        Exciton eigenstates and biexciton interaction energies in a spherical core/shell semiconductor hetero-nano structure

        The exciton eigenstates and biexciton interaction energies in a spherical coreeshell hetero-nano structure in the type II and the quasi-type II carrier localization regimes have been analyzed. For the analysis, we have evaluated the electronehole overlap integral, the binding energy of exciton ground state, and the interaction energy of bi-exciton ground state in the structure. In the evaluation, the first order perturbation approach has been employed, where the direct Coulomb interaction energy, the surface polarization energy and the dielectric solvation energy are included. Our results show that the exciton eigenenergies and excitoneexciton interaction energy strongly depend on the choice of materials on which both the dielectric constants and the electron and hole effective masses rely.

        양자 구껍질 내에 갇힌 입자의 파동함수

        We obtain single-particle wave functions as a basis to investigate the optical properties in a semi-conductor spherical quantum shell system with thickness by using a simple numerical method and then plot the spatial orbit and the energy curves of the ¯rst 3 states. We also show that the single-particle energy depends on the core radius and the thickness of the spherical quantum shell system. We estimate the in°uence of the core radius and the thickness in°uence on the energy of the exciton, a combination of single-particle states, in the quantum shell system and from it, we study the applicability of a semi- conductor spherical quantum shell system as a laser source.

      • 중소제조업에서 품질경영관행과 공급망품질간의 영향관계 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 품질경영관행이 공급망 품질에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상인 중소기업들은 관계회사가 단순한 공급망체계를 가지고 있으므로, 채택하고 있는 품질관리관행이 공급망관계에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 공급자인 조사대상 기업들은 구매자인 모기업에 대한 일방적인 관계로서 생산관리분야에서는 품질관리관행으로 연결되어 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 품질관리 관행이 미치는 영향을 구명함에 있어서, 불확실성, 기업규모, 업종, 지역, ISO인증기간 등의 맥락변수들이 미치는 조절효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 구조방정식모형을 구축하고, 설문조사를 통해 조사를 한 다음 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 품질경영관행이 공급망품질에 미치는 영향은 유의했으며, 불확실성만이 품질경영관행과 공급망품질간의 관계에 조절효과를 가지고 있음이 밝혀졌다. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the quality management practices effect on the supply chain relationship quality or not. Since SMEs, which are the objects of this study, have a simple supply-chain system with the related companies, the adopted quality management practices may affect the relationship between the supply chain. Supplier of surveyed companies are in production management as a one-sided relationship to the parent company, and is connected with the buyers through the quality management practices. This study investigate whether the effect in increasing the quality management practices are influenced with uncertainty, company size, industry, region or not, and analyzed the moderated effects by context variables such as ISO certification period. For this end, this study have built a structural equation model, by which the investigation was conducted through a questionnaire and then analyzed. As a result, the quality management practices had significant impact on the quality of the supply chain, and it has been found that only uncertainty has a moderating effect in relationship between quality management practices and supply chain quality.

        양자점 응집체에서 쌍극자-쌍극자 상호작용에 의한 엑시톤의 동역학

        We studied the exciton dynamics in one-and two-dimenstional semiconductor nanocrystal quantum dot aggregates. The dipole-dipole interaction between quantum dots was considered as the driving force for the exciton dynamics. The effect of energetic disorder was included for the given model Hamiltonian. Both diagonal and off-diagonal disorders were employed in the consideration. Diagonal disorder comes from the size disparity and the environment of each dot and off-diagonal disorder comes from the conformational variation of the dot array. 일차원 및 이차원 반도체 나노결정 양자점 응집체 (quantum dot aggregates)에서 엑시톤의 동역학을 다루었다. 양자점 사이의 쌍극자-쌍극자 상호작용을 엑시톤 동역학에 기여하는 가장 큰 요소로 고려하였다. 이때 주어진 모델 해밀토니안에서 에너지의 무질서에 의한 효과를 살펴보았다. 무질서는 대각 성분 (diagonal disorder)과 비대각 성분 (off-diagonal disorder) 모두를 고려하였다. 대각 성분의 무질서는 개개 양자점의 크기 및 주위 환경에 의존하는 요소로 고려되었으며 비대각 성분의 무질서는 양자점 사이 거리 및 이웃한 양자점 사이의 쌍극자 벡터 방향의 상대적인 배열에 의존하는 요소로 고려되었다.

      • 위상이동 간섭무늬 투영을 이용한 3차원 형상측정 시스템의 위상계산오차 해석

        위상이동 간섭무늬 투영 방법을 이용한 3차원 형상측정 시스템의 위상계산오차를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 다룬 오차의 요소에는 물체 표면의 특성에 따라 검출기에 나타나는 양자화 크기의 변이 효과, 물체 표면에 맺히는 간섭무늬 패턴의 초점 어긋남 효과, 간섭무늬의 위상이동 오차에 의한 효과, 위상 이동된 간섭무늬 패턴이 투영된 여러 개의 물체 상을 받아들이는 도중에 시스템 및 주위 환경 변화에 의한 오차, 그리고 투영되는 격자 패턴의 왜곡에 의한 효과들을 계산하고 논의하였다. We have analyzed the phase-calculation-error of a three-dimensional shape measurement system using the projection of phase shifted fringe patterns. In this study, we have dealt various errors; an error caused by the variation of quantization levels, an error caused by the defocus of fringe pattern projected images, an error caused by phase-shifting errors, an error caused by the intensity variation of the background and modulation amplitude of fringe pattern projected images during the projection of multiple patterns, an error caused by the distortion of sinusoidal shape of a fringe pattern. The results will contribute to the design of a three-dimensional shape measurment system and give an important meaning to the calculation and the analysis of the accuracy of a system.

      • 체육과 교육의 만족도와 학교생활 만족도에 관한 연구 - 특성화고등학교와 일반고등학교 학생들을 대상으로

          The 7th Curriculum is the student-centered curriculum to foster a student"s sound personal development, respect a diverse ability and aptitude and culture a creative ability, and has its objective to culture a sound mind and a healthy body as well as academic knowledge. Especially physical education realizes each student"s moving desire through a diverse physical activity and improves the skills and physical power needed in performing exercises. In addition, it includes pursuing self-realization by obtaining a personally emotional satisfaction through exercises and nourishing a socially desirable attitude. In this study, we have examined and analyzed a student"s satisfaction level of school sports and school life in the general high School and specialized high school in order to contribute to the purpose of physical education. As a result, we could draw a conclusion as the following. Firstly, in case of general high schoolers, the results show that students have a high satisfaction level of school life as they are satisfied with the effects of PE class activity and PE teachers. So in order to enhance the satisfaction level of school life, we"ll have to study the relation other than school environment and class society continuously. Secondly, the results of the analysis by school specialties indicate that the specialized high schoolers have a lower school PE satisfaction level considering the general high schoolers. Hence it suggests that so as to improve the aptitude and level of the students specialized, we should apply a PE program according to specialties. Thirdly, it is shown that in an academic high school the satisfaction level of PE class activity effects relatively have more influence upon the satisfaction level of school life, so we need to continuously study the relation by the school specialties, the independent variation and the lower areas and the factors. On the contrary, in case of the specialized high schoolers, the school PE satisfaction level doesn"t affect the school life satisfaction level meaningfully and there is no relation between school PE satisfaction and school life satisfaction level. This suggests that students neglects the physical education subject owing to the learning method with the college entrance examination centered and we should intensify the education of school PE for high schoolers. Fourth, when we recurrently analyze the influence of school PE satisfaction level on society satisfaction level, we can see that the regression has meaningful results of study in the students of an academic high school and specialized high school. In other words, when we see the relation of bosom friends affects the school PE satisfaction level of specialized high school students meaningfully, we"ll have to study the plan to recommend a desirable peer activity actively and enhance the friendly relation with friends as well.
