In this paper, the CAE Service System for Collaborative Engineering Environment with web services and Multi-frontal Method has been investigated and developed. The enabling technologies such as SOAP and .NET Framework play great roles in the development of integrated distributed application software. In addition to the distribution of analysis modules, numerical solution process itself is again divided into parallel processes using Multi-frontal Method for computational efficiency. We believe that the proposed approach for the analysis can be extended to the entire product development process for sharing and utilizing common product data in the distributed engineering environment.
환경형 유방염 원인균 Streptococcus dysagalactiae 의 PFGE 와 RAPD 에 의한 Genotyping 과 항생제 감수성

Streptococcus(Str.) dysagalactiae known as the causative agent of environmental mastitis were isolated from the raw milk and environmental specimens of the 9 dairy farms located in Kyunggido, Korea. Genotyping by PFGE analysis of SmaI digested genomes and by RAPD have been conducted in order to elucidate the contamination route into raw milk, and their susceptibility against 19 antibiotics were determined. Str. dysagalactiae could be detected in 58 samples of 572 samples. In strain typing PFGE was more discriminatory method than RAPD revealing 11 genotypes for 22 strains studied, RAPD yielded 7 genotypes. Str. dysagalactiae found in milk samples were originated from the environmental sites and animal body. High degree of heterogeneity in genotype and in antibiotic resistance revealed and even strains have identical genotypes showed different chloramphenicol and vancomycin resistance. Each genotypes of Str. dysagalactiae revealed typical pattern of antibiotic susceptibilities. Minimum inhibitory concentration of chloramphenicol against Str. dysagalactiae turned out to be 50㎍/㎖.
Antibiogram , PFGE 및 RAPD 분석에 의한 Staphylococcus aurous 균 분류에 관한 연구

Studies on the typing of Staphylococcus aureus isolates and standard strains were conducted. Antibiogram pattern of 27 isolates could be typed to 7 types and pulsed field gel electrophoretogram patterns of 54 isolates were typed to 22 types. These results indicated that PFGE method had a good typeability and discriminatory power in genotyping of Staphylococcus aureus. Similar degree of typeability, discriminatory power and reproducibility with PFGE in RAPD using primer(AGCAGCGTGG) showed in the experiments utilizing 13 Staphylococcus aureus reference strains.
