        It was written at the Mao Shi prefaces (毛詩序) that Shi Jing was divided into two groups; the Zheng Poem and the Bian Poem. According to this, many scholars published various assertions on how to distinguish the Zheng Poem from the Bian Poem in Shi Jing. Conseguently, these assertions were classified into four sorts. 1) Classification by the chronological order according to the political rise and fall 2) Distinction between eulogy and satire 3) Distinction the Poem which was accompanied by music from the poem which was not accompanied by it, 4) Classification by the style of the poem My study on each assertion leads to the following conclusion: 1) Although those scholars who made the first assertion defined that Shi Jing was published by the chronological order and they distinguished the Zheng Poem from the Bian poem by the table of contents, it is proved that Shi Jing was not published by the chronological order. 2) Those scholars who made the second assertion concluded that Shi-Jing was distinguished between eulogy and satiry at every prologue in Mao Shi and that the Zheng poem and the Bian Poem could be divided into eulogy or satire accordingly. But it is proved herein that the distinction eulogy from satire in Mao Shi prefaces was possible by the country and chronology without the definite standard even though the contents of the poem were the same. 3) Those scholars who made the third assertion divided Shi Jing into two parts. One that was accompanied by music was called the Zheng Poem and the other that was accompanied by music was called the Bian Poem. But it is proved that all of Shi Jing were accompanied by music 4) Those who made the fourth assertion distinguished between the Zheng Poem and the Bian Poem by the style of the Poem. But looking into the style, it is proved that the distinction between the Zheng Poem and the Bian Poem is the style itself. Thus, the above classifications seem to be unreasonable so far. Then, why did these assertions come to rise? These assertions were due to the Han scholars who regarded the poem as a remonstration. They attempted to classify the Zheng Poem as the poem of admonition and the Bian poem as that of warning. But they did not succeed in it.

        Methanol, ethanol, acetone, dimethylsulfoxide, N, N-dimethylformamide, tetrahydrofuran, dioxane 및 acetonitrile의 8가지 분자에 대한 용매효과를 고찰할 목적으로 메탄올을 양성자 주게로 하고, 8가지 분자를 양성자 받게로 하여, 이들 이합체를 AMl Hamiltonian법과 supermolecule법에 의해 monomer 및 dimer의 optimized geometry, electron density, molecular energy 및 hydrogen-bonding energy를 계산하였다. 그 결과로 각 dimer의 hydrogen-bonding에 기여하는 stabilization energy 순서는 dimethylsulfoxide > ethanol > N, N-dimethylformamide > acetone > methanol > tetrahydrofuran > dioxane > acetonitrile임을 알았으며 이 안정성의 순서를 electron density의 변화 및 energy partition의 결과로 설명하였다. The solvent effects of MeOH-solvent dimers were studied via AMl Hamiltonian and supermolecule methods. Methanol, ethanol, acetone, dimethylfoxide, N,N-dimethylformamide, tetrahydrofuran, dioxane, and acetonitrile were considered as solvent moleoules. Optimized geometries, electron densities, molecular energies, and hydrogen-bonding energies of monomers and dimers were calculated. We found that the stabilization energies contributed to the hydrogenbonding were decreased in the order of dimethylsulfoxide > ethanol > N,N-dimethylformanide > acetone > methanol > tatrahydrofuran > dioxane > acetonitrile, and this order was explained by using the change of electron density and energy partition functions.

      • MO 이론에 의한 Cyclopentadienyl Radical의 일치환체의 형태와 안정성에 관한 연구

        ??를 갖는 Cyclopentadienly radical 을 EHT-SPD, MINDO/3, MNDO와 CNDO/2방법으로 Conformation, Electron-releasing perturbation과 라디칼 형성에너지를 계산하였다. Conformation결정은 일치환 cyclopenladienyl일때 치환기의 위치를 먼저 계산하였으며, d-궤도를 포함하는 EHT, MINDO/3, MNDO로 총 에너지를 계산하였다. 상대적으로 낮은 에너지를 갖는 것이 안정한 Conformation이 된다. 이 결과는 실험적 사실과 잘 일치되었다. Electron-releasing perturbation은 cyclopentadienyl radical에 치환기가 붙으면 HOMO와 SOMO 사이에 Splitting이 일어나는데 splitting이 크면 전자방출이 많고, 작으면 전자방출이 적다. 분광학 결과 〔??〕와 거의 비슷한 경향을 나타내었다. 라디칼 형성은 친전자성 라디칼 SOMO와 중성분자 HOMO 사이의 에너지를 차로서 계산하였으며, 또 노르말 상태와 라디칼 상태의 에너지 차로서도 계산했다. 이러한 결과로 라디칼 형성순서는 ??라고 예측할 수 있었다. The conformations, the electron-releasing perturbation and the redical formation energies of the cyclopentadienyl radicals with substituents ?? were calculated by EHT-SPD, MINDO/3, MNDO and CNDO/2 methods. In determination of conformations, first of all the positions of substituents and the total energies were calculated by EHT including d-orbitals, MNDO and MINDO/3, These results fit to the experimental facts. When substituents are attaches to cyclopentadienyl radical, the HOMO and SOMO of substituted cyclopentadienyl radicals are splitted each other. In general, if there exists a large splitting, the substituent shows larger electron-releasing tendency and vice versa. The degrees of splitting obtained by HOMO and SOMO were similar to those found by ESR spectra; ?? The radical formations were calculated by the energy difference of SOMO of electrophilic radical and HOMO of neutral molecule. The radical formations were calculated bythe total energy difference of monosubstituted cyclopentadienyl radical. The cyclopentadienyl radical were stabilized by substituents in the following order: ??.

        Cyanooxirane의 C-C 절단에 의한 알켄의 고리첨가 반응의 연구의 일환으로 MNDO-SCF-MO 법 계산에 의하여 반응 물질인 cyanooxirane과 생성물인 시아노사수소화푸란, 그리고 전이 상태와 중간체의 안정한 기하학적 형태를 밝히고, 반응 에너지를 결정하였다. The electronic structures and gaometries of cyanooxirane, carbonyl ylides and cyanotetrahydrofuran were investigated by MNDO-SCF-MO calculations, and the cycloaddition of cyanooxirane to alkene across the C-C single bond was discussed.

        Characterization of a Solution-processed YHfZnO Gate Insulator for Thin-Film Transistors

        A solution-processed multicomponent oxide, yttrium hafnium zinc oxide (YHZO), was synthesized and deposited as a gate insulator. The YHZO film annealed at 600°C contained an amorphous phase based on the results of thermogravimetry, differential thermal analysis, and X-ray diffraction. The electrical characteristics of the YHZO film were analyzed by measuring the leakage current. The high dielectric constant (16.4) and high breakdown voltage (71.6 V) of the YHZO films resulted from the characteristics of HfO2 and Y2O3, respectively. To examine if YHZO can be applied to thin-film transistors (TFTs), indium gallium zinc oxide TFTs with a YHZO gate insulator were also fabricated. The desirable characteristics of the YHZO films when used as a gate insulator show that the limitations of the general binary-oxide-based materials and of the conventional vacuum processes can be overcome.
