제시한 다차원 품질모델을 통하여 사업초기단계에서 다양한 참여주체들의 요구사항을 기반으로 적정시설을 제시 또는 검토하는 것이 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

        한반도 동해남부연안에 자생하는 말잘피, 게바다말의 생장 특성

        말잘피 게바다말은 우리나라 동해안의 암반조하대에 우점하는 잘피로, 이 곳 연안생태계에서 중요한 기능을 수행한다. 그러나 심한 파도에 노출된 거친 생육 환경으로 인해 지금까지 게바다말의 생태 자료는 미비한 실정이다. 본 조사에서는 동해남부해역에 서식하는 게바다말의 생태적 특성을 알아보기 위해 2017년 8월부터 2018년 7월까지 게바다말 군락지의 환경과 게바다말의 형태적 특성, 밀도, 생체량과 잎 생산성의 변화를 조사하였다. 수중광량과 수온은 봄과 여름에 증가하고 가을과 겨울에 감소하는 뚜렷한 계절 경향을 보였다. 해수의 영양염 농도는 조사 시기마다 유의한 차이를 보였으나, 뚜렷한 계절 변동은 나타나지 않았다. 게바다말의 형태, 밀도, 생체량과 잎 생산성도 가을에 감소하고 봄에 증가하였다. 게바다말의 육수화서는 2월 이후 나타났고, 5월에 최대 비율(15.8%)을 보인 후 8월 이후 탈락되었다. 게바다말의 개체당 및 단위면적당 평균 잎 생산성은 각각 2.1 mg sht<sup>-1</sup> d<sup>-1</sup>과 7.5 g m<sup>-2</sup> d<sup>-1</sup>이었다. 게바다말의 생장이 가장 활발한 수온은 13-14℃로 조사되었다. 게바다말의 잎 생산성은 수중광량, 수온, 영양염 농도와 유의한 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다. 이는 이 지역이 게바다말 생장에 필요한 충분한 빛, 적절한 수온 범위와 영양염 농도를 제공함을 의미한다. The surfgrass Phyllospadix japonicus is a dominant seagrass species playing critical ecological roles on the eastern coast of Korea. However, few studies have been conducted on the ecological characteristics of this species, generally due to the turbulent water conditions in its habitat. In this study, to examine the growth dynamics of P. japonicus, we investigated monthly changes in morphological characteristics, density, biomass, and leaf productivity as well as changes in the underwater irradiance, water temperature, and water column nutrient concentrations of its habitat from August 2017 to July 2018. Underwater irradiance and water temperature showed clear seasonal changes increasing in spring and summer and decreasing in fall and winter. Nutrient availability fluctuated substantially, but did not display any distinct seasonal trend. Morphological characteristics, shoot density, biomass, and leaf productivities of P. japonicus exhibited significant seasonal variations, increasing in spring and decreasing in fall months. Spadix of P. japonicus occurred from March to August, with the maximum spadix percentage(15.8%) occurred in May 2018. The average leaf productivity of P. japonicus per shoot and area were 2.1 mg sht<sup>-1</sup> d<sup>-1</sup> and 7.5 g m<sup>-2</sup> d<sup>-1</sup>, respectively. The optimum water temperature for the growth of P. japonicus in this study was between 13-14℃. The productivity of P. japonicus was not correlated with underwater irradiance, water temperature and nutrient concentrations. These results suggest that the study site provide sufficient amount of underwater irradiance, suitable water temperature range and nutrients for the growth of P. japonicus.
