To create good urban environment, there were studied mass production techniques to supply many native flower plant there. Five mixed media using six kinds of medium were evaluated on growth and ornamental values of native Elsholtzia splendens in plug nursery. Physicochemical characteristics of using media were almost fitted in criteria range of its plug nursery of horticulture plants. pH of media was the highest in T5 mixed with coconut-peat, the plots of T1 and T2 mixed with peat moss were the lowest both. While EC was highest in T2 mixed with carbonized chaff among them. They in five media after 126 days nursing in plug tray were almost same and stabilization for growing their plants. Growth of this plants in time elapse showed higher values in T2 which mixed with there part of peat moss, vermiculite and carbonized chaff respectively, T4 made two part of peat moss, vermiculite, perlite, carbonized chaff and leaf mould each, and T5 that three part of vermiculite, leaf mould and coco-peat respectively. They were resulted the best growth in T2 for 66 days nursing, whereas T4 for 96 days. The growth and ornamental values in flower bed planted with using plug nursing plants which were different them very much resulted almost same and not to significant difference at 5% level. Therefore, native plants like Elsholtzia splendens which grow rapidly wild environment showed almost same in growth and flowering at flower bed of good environment except seedling sizes.

To create good urban environment, there were studied mass production techniques to supply many native flower plants there. Seven different size of containers of plug tray were evaluated on growth and ornamental values of native Elsholtzia splendens in plug nursery. Physicochemical characteristics after about four months growing in media of plug nursery were not different significantly regardless of their cell sizes. Large size cells among them showed generally high growth such as H1 which had the highest in its cell size resulting in the most growing rate among them, while their sizes below H4 plot were not significant difference statistical evaluation. Its root development for 56 days nursing of plug trays almost completed it to form final stage. Until 66 days nursing they grew rapidly like for its 56 days, while there were to grow slowly till 96 days. Therefore, this may be possible to nurse about two months for using there. Net photosynthetic ability showed higher in mean values at large sizes cell of plug tray than small ones, but they were not significant differences statistically. Mineral contents of plants were not shown regular tendency. In final investigation of this plants on growth and flowering at flower bed which were grown for two months, they became almost same for them regardless cell sizes. But there showed tendency to be high for large sizes of cell in their mean value, while ornamental values were evaluated the best among overall plots. Therefore, we may concluded good results to nurse for two months with H7 size of cell among seven trays because three months nursing with its H1 size was not difference significantly at the final ornamental values.
