청심연자탕으로 호전된 태음인 위식도 역류질환 환자 치험 1례

Objectives This study was aimed to report significant improvement of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) treated by Cheongsimyeonja-tang and acupuncture treatment in Taeeumin. Methods Patient who has GERD was treated with herbal medicine and acupunture from June 15 to July 6. Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale (GSRS) was used to observe changes of digestive symptoms. Results After treatment, the GSRS of the patient improved from 4.8 to 2.6. Also, the patient's symptoms of sore throat, cough, phlegm and bowel sound were reported to be improved after treatment. Conclusions This study shows that Cheongsimyeonja-tang might be effective in Taeeumin type patient's GERD.

This study will serve as an opportunity to fill the gap between "bad preconceptions by the past image of tattoo and the recognition flow as the tattoo culture of the present era becomes popular." It will be understood as a small form of social integration. With the popularization of tattoos, more and more people have used tattoos as their jobs, but controversy over medical practices, art acts and freedom of choice remains. At this point, it is necessary to find out the impact of the image of tattooing by the general public on the perception of tattoo jobs. For this study, the survey was conducted on teens to 50s from October 3, 2020 to November 12, 2020, and the results of the study were summarized using only the effective samples as the final data for the empirical analysis. The public's awareness of tattooing in each field was high, and the higher the interest in tattooing and the higher the awareness of image, the higher the professionalism of tattooing jobs and the higher the expectation for the future. As a result, despite the negative image of the past and the reality that it is considered illegal medical practice, the current tattoo was not only positive, but also the job of tattooist was highly recognized by the general public for its expertise, future expectations, and job development potential. Based on this study, we hope that research and materials that can be based on subsequent research on tattoo will be activated, which will be the basis for positive development as a new occupation group.

IPTV has risen as a new driving force amid concerns against the saturated internet market and gained enormous attention of both the government and industry as niche market. Especially, IPTV banking which is one of the major services, IPTV has risen up recently as another financial service channel. Prior to the expansion of the new technology, this study attempts to predict its success possibility. In order to grasp variables that would effect formation of user intention of potential adopters, and external variables that influence user intention of IPTV banking have been confirmed and studied empirically based on Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). As a result, it was validated that selfefficacy, facilitating condition, social influence, and perceived importance to TV banking needs are the influential variables. Therefore, one may able to find appropriate direction of marketing activities for effective expansion of IPTV banking service through this study. Also, considering the fact that the number of service users has absolute influence over profit determination in the IPTV banking service industry, the study about characteristics and intention of such potential adopters could certainly be significant.

실패경험 창업가의 목적지향성이 재창업 의도에 미치는 영향

창업가의 실패에 대한 경험은 재기 의도에 긍정적으로든지 부정적으로든지 영향을 미치게 된다. 창업가의 실패에 대한 경험은 재창업의 동기부여가 되고 자산화될 수 있다는 점에서는 긍정적이다. 하지만, 창업자는 실패에 대한 부담감으로 재창업 의지가 저해되기도 한다. 본 연구는 실패를 경험한 창업자를 대상으로 창업자의 목적지향성(학습지향성, 성취형 성과지향성, 회피형 성과지향성)이 재창업 의도에 미치는 영향을 보되, 실패에 대한 두려움과 기회인식을 매개변수로 활용하였다. 본 연구는 실패한 창업가들을 대상으로 한 연구라는 점, 실패의 두려움과 기회인식이 재창업 의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다는 점에서 기존 연구들과의 차별성 및 학문적 기여도가 있다. The experience of the entrepreneur’s failure affects his Re-starting Intention. The experience of an entrepreneur’s failure is positive in that it can motivate and turn into an asset. However, a founder’s willingness to re-start may be hampered by the burden of failure. This study shows the effect of the founder’s goal orientation (learning orientation, achievement-based performance orientation, avoidance-based performance orientation) on re-startup intentions for founders who have experienced failure, but using fear of failure and recognition of opportunities as parameters. This study differs from existing studies in that it is a study of failed entrepreneurs, and has academic contribution in that it examines the effect of fear of failure and recognition of opportunity on re-startup intention.
