유도탄 탄약고와 발사관(또는 저장 용기) 내부의 적정 저장 습도는 전자/기계 부품의 부식과 시효성 품목의 물성 저하를 방지하여 유도탄의 수명 연장 여부를 좌우하는 요소이다. 본 논문에서 철의 부식 속도가 급격히 증가하기 시작하는 경향을 고려하여 탄약고의 적정 저장 습도 기준을 제시하였고, Peck’s moisture model의 계산 결과와 실제 군에서 유지하고 있는 저장 습도 사례에 따라 발사관 내부의 적정 습도 기준을 제시하였다. The proper storage humidity in missile magazine and launch tube(and/or storage container) is very important factor that prevents the corrosion of electronic/mechanical components and deterioration of physical/mechanical properties of the energetic components, and affects the service life extension lifetime. In this paper, the proper storage humidity standards of inside the missile magazine and launch tube(and/or storage containers) is suggested.

This analysis is on a purpose of developing a wiper blade with it"s reliability and finding an optimal wiping condition having consistent pushing pressure to improve it"s efficiency. It is also to analyze the pushing pressure by optimizing a vertebra’s thickness and to come up with an excellent positioning condition to press consistently the glass with an even distribution of the load when wiper blade is on the parking position of windshield. Before examining whether it is properly distributed to fulfill a design standard, it first understand the factors that affects pressing pressure of proper distribution. It finally concludes to the optimal condition by analyzing composition factor and constructing features and by using the experimental plan method of the thickness of vertebrate and the supporting points which affect pressing points by an equal distributed load. we can improve the quality of windshield wiper by achieving the most suitable character to wipe.
실험계획법을 이용한 차량 Wiper Arm Head 의 형상 최적화

The role of arm head is to connect module assembly and arm assembly in automobile's wiper system. It has to meet the design standard of the fracture torque when assembling arm head, pivot shaft and nut. In order to satisfy the fracture torque of arm head to identify primary factor which is effected fracture torque by contact with the nut and shaft and to optimize by using design of experiment (DOE). In this study determine the five arm head which had a similar form of wiper system and the primary factor that has effect on the fracture torque set up 4 factor 2 level of table of orthogonal arrays at this time, fracture torque defined the objective function. Calculated results made a main effect graph and interaction graph in Minitab. And the shape optimization of the arm head is satisfied fracture strength of design standard.

In case of rain, the wiper system in a vehicle ensure a driver's range of view on wiping windshield. The sleeve helps mount the wiper system into the vehicle and it has one of the most heaviest density in the linkage of the wiper system module. The purpose of this research is the shape optimization to reduce the cost and weight on the wiper system. It can be done with the homogenization method based on the topology optimization. The default value of the max stress can be calculated at Hyper Optistruct by putting the force to the sleeve in snow load condition. The design standard is defined as an objective function using the Hyper Optimization. The optimum shape can be achieved under the design variable and the design region.

The purpose of this study was to reduce the factor of construction delay in the owner's aspect by analyzing the actual condition of field supervision positively such as construction delay sample and process at the distressed company's construction site. As we analyze the examples of construction delay and reopening into various types, to minimize construction delay after the dishonor of a contractor we propose "Cooperation and reliance fixing between the contract parties through the improvement of order method, Contracting system and Construction management system".
