        마취전투약제 Hydroxyzine Hydrochloride 의 임상적 연구

        Sedative and antiemetic effect of hydroxyzine as a premedicant were studied and results were compared with a placebo and Talwin. Two hundred and fourty patients were evaluated. These patients were divided into 6 groups. There were fourty patients in each group. Group 1: Hydroxyzine 50mg. Group 2: Hydroxyzine 100mg. Group 3: Placebo. Group 4: Talwin 20mg. Group 5: Hydroxyzine 5pmg plus Talwie 20mg. Group 6: Hydroxyzine 100mg plus Talwin 20mg. The results were as follows; 1) Satisfactory sedation was ovtained in 75% with group I, in 92.5% with group 2, in 30% with group 3, in 40% with group 4, in 82. 5% With group 5, and in 97. 5% with group 6. Better results were obtained with hydroxyzine plus Talwin group than hydroxyzine anly. 2) The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in recovery room, 7. 5% wlth group 7. 5 % with group 3, 20% with group 4, 5%. with group 5. There was no case of nausea and vomiting in group 2 and group 6. We obtained a significant difference in antiemetic effect between Talwin only and the Talwin plus hydroxyzine group. 3) There was no adverse change on vital signs in all cases.

      • 상계요소법을 이용한 스플라인 치형의 엎셋단조해석

        상계요소기법을 사용하여, 사각형, 사다리꼴 및 세레이션 치형의 스플라인의 밀폐엎셋단조를 해석하였다. 3차원 동적가용속도장을 제시하고, 이를 단조하중 및 상대압력등을 예측하였다. 상계요소해석의 결과를 AutoCAD환경에서 도식화하기 위하여 도식화 프로그램을 개발하였고, 이를 이용하여 스플라인 단조해석의 시뮬레이션 결과를 3차원적으로 나타내었다. 해석결과를 검정하기 위하여 실험을 하였으며, 상계요소해석 결과와 잘 일치 하였다. Closed-die upset forging of spline forms was analysed using an upper bound elemental technique. The kinematically admissible velocity field for the three-dimensional deformation in closed-die forging of the spline forms with rectangular, trapezoidal, or serration teeth was proposed. The upper bound solution for the forming load and the deformed configurations was predicted by using integration of the total energy formulation obtained from the proposed velocity fields and was represented graphically in AutoCAD environment using a programme developed by the author. Experiments were carried out using lead as a model material at room temperature where grease was used as a lubricant.

      • 베벨기어의 밀폐단조공정 해석

        베벨기어는 수송기계의 동력전달장치에 사용되고 있는 중요한 기계요소이다. 베벨기어와 같은 고정밀 기계부품은 일반적으로 밀폐단조에 의해 제조되고 있으며, 베벨기어의 밀폐단조는 고품질 및 우수한 기계적 성질을 제공하며 생산 원가를 감소시키는데 좋은 제조법의 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 베벨기어의 적절한 밀폐단조공정 설계를 위해 3차원 유한요소해석 시뮬레이션을 수행하고, 그 해석결과를 실험결과와 비교 검토하였다. Bevel gears are important mechanical parts to transmit power in transportation system. High precision parts like bevel gears are in general manufactured by closed die forging process for the determination of th exact geometry. The closed die forging of bevel gears offers the high quality and good mechanical properties and also leads to considerable cost saving. To determinate the proper closed-die forging process of bevel gear forms, three-dimensional FEM simulation for progressive forging processes was carried out and also the simulation results were compared with experimental results.

      • 유압시스템용 Elbow형 Fitting 부품의 강도평가를 위한 유한요소해석

        엘보형 피팅은 높은 유압시스템에서 사용되고 있기 때문에 요구되는 강도를 충족되도록 제작되어야 한다. 따라서 구멍가공에서 치수정밀도는 아주 중요하나 가공오차에 따른 강도평가는 부품의 신뢰성 확보를 위해 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 유한요소해석을 수행하여 가공오차에 따른 강도를 평가하였다. An elbow-typed fitting is widely used to transmit power in the hydraulic system of industrial machinery. The hydraulic system has pressure shock or surge to transmit the system operating fluid. The hydraulic system pressure should not exceed the rated working pressure for the fitting part. Pressure shock in the hydraulic system with fittings is used as reference value to determine the strength of the fitting and to establish safety factor. The hole of fitting may machined excessively in dimension and then its strength may lower. In the present paper, finite element analysis was carried out to evaluate the strength of the fitting used in the hydraulic system and also to establish standard for the safety.

        구순열(口唇裂)및 구개열성형술에 시행한 마취의 임상적 관찰

        We experienced 450 cases of anesthesia for the operation of cleft lip and cleft palate. The observed results were as follows. 1) Ancsthetics for the operation of cleft lip were 200 cases(44.4%), cleft palate were 248 cases(55.1%), naso-ocular fistula correction and oro-ocular correction was 1 case each. 2) Sex distribution was 298 males(66.2%) and 152 females(33.8%). 3) 292 cases(66%) were under 20kg of body weight. 4) The techniques of anesthesia were NRB with Jackson-Rees' modification in 297 casea (66%) and the semiclosed circle absorption system in 153 eases(34%). 5) The main anesthetics were halothane in 431 cases(95.8%) and Valium-Dmerol in 19 cases (0. 42%) 6) The mean blood loss in palatoplasty was 6.4 ml per kg of body weight but it was 10. 7 ml per kg in the 5~10 kg of body weight group, 9. 6 ml per kg in the 10-20 kg of body weight group, and 8. 5 ml per kg in the 20~30 kg of body weight group. 66 cases (14.7%) received blood transfusion. 7) Familial incidence was found in 4.7% (21 cases). 8) Incidence of cleft lip combined with cleft palate was 42.7%(192 csses among 450 cases), and 154 cases(51.7%) were males and 88 cases(25%) were females. 9) The most common type of cleft lip was incomplete left cleft lip(30%), and of cleft palate was complete median cleft palate(52%). 10) lntraoperative anesthetic complication ocurred in 8 cases(1.8%).

        Bo-U(?-1565) is a famous Buddhist-Monch in the Meyng-Chong's period of the Cho-Sun-Dynasty. He intended to reconstruct the Buddhist Society finding difficulty in having done with the social crisis out of the confusion of the movement. He had a good possibilities in thought to be in harmony with the conflict between Son Buddhism and Kyo Buddhism, between Buddfism and Confucianism. In defense of the princess Munjeong the reconstruction of Buddhism brought to the Sung-Ka(僧科), the gift of Do-Chup to the Buddhist-Monch, which increased their social positions, and the building of the old-grown temples in all the contries. Buddhist-Munch Bou and princess Munjeong, their death, failed to succeed in the End gave the great contribution to the Korean Buddhist-History.
