VAR모형을 활용한 한-GCC FTA 체결 시 원유관세 인하의 경제적 효과 분석

This study analyzed the expected economic effects of the Korea-GCC FTA and sought strategies for industrial cooperation. To see the economic effects of Korea-GCC FTA, we analysed the effect of the oil tariff reduction of economy by Vector Autoregression(VAR) model. The estimation results shows that following the abolishment of the tariff on crude oil imports, GDP, GNI and consumption are expected to grow by 0.212%, 0.389% and 0.238%, respectively. Meanwhile, investment, export and import are estimated to drop by 0.462%, 0.413% and 0.342%, respectively. As for prices, producer prices are to rise by 6.356%p, whereas consumer prices fall by 2.996%p. In short, the Korea-GCC FTA and resultant abolishment of the tariff on crude oil importsfollowed by the decline in crude oil prices will result in declining prices whilst macroeconomic indices, such as GDP, GNI and consumption, will increase exerting positive effects on domestic economic growth. Also, it is necessary to proactively respond to GCC member states`` industrial diversification policies for FTA-based industrial cooperation to diversify the sources of crude oil and natural gas imports for further resource risk management.
제주도 토양에서 분리한 xylanase 생산 균주 Streptomyces glaucescens subsp. WJ-1의 동정 및 효소의 생화학적 특성 연구

A xylan-degrading bacterium (strain WJ-1) was isolated from soil collected from Jeju Island, Republic of Korea. Strain WJ-1 was characterized as a gram-positive, aerobic, and spore-forming bacterium. The pre-dominant fatty acid in this bacterium was anteiso-C<sub>15:0</sub> (42.99%). A similarity search based on 16S rRNA gene sequences suggested that the strain belonged to the genus Streptomyces. Further, strain WJ-1 shared the highest sequence similarity with the type strains Streptomyces spinoveruucosus NBRC 14228, S. minutiscleroticus NBRC 13000, and S. glaucescens NBRC 12774. Together, they formed a coherent cluster in a phylogenetic tree based on the neighbor-joining algorithm. The DNA G+C content of strain WJ-1 was 74.7 mol%. The level of DNA-DNA relatedness between strain WJ-1 and the closest related species S. glaucescens NBRC 12774 was 85.7%. DNA-DNA hybridization, 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity, and the phenotypic and chemotaxonomic characteristics suggest that strain WJ-1 constitutes a novel subspecies of S. glaucescens. Thus, the strain was designated as S. glaucescens subsp. WJ-1 (Korean Agricultural Culture Collection [KACC] accession number 92086). Additionally, strain WJ-1 secreted thermostable endo-type xylanases that converted xylan to xylooligosaccharides such as xylotriose and xylotetraose. The enzymes exhibited optimal activity at pH 7.0 and 55℃.
국내 식품 중 밥류와 국(탕) 및 찌개류의 수용성 바이타민 B₁, B₂, 그리고 B₃ 함량 검토

국내 식생활의 가장 기본적인 구성요소인 밥류, 국(탕)류, 그리고 찌개류에 존재하는 다양한 영양성분 중 수용성 바이타민인 B₁ (thiamin), B₂ (riboflavin), 그리고 B₃ (niacin)의 함량을 확인하였다. 밥류의 경우 가공방법에 따른 열처리의 조건이 다양한 수용성 바이타민의 함량을 나타내었고, 국(탕)의 경우 전체적으로 높은 수분함량으로 영양성분의 희석효과가 확인되었고, 찌개의 경우 주재료로 사용된 재료에 따라 다양한 바이타민의 함량을 나타내었다. 본 연구 결과는 국민 식사생활의 영양성분 데이터베이스의 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 판단되며, 기본 재료가 가진 영양성분의 함량이 가공조건에 따라서 다양한 잔존율을 보인다는 것을 제시하였다. 계속적인 연구를 통하여 셀 수 없이 다양하게 존재하는 한식의 영양성분에 대한 데이터베이스화를 통해 국민 식사생활 개선을 위한 노력이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. A conventional Korean meal includes rice, soups, and stews. The current study investigated the content of water-soluble vitamins B₁ (thiamin), B₂ (riboflavin), and B₃ (niacin) in rice, soups and stews. Reliability of the method used in this study was confirmed based on a control chart. Rice contained 0.007-1.270 mg/100 g of thiamin, 0.010-0.172 mg/100 g of riboflavin, and 0.031-7.582 mg/100 g of niacin. Soups contained 0.036-0.586 mg/100 g of thiamin, 0.008-0.187mg/100 g of riboflavin, and 0.026-9.456 mg/100 g of niacin. Stews contained 0.004-0.704 mg/100 g of thiamin, 0.022- 0.214 mg/100 g of riboflavin, and 0.047-13.118 mg/100 g of niacin. Results of this study may be utilized as a basic database for nutritional content of a Korean meal.
유아 및 초등학교 수업에서 활용되는 피지컬 컴퓨팅 교구 분석

4차 산업혁명으로 SW교육의 중요성이 높아지고 있는 가운데 피지컬 컴퓨팅을 통한 SW교육은 컴퓨팅 사고력, 창의성 등 역량을 기르는 데 효과적이다. 하지만 실제 교육 현장에서는 다양한 어려움으로 인해 교육이 제대로 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유아 및 초등학생을 대상으로 이루어진 SW교육에서 피지컬 컴퓨팅 교구를 활용한 연구를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 피지컬 컴퓨팅 교구 유형, 프로그래밍 방식, 교수학습방법, 피지컬 컴퓨팅 SW교육의 목적 등을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 피지컬 컴퓨팅 SW교육의 향후 연구 방향을 제안하였다. As the importance of software education is increasing due to the 4th industrial revolution, software education through physical computing is effective in nurturing competencies such as computational thinking and creativity. However, in the actual education field, software education through physical computing is not practiced properly due to various difficulties. In this study, research using physical computing teaching tools in software education for early childhood and elementary students was analyzed. As a result of the study, it was possible to confirm the types of physical computing teaching tools, programming methods, teaching and learning methods, and the purpose of physical computing software education. Based on the results of this study, the analysis suggested future research directions for physical computing software education.

최근, 착화장치 성능이 정밀해짐에 따라 압력 계측시스템 또한 신뢰성이 요구되고 있다. 일반적으로 착화장치 성능시험은 밀폐용기 시험(CBT) 방식을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 전원인가장치, 압력 센서와 저역통과필터의 변수는 압력 계측 값의 신뢰성을 저하시키는 주요한 요인 중 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 압력 계측시스템이 착화장치 신뢰성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 착화장치 계측시스템의 표준안을 제시하였다. Recently, as the accuracy of initiator performance has been improved, pressure measurement system demands reliability. Performance test of initiator is generally applied to CBT(Closed Bomb Test). However, power supply, variable of pressure sensor and LPF(Low Pass Filter) is regarded as one of the primarily causes for measurement value of pressure degradation. In this paper, the reliability degradation mechanism of initiator performance induced by variable of pressure measurement system. Also, a standard for the measurement system is presented.
AI를 접목한 사용자 참여형 러닝 프로그램 서비스 디자인 -개인 건강 및 맥락 데이터 분석을 중심으로

본 연구는 코로나 19로 관심이 높아진 비대면 건강 증진 서비스 중, 러닝 분야에서 AI기술이 모바일 애플리케이션에 접목되어 사용자 경험을 증진시킬 수 있는 디자인 컨셉을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 사용자들이 직접 러닝 관련 컨텐츠를 제작할 수 있으며 다양한 AI를 활용한 정보적 지원을 가능케 하는 서비스를 디자인했다. 이를 위해 경쟁자 분석, SWOT분석 등 서비스 디자인 방법론을 이용한 선행 연구를 진행하여 초기 전략을 도출하였으며, 심층적인 사용자 조사를 통해 최종 전략을 도출하여 프로토타입을 제작했다. 또한 유저 테스트를 거쳐 최종 서비스를 디자인하였다.
코로나-19 지식수준과 감염관리 피로도 및 스트레스가 감염관리 수행도에 미치는 영향

This study investigated small and medium-sized hospital workers’ knowledge of COVID-19, the infection-control- related fatigue and stress levels, and the factors that impacted their performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a cross-sectional design, data were collected from 137 hospital workers from four small and medium-sized hospitals in S and C cities. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, a t-test, analysis of variance(ANOVA), Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression analysis. Small and medium-sized hospital workers’ knowledge of COVID-19 revealed a correct answer rate of 66%. An average of 3.00 points out of 4 for infection control performance and 3.32 and 3.17 points out of 5 for infection-control-related fatigue and stress, respectively, were found. The level of knowledge regarding COVID-19 significantly differed by age and marriage (p<0.05), while infection control performance significantly differed by age, marriage, and infection control education experience (p<0.05). Infection-control-related fatigue and stress differed depending on the COVID-19 control education experience, economic and social prejudice, and fear of discrimination. There were positive correlations between knowledge and infection control performance, and infection control performance and infection-control-related fatigue and stress (p<0.001). This study showed that the factors that affected small and medium-sized hospital workers’ performance included knowledge of “environmental management,” “difficulties due to new role requirements,” “presence or absence of infection education experience,” “job type,” and “age.” These results suggest that practical and detailed education programs should be systematically developed and implemented for effective infection control.

Recently, many users frequently share their opinions on diverse issues using various social media. Therefore, many governments have attempted to establish or improve national policies according to the public opinions captured from the various social media. In this paper, we indicate several limitations of traditional approaches for analyzing public opinions about science and technology and provide an alternative methodology to overcome the limitations. First of all, we distinguish science and technology analysis phase and social issue analysis phase to reflect the fact that public opinion can be formed only when a certain science and technology is applied to a specific social issue. Next, we apply a start list and a stop list successively to acquire clarified and interesting results. Finally, to identify most appropriate documents fitting to a given subject, we develop a new concept of logical filter that consists of not only mere keywords but also a logical relationship among keywords. This study then analyzes the possibilities for the practical use of the proposed methodology thorough its application to discovering core issues and public opinions from 1,700,886 documents comprising SNS, blog, news, and discussion.
