Vecuronium 길항에 대한 Edrophonium 과 Neostigmine 효과의 비교

Until recently edrophoninm has not been used in clinical anesthesia because of its short duration of action and poor anticholinesterase activity. However there has been a renewed interest in the use of edrophonium for the reversal of the new intermediate-acting relaxants, vecuronium and atracurium, which have a fast spontaneous recovery rate. Edrophomim in sufficient dosages may produce a fast onset of antagonism of non-depolarizing neuromuscular blockade with minimal muscarinic side effects. The porpose of this study was therefore to compar the efficiency of edrophonium and neostigmine in reversal of a profound neuromuscular blockade following continuous infusion of vecuronium (0.06 mg/kg/hr). Recovery of T_1 and T_4 twitch height, change of heart rate and mean arterial pressure were obsered after antagonism with control mixture group (n=9); edrophoninm 0.5mg/kg and atropine 0.007 mg/kg were evaluated respectively at the 10% spontaneous recovery of T_1 twitch height. Recovery of T_1 was more faster in the edrophonium group than in the neostigmine group but it was significant until 5 minutes after antagonism (P<0.05) and recovery of T_4 was also significantly faster in the edrophonium group until 5 minutes after antagonism but thereafter, conversly faster in the neostigmine group than in the edrophonium (P<0.05). Changes of heart rate with±5% after edrophonium administration were observed. We conclude that edrophonium provides a more repid antagonism within 5 minutes after antagonizing vecuronium infusion, and small change in heart rate, but no other any advantage in using derophomine instead of neostigmine for reversal after 5 minutes.

The one purpose : We aim at understanding general idea of the Yang-Ming's philosophy. The reason why we must grasp the general idea of Yang-Ming's philosophy is because the clear concept of 'fundamental Wisdom' start from it. The other purpose : we attempt here to find out the implication of the ideal way of our life that we modern people are supposed to pursue in this Yang-Ming's philosophy. This Fundamental Wisdom is the heighest concept of the Yang-Ming's philosophy : it's the source, method, as well as purpose of Yang-Ming's philosophy. Wang Yang-Ming's Fundamental Wisdom was established by the enlightenment which he seeked after truth through more than half of his life time. If it had not been for diversified roving such as Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism, these three religion, we could have not been enlightened esoteric meaning of the Fundamental Wisdom. So his various philosophical experience enabled him to from his thought, and his self-discipline led him to get a conclusive key for enlightening Fundamental Wisdom. There at first, I tried to observe their forming process of Fundamental Wisdom, and next I interpret the concept of that. His Fundamental Wisdom derived from Mintsu, the structure of it was handed down from Yuk Sang-San's theory of 'the Sameness of the Mind and the reason'. That theory was recreated by Yang-Ming's and it opened a new horizon for the field of Chinese 'Sung-Li philosophy'. Fundamental Wisdom, elucidated by Yang-Ming, is the very way, and law of heaven, and sameness of the Li and Ki. I have been classfied these Fundamental Wisdom what Yang-Ming had understood into sie kinds. In other words, Yang-Ming's Fundamental Wisdom 1) the basis of human mind 2) the underlying principle of all things in the universe 3) the sameness of object and self, at the same time it's the creation principle of all things in the universe 4) principles of all recognition 5) moral principle that people ought to practice 6) basic principle of 'Correspondence of knowledge and Conduct' Yang-Ming originated Fundamental Wisdom which enabled to explain all the matters of humanbeings and universe, and he widely opened the way to creative human life through establishment of self-identity.

DaF의 성격에 대한 논쟁들

In dieser vorliegende Arbeit wird versucht, die seit dem Auftreten des Faches Deutsch als Fremdsprache in Deutschland gefuhrte Debatte uber seine Kontur nachzuzeichen und damit fur uns die sog. "Auslandsgermanisten" bzw. "DaF-Forscher”in Korea eine Perspektive uber das Fach DaF zu eroffnen. Nach meiner Beobachtung konnte sich die Struktuierung des Faches, die von den Vertretern des Faches reprasentiert ist, nach ihrer Stellungnahme grob zwei- oder dreiartig gliedern. Jeder Vertreter des Faches vereinigt sich allerdings in dem Gesichtspunkt, daβ das Fach DaF auf alle Falle als ein neues und eigenstandiges Wissenschaftsfeld gilt. Das Fach DaF wird zunachst zunachst als ein neus akademisches Bereich der Germanistik wie Linguistik oder Literaturwissenschsft betrachtet. Aus einem anderen Standpunkt sieht man aber dieses Fach unabhangig von der Germanistik uberhaupt als selbstandiges Fach der Wissenechaft an. In der ersten Stelluntgnahme wird die Kontur des Faches folgendermaβen erklart. DaF ist ein an die Praxis orientiertes und multidisziplinares Teilbereich der Germanistik. Je nach der Akzentuierumg der Spezifik konnte sich diese Auffassung noch unterscheiden. Eine ist die Richtung, in der besonders eine Menge von linguistischen Elementen zusammenwirken. Als wichtige Vertreter dieser Ansicht kann man Weinrich, Gluck und Gotze benennen. Zum Hauptreprasentanten der zweiten Richtung, die einerseits mit der Germanistik gleichgesetzt wird und andererseits auch im weiteren Sinne mit Kulturwissenschaft eng zusammenfallt und diesbezuglich sich als "interkulturelle Germanistik" bezeichnet, gehort Wierlacher. Die Vertreter, die das Fach DaF nicht als irgendeine schon bostehende, sondern fur eine ganz neu entstandene wissenschaftliche Disziplin halten, konnen in zwei Gruppe eingeteilt werden. Zu der ersten rechnet man die Forscher, fur die das Fach DaF die Sprachlehr- und -lemfirschung ist und die zweite geht von der Auffassung aus, daβDaF tatsachlich ein "fremdsprachenwissenschaftliches" Fach ist. Auf diesem Ansatzpunkt werden in der letzteren Ansicht besonders die folgenden Merkmale des Faches genannt : Fremdsprachlichkeit, Multidisziplinitat, Internationalitat und Theorie-Empirie-Forschungsorientierung. Krumm und Ickler sind mit der ersten Auffassung einverstanden, jedoch vertritt Henici die zweite Stellungnahme. Selbstverstandlich gibt es verschiene Meinungvarietaten uber die Konstituierungsdebatte auβer den oben genannten Vorstllungen. Aber das Ziel dieser Arbeit besteht nicht in der ausfuhrlichen Beschreibung der Debatte, sondem durch die Beobachtung der Konturdiskussion ist das zu versuchen, das Fach DaF zur Germanistik in Korea in Bezinhung zu setzen und damit die Germanistik in Korea weiter zu entwickeln.

독일어 재귀동사의 DaF 교습 : 교재분석을 중심으로

한국어 모국어 화자에게 외국어로서의 독일어 교습에 있어 독일어 재귀동사는 교수자에게도 학습자에게도 쉽지 않은 현상이다. 그것은 모국어에는 나타나지 않는 언어적 쓰임이기도 할뿐더러 독일어 학습 이전에 받아들인 제1외국어인 영어에서도 드물게 사용되는 문법범주이기 때문이다. 따라서 독일어를 제2외국어로 배우는 한국인 독일어 학습 초보자에게 모국어와 그 이전에 습득한 영어의 언어지식에서 긍정적인 전이효과를 기대하기 힘들다. 그런데 DaF 교습과정에서 상당히 이른 시기에 재귀동사의 사용이 보이며 실제 의사소통과정에서 재귀동사의 쓰임은 상당히 빈번하다 할 수 있다. 여기에서 문제가 되는 것은 어떻게 모국어에서도 이미 습득한 영어에서도 그 쓰임이 많지 않은 재귀동사를 효과적으로 교수 학습하느냐이다. 즉 어떻게 하면 의사소통에서 중요하게 간주되는 독일어의 재귀동사를 효과적으로 가르치고 배울 수 있는가를 살펴보는 것이 본 논문의 목표이다. 이것과 관련해서 살펴봐야 할 것은 문법교육의 관점에서 재귀동사가 어떻게 다뤄져야 하는지를 살펴보는 것이다.

Peritonesl insufflation of CO₂ to creste the pneumoperitoneum necessary far laparoscopy in- duces intraoperative cardiovascular and ventilatory changes that complicste anesthetic management of laparoscopy. We investigated cardiovascular and ventilstory changes during laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia in 11 healthy patients. During operation, intraabdominal pressure was maintained automatically at 14 mmHg by a CO₂ insufflator and controlled ventilation setting was adjusted at the values of PaCO₂ about 30 mmHg before peritoneal insufflation, and this ventilatory setting was not changed throughout the operation. We measured peak inspiratory pressure(Ppi), mean arterial pressure(MAP), pulse rate(PR), arterial blood gas and end tidal carbon dioxide(PEtCO₂) before and during peritoneal insufflation, snd after peritoneal exsufflation. Peritoneal insufflation of CO₂ resulted in a significant increase of Ppi, MAP, PaCO₂ and PEtCO₂, a significant decrease of pH. And PaCO₂ and pH were not restored until 15 minutes after CO₂ exsufflation. PR and PaO₂ were not changed significantly throughout the operation. Conclusively, during general anesthesia for laparoscopic choleeystectomy, hyperventilation was needed under the monitoring of PEtCO₂ or PEt,CO₂ and special care and monitoring was mendatory for the patients with impaired cardiopulmonary function and increased intracranial pressure.
