        POE를 통한 친환경건축물 인증제도 개선방안 연구

        Since the environmental friendless has been emphasized in architecture, the two theories, one that building construction activity should be reduced to its nature of destroying the nature, and another that the load the building construction activity should be recognized and restoration effort should be induced along with the construction activity, have been coexisted. Among the approaches based on the latter theory is the evaluation of environmental friendless of a building in quantitative manner. Following the such approach, many nations in the world have developed evaluation program suitable to each nation's climate, geographical, living environmental. and cultural aspects. The survey result showed that the low awareness from the residents was found on the Green Building Rating System as well as on its contents and effects. The satisfaction from a general apartment housing residents and the certified apartment housing residents did not show much difference, and in some cases, the satisfaction was higher from the general apartments than from the certified ones. Regarding to the significance evaluation, environmental pollution and interior environment were rated as high, and at the same time which showed the lack of education on green items.

        가스소화설비를 이용한 목조 문화재 적심부 화재진압 방법에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 우리 조상의 소중한 목조 문화재가 화재로 인해 소멸되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 화재진압 방법 중 하나인 가스소화설비를 이용하여 목조문화재 적심부의 화재진압 방법에 관한 것이다. 목조문화재는 적심부로 연소 전이시 진압이 매우 곤란하기 때문에 적심부 연소시 파괴를 수반하지 않는 화재진압은 불가능하다. 스프링클러설비 등과 같이 현대 건축물에 설치되는 소방시설은 소화효과는 높은 반면에 설치와 작동에 따른 문화재 손상의 우려가 높아 목조문화재에 대한 적응성이 낮으므로 이러한 문제점을 최소화하면서 소화효과를 거룰 수 있는 소화설비 개발의 필요성을 제기하였고 타당성이 입증된 시험결과를 토대로 설치방안의 필요성을 제시하였으며, 적심부는 한국 고유의 건축방식으로 외국에 유사사례를 찾아 볼 수 없어 고정소화장치 개발을 통한 화재진압의 신속성과 효율성을 제고한 가스계 소화설비 소화방법을 개발하여 문화재의 손상을 최소화하면서 효용성을 검증하기 위한 실험을 연구하였다. 연구내용으로는 연구 실험 모형틀을 제작하여 소화방법을 수립, 소화시설을 설치하여 l차로 개판 천공 주수공 설치의 화재진압 효과성을 실험하였고 2차로 개판 천공 소화가스 주입구 설치의 화재진압 효과성을 실험하였으며 그에 따라 숭례문과 유사한 목조 문화재의 경우 지붕의 적심부가 화재진압의 성패를 결정함으로 향후 유사사건의 발생시 신속하고 효율적인 화재진압을 위하여 소화방법에 관한 의견을 제시하였으며 그에 따라 목조 건축물(문화재) 진압대책 수립을 위한 객관적 데이터를 확보하였고 가스계 고정소화설비의 설치를 통한 문화재 방화대책 효과의 과학적 검증을 제시하였다. This study was conducted to provide a method for fire suppression in a central area inside the roof of a wooden cultural property using a gas extinguishing apparatus, which is used as one of fire suppression methods with view to preventing valuable wooden properties inherited from ancestors from being destructed by fire. For a wooden property, it is very difficult to suppress fire when combustion spreads to a central area inside its roof, so it is impossible to put out a fire without destructing it. Such a fire fighting apparatus as a sprinkler, etc., installed in modern structures, is very effective, but the possibility of damaging a cultural property is highly probable after installment and operation, which leads to its low adaptability to a wooden property. Thus, the necessity of developing a fire suppression apparatus was raised to minimize the said problem and to obtain the desired results, and the need of making a plan on the installment was also rai sed based on the results of a test whose validity was proven. The central area inside a roof is a traditional - architectural style which is found in Korean wooden structures only, so it is impossible to discover similar cases in foreign countries. For this reason, this study was conducted to verify the effectiveness by developing a fixed fire suppression apparatus designed considering the speed and effectiveness in fire suppression. This study was sequentially carried out in the following steps. First, a frame for this study was made and the specific plan on a fire suppression method was established. Then, a fire suppression apparatus was installed. In the first step, the effectiveness for fire suppression was tested by installing valve open - punched - main water pores, and in the second step, the same effectiveness was tested by valve opened - punched - injection ports. For a wooden property similar to "Sungnyemun"(Gate of Exalted Ceremonies), its central area of the roof decides whether the fire suppression is successful or not, so the opinions on how to put out a fire were presented in this study, and thus the objective data to establish a method on fire suppression in a wooden structure(cultural property) was secured. Lastly, a scientific verification in the effectiveness for fire suppression measures was presented by installing a gas - fixed fire suppression apparatus.

        신·재생에너지 군시설 적용을 위한 설계지침 연구

        The Military is willing to participate in a National Strategy called ‘Low Carbon Green Growth’ in way of decreasing the use of fossil fuels by utilizing of renewable-energy. For this reason, the Army has planned project which will start applying renewable-energy to Military Facilities starting in 2010. It has also installed and operated energy facilities which composes small Photovoltaic Systems and Wind Power Systems in two troops of GOP(General Out Post) by the pilot project, since 2007. It can be said that this research has purposed the development of planning guidelines which is helpful to promote the renewable-energy project of the Military, rationally and effectively. By means of the method for this purpose, this study presents the appropriate set-up scales and forms to each facility of the Military, and values economical efficiency of these renewable energy systems, when the photovoltaic, solar heat, wind power and geothermal heat systems are applied to Military facilities. It is the aim that the Military makes good use of this study and promotes projects of renewable-energy system application.

      • 거주 후 평가를 통한 친환경 인증제도의 실내환경 개선 방향에 대한 연구

        The Korean Green Building Certification System was activated from 2005. The purpose of it is to improve the quality of residential unit. Recently, people stay inside of building more than for 90% of a day. Accordingly, it is really important for them to make the quality of Indoor Environmental better, in brief, to develop the indoor environmental factor in KGBC is important. One of the best way to develop the system is to do research based on POE because the area of problem can be realized. Accordingly, we get the information about POE from another research for the part of the indoor environment for residential unit to have the critical mind about the KGBC, and tried to compare the factors to another which is from foreign Green Building Certification System such as LEED, BREEAM, GBTool. After they have been analyzed, we could find that some of factor need to be revised and added. Also, there was one problem that many part of factor was created without any consideration of direction of each space in residential unit.

        CFD를 이용한 초고층 공동주택의 실내 환기량 분석 및 개선안 사례연구

        This study is as a case study to make improvements on indoor ventilations by comparatively analyzing airflow rates in units of the high-rise residential building in which mechanical ventilation system mandated for the ventilation. Airflow rates of the applied ventilation modes was measured by tracer gas method while simultaneously conducting CFD simulations to investigate the air-age distribution of each mode. In summary of the study, air exchange rate under the infiltration and ordinary-time mode did not reach 0.7 ACH as the Korean STANDARD. Indoor airflows driven by all ventilation modes except for the planning and ordinary-time mode had lower than 0.25 m/s which was not sufficient to improve their air-age distributions. However, the kitchen hood pan with 350 CMH was predicted to well prevent the dispersion of food odor. Therefore, the ordinary-time ventilation should be increased over the STANDARD level by adding the various ventilation modes.

        An energy loss through the window system occupies about 10 to 30 percent on energy consumption of the whole building. That is the reason, several elements for a building composition of window system are the weakest from the heat. Insulation performance increases for the reducing heat loss. Heat transfer through the window system that is reducing heat transfer through conduction, convection and radiation. Insulation performance reinforcement methods classify improving heat specific quality of window system and improving efficiency of whole window system. The most application method among each methods is reducing emission ratio of the window system(Low-E glass), increasing a number of glazing(multiple window) and a method of vacuuming between glazing and glazing. Therefore this study is investigated a sort of glazing and specific character, U-value calculation with changing glazing thickness and calculation of temperature distribution and U-value with a glazing charging gas kind from double glazing. For a conclusion, an aspect of U-value figure at the smallest value case of vacuum glazing with Low-E coating. That means insulation efficiency is the best advantage during a building plan selecting vacuum glazing with Low-E coating for a energy saving aspect. In this way, U-value become different the number of glazing, coating whether or not and selecting injection gas. Therefore selecting of glazing is very important after due consideration by a characteristic and use of building and consideration of strong point and weak point.

        Global warming and energy crisis, global environmental changes and challenges are faced. Percentage of low-carbon fuel use in the field of defense, including national standards, such as applying for a new environmental compliance mandates that must be added the concept of green growth and other challenging elements are exposed. Expanding the Use of Renewable Energy and accordingly the use of energy-efficient furnace, and the defense budget, as well as saving resources and the environment you want to prepare for crisis, has been actively participating in national policy.
