        단시간 등속성 운동에 따른 대퇴부 근기능 변인과 근효소 수준에 미치는 영향

        N/A The purpose of this study examines closely influences with the Thigh muscle function and muscle enzyme level on the lines of short-time isokinetic exercise. The subject of investigation was a sample of 10 healthy males who belong to the department of physical education and 10 males other departments. Two sectors were measured and analyzed, activity of blood enzyme of muscle; LDH and CPK, which was made by repetition of motion before and after with extenion/flexion and the muscular strength and endurance of the thigh around knee joint by using biodex. This research provides the results as follows; 1. In terms of changes in the muscular strength of the two groups, such factors as flection and extension turned out to be significant(p<.01) at 60˚ /sec, the low-speed load of uniform velocity, and they proved to be significant(p<.01) at 120˚ /sec, the middle-speed load of uniform velocity. 2. In terms of changes in muscular endurance, the total work proved to be significant between the two groups when they got 30 times of flection and extension exercise at 240˚ /sec of angle speed. 3. CPK proved to be significant(p<.05) in terms of changes in the level of muscular serum enzymes after the two groups engaged in the maximum flection and extension exercise at 240˚ /sec of high speed. And athletes turned out to be higher than their counterparts in terms of increases after they took part in exercise. LDH proved to be similar between the two groups before or after exercise. The survey shows that the athletes exposed to exercise at a regular basis have higher muscular endurance and lower muscular fatigue than their counterparts. Therefore if patients suffering from problems with the muscular system are engaged in regular exercise, they can normally live soon.

        高等學校 問題解決 능력 신장을 위한 敎授 學習 방법 硏究

        This is the study on a teaching method for improving problem-solving ability in mathematics. If this method is performed step by step in solving problems, learners can approach problems in a variety of ways. This step-by-step teaching method will create some changes among learners. The purpose of this experiment was to determine what effects resulted from this method, especially which effects arose in the affective areas of learning math. For the experiment, learning materials were divided into 73 parts. And the subjects, who are low-leveled and have negative attitudes towards mathematics, were divided into two groups. One group was exposed to this method for four months (treatment group), and the other group(control group) was not. According to the result, thought there were few changes, the treatment group came to be more interested in math than before and also negative attitudes towards math were reduced gradually, as compared with the control group. In this study, three factors were investigated: interest in math, attitudes toward math, and learning-achievement in math. Significant changes were found in two factors: interest in math and learning-achievement in math. No significant changes were found in the area of attitudes towards math. In conclusion, if this method is adopted and performed regularly, it is likely that the problem-solving skills will be improved and the negative attitudes towards math will be reduced.

        국소 골격근 수축시 동맥 혈류속도 및 산소운반계의 변화

        장용우, 김성철, 조병곤, 이하얀, 김동희, 김용규, 권양기. 운동과학, 제11권 제1호, 93-104, 2002. 본 연구는 국소 골격근 수축시 혈류 및 산소운반 변인의 변화를 분석하기 위하여 중량운동으로 단련된 선수군과 일반학생 등 총 18명을 대상으로 상완이두근의 반복적 최대 굴신전 운동틀 통해 운동 전, 후 및 회복기 혈류변인인 최대혈류속도(PBV), 평균혈류속도(MBV)와 산소운반변인인 RBC, Hb, Hct, Myoglobln 등을 측정 분석한 결과 국소적 골격근 수축시 PBV의 경우 선수군은 운동직후 85.0%로 비교군 96.3%에 비해 유의하게 낮은 증가율을 나타냈고, 회복시에는 선수군이 비교군 -16.0%에 비해 -40.2%로 유의하게 높은 회복비를 나타냈다. MBV는 선수군의 경우 운동직후 131.8%로 비교군 154.1%에 비해 유의하게 낮은 증가율을 나타냈고, 회복시에는 선수군이 비교군 -24.3%에 비해 -50.5%로 유의하게 높은 회복비를 나타냈다. 국소적 골격근 수축시 RBC의 경우 운동직후 7.5%로 비교군 6.9%에 비해 유의하게 높은 증가율을 나타냈고, 회복시에는 선수군이 비교군 -5.9%에 비해 -4.8%로 유의하게 높은 회복비를 나타냈다. Hb의 경우 선수군은 운동직후 10.7%로 비교군 8.2%에 비해 유의하게 높은 증가율을 나타냈고, 회복시에는 선수군이 비교군 -7%에 비해 -11.4%로 유의하게 높은 회복비를 나타냈다. Hct의 경우 선수군은 운동직후 8.8%로 비교군 9.1%와 별다른 차이가 없었으나, 회복시에는 선수군이 비교군 -7.7%에 비해 -4.5%로 유의하게 높은 회복비를 나타냈다. Mgb의 경우 선수군온 운동직후 -21.2%로 비교군 -14.2%에 비해 유의하게 높은 감소율을 나타냈고, 회복시에는 선수군이 비교군 -23.1%에 비해 -12.6%로 유의하게 높은 회복비를 나타냈다. 따라서 국소 골격근의 반복적인 근수축시 혈류변화는 안정시 비활동근에 비해 운동근으로 유입되는 혈류의 정확한 이동속도와 활동근의 산소소모에 따른 운반변인의 유동성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 추후 측정부위가 달리된 혈류검사를 통해 혈관계 질환의 임상적 운동 검사 및 처방에 그 적용폭을 넓혀 모색해야 할 것으로 사료된다. Exercise Science, 11(1): 99-104, 2002. The purpose of this study is to exanine the change of oxygen transfer system when partial musculoskeletal contracticn. The participants for this study consist of 18 subjects and into two groups, which are experiment group compose of dumbell exercise trained sports players and control group that has not took part regularly in sport activity for a minimum of 3 times per week. They are measured blood velocity factors of PBV, MBV and oxygen transfer factors of RBC, Hb, Hct, Myoglobin by pre-post, recovery exercise through maximum extension and flexion movement of bioeps branchii. The result are as following: In the case of PBV when partial musculoskeetal systolic, the experiment group(85.0%) has shown significantly lower rates of increase than control group(96.3%) in the pre-post exercise, and experiment group(40.2%) has shown significantly higher rates of recovery than control group(-16.0%) in the recovery. In the case of MBV, the experiment group (13.18%) has shown significantly lower rate of increase than control group(15.41%) in the pre-post exercise, and experiment group(-50.5%) has shown significantly higher rates of recovery than control group(-24.3%) in the recovery. In the case of RBC when partial musculoskeletal systolic, the experiment group(6.9%) in the pre-post exercise and the experiment group(-5.9%) has shown significantly higherrates of recovey than control group(-4.8%) in the recovery. In the case of Hb, the experiment group (10.7%) gas shown significantly higher rates of increase than control group(8.2%) in the pre-post exercise, and the experiment group(-11.4%) has shown significantly higher rates of recovery than control group(-7%) in the recovery. In the case of Hct, there are no significantly relationship between experiment group(8.8%) and control group(9.1%) in the pre-post exercise, and the experiment group(-7.7%) has shown significantly higher rates of recovery than control group(-4.5%) in the recovery, In the case of Mgb, the experiment group(-21.2%) has shown significantly higher rates of increase than control group(-14.2%) in the pre-post exercise, and the experiment group(-12.6%) has shown significantly higher rates of recovery than control group(-23%) in the recovery. Therfore, blood flow change at repetition muscle contraction of partial musculoskeletal was confirmed to correct a mobile velocity of blood flow an influx to exercise muscle as compared with inactivity muscle at rest and to fluctuation of transport variation according to O_2 consumption of activity muscle, it will selected adaption to clinic exercise test and prescription of vascular disease according to blood flow test in a different way measurement position..

        전방십자인대 재건술 후 등속성 Passive 운동이 대퇴부 기능적 개선에 미치는 영향

        This study was to examine effects of the early isokinetic passive exercise for thigh functional inprovement after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament rconstruction using bone-pateller tendon-bone. autograft. Subjects were fourteen male patients. Test group were classify into passive exercise group(n=7) and physical therapy group(n=7). Passive exercise group(P.E.G) was exercised six times a weeks for twenty day by using the isokinetic passive exercise in kin-com. Physical therapy group(P.T.G) were devote oneself to one's physical therapy. The changes in the measuring variable for each assessment period was analyzed by repeated ANOVA. Thigh strength in the 20olsec showed significant increase in P.E.G and P.T.G, espeially P.E.G showed high increase of 90.6%(quadriceps), 140.5%(hamstrings) compare with inital strength ratio and Extension strength of P.T.G showed significant increase after passive exercise. Thigh strength ratio and showed significant increased in P.E.G showed high increase of 89.8%(quadriceps), 167.6% (hamstrings) compare with inital strength ratio. Peak blood velocity(PBV) and mean blood velocity(MBV) showed not significant decrease for each assessment period in two group during passive exercise According to this results, after anerior cruciate ligament reconstruction, early application of isokinetic passive exercise regard for individual variation leaves much room for consideration in the functional improvement aspect on functional activation of muscle tissue, enlargement of ROM and conversion of voluntarily muscular etc.
