Hypernatremia(serum sodium>150meq/L) is caused by conditions that produce an excessive gain of sodium or result in an excessive loss of body fluid that is greater than the loss of sodium. The prognosis for hypernatremic dehydration is poorer than isotonic or hypotonic dehydration, because severe hyperosmolarity may result in cerebral damage( seizures, cerebral hemorrhages, thromboses, and subdural effusions). This cerebral injury may result in a permanent neurologic deficit. We experienced two cases of hypernatremic dehydration. Theses cases may have resulted from faulty preparation of infant formulas, as with the use of condensed milk powder. The first case experienced seizures during treatment, but survived, yet the second case died in spite of intensive care.

작물학적 형질과 RAPD에 의한 찰벼 수집종의 유전적 다양성

국내~cdot 외 찰벼 111개 유전자원을 공시하여 수량구성요소, 아밀로스 함량, 알칼리 붕괴도등 작물학적 형질과 RAPD 분석을 통하여 유전적 다양성을 검토하였고, 이들을 이용한 유연관계 분석에 기초하여 품종군을 분류한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 작물학적 형질을 이용한 군집분석에서 찰벼 유전자원은 4개 군으로 분류되었으며, 1군에는 51종(46~%) 이 차지하였으며, II군과 III군에 각각 25종(22.5~%) , IV군에는 10종(9~%) 이 속하였다. 특히 국내 수집종은 I, II군에 대다수 포함되었고, III군에는 indica 유전자원과 amylose 함량이 높은 유전자원들이 대부분이 포함되었다. 2. RAPD분석을 통해 선발된 15개의 primer로 부터 117개의 밴드를 얻었고, 이 중 다형성 밴드는 81개 (69.2~%) 였다. 선발된 primer에서 증폭된 밴드의 수는 5~~12 개로 찰벼 유전자원은 평균 7.8개 였다. 3. RAPD에 의한 군집 분석시 9개 군으로 분류되었다. 전체 유전자원의 77~% 가 I군에 속하여 가장 큰 품종군으로 분류되었고, 그 외 II-IX군은 소군으로서 23~% 가 속하였다. 특히 I군에는 indica형과 조생종들이 많았고, 소군인 III-IX군에는 국내수집 유전자원들이 대부분이었다. One hundred eleven glutinous rice collections from seven countries were evaluated for genetic diversity based on agronomic traits and RAPD analysis. Twelve agronomic traits including yield components amy-lose content, alkali digest value were used to clarify the genetic relationships among glutinous rice collections. Glutinous rice collections were classified into 4 groups and early maturings Korean landraces and high amylose indica belonged to group I with RAPD analysis, 15 primers selected for polymorphic bands generated 117 bands and 81 bands (69.2~%) showed polymorphism. The number of amplified bands per primer ranged from 5 to 11, with the average number of bands of 7.8. With the similarity value of 0.78 in dendrogram derived from the cluster analysis based on RAPDs, glutinous rice collections were classified into 9 groups. Seventy-seven percent of the collections were classified into group I that is the largest one, while the others (23~%) were distributed to group Il-IX. Group I included most indica type rices and early ripening collections, while the small groups of III-IX included most of the Korean collections.

During pipe cutting process, the gravity acting on the pipe-cutting machine widely varies. That is, the cutting machine gets fast when moving from the top to the bottom of the pipe and slow when moving from the bottom to the top. Actually the system is kind of a non-linear system where the gravity is function of climbing angle of the cutting machine along the pipe. Expecially jerking motion is critical. Therefore, authors design the non-linear estimator that estimates the current position of the machine along the pipe and that compensates the effect of gravity in this paper. It receives the feed-back signal from encoder connected with the motor. To show the control performance of the designed algorithm, experiments with general velocity profiles are tested.

포스트모더니즘과 한국교회교육

Many scholars point out Korean churches have passed Church-growth era and just arrived in post-Christian era. The church growth has been declined and Christians’ religious life is getting confused. In this background the researches are required to find out the reason of these phenomena and how Korean churches to cope with those crises. To solve this problem, this research has focused on Post-modernism that is influencing modern society. Post-modernism criticises Christianism’s emphasis of absolute truth, and post-modernism also stresses religion’s universality with the viewpoint of religious pluralism. Also the post-modernism rejects Christian truths, traditions, norms, and they plunge the Christian’s inner values such as faith, hope, and love into the chaotic status. People’s basic existence is based on seeking the stabilization and peace through the trust, but post-modernism rejects absolute truths and values. This notion of the post-modernism has propelled people into the confusing and self-centered status. This post-modernism trend caused the declination of the Korean church growth, devotion, and many negative effects such as seeking the religious pluralisms in the church. To solve these problems, this research suggested several practical solutions for the churchs and church members. Korean churches should have responsibilities of the churchs, fidelities of the Gospels, and formations of the Christian world view to recover the Christian spiritualities. And new media such as Internet, smartphone, and twitter can be used effectively for seeking the Christian Education. Finally, Church should emphasize the personality training education to take after Jesus Christ. Through this Korean churches can prepare church’s next generations and continue the Church growth. 한국교회는 기독교 성장기를 지나 후기 기독교 시대(post-Christian era)에 접어들었음을 지적하는 사람들이 많다. 그 이유는 교회 성장은 감소되고 신앙생활에는 혼란이 가중되고 있는 상황이기 때문이다. 왜 이런 현상이 발생되고 있고 한국교회는 이에 어떻게 대처해야 할 것인가에 대한 연구가 요구되고 있는 시점이다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 후기 현대시대에 영향을 미치고 있는 포스트모더니즘에 연구의 초점을 두어 연구를 하였다. 그 이유는 포스트모더니즘은 절대적 종교성을 강조하는 기독교에 대하여 비판적 성향을 취하며 종교다원주의적 관점에서 종교의 보편성을 강조하기 때문이다. 무엇보다도 기독교의 진리, 전통, 규범 등을 부정함으로 믿음, 소망, 사랑과 같은 영적 가치에 혼란을 유발시키고 있기 때문이다. 더욱이 인간의 존재방식은 기본적으로 신뢰에 의한 안정과 평안을 추구함에 있는데 포스트모더니즘은 모든 진리와 가치를 부정하거나 거부함으로 삶에 희망을 부여하지 못하도록 진리를 의심케 하고 비판케 하며 혼돈을 조성하여 자기중심적이고 이기적이며 폐쇄적 집단화의 해체주의를 조장하기 때문이다. 이 같은 사회 문화적 사고의 변화에 의하여 한국교회는 교회성장이 감소하고, 열정과 헌신이 줄어들며 예배인식의 변화와 신앙의 다양성 추구와 같은 부정적 영적 현상이 보편화되고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위한 방안으로 교회와 구성원들이 어떠한 역할과 삶을 살아야 할 것인가의 문제를 제기하였다. 그리고 교회의 책임과 복음의 충실성을 추구하는 공교회성의 공유와, 영적 정체성의 회복을 위한 기독교 세계관의 형성과 인터넷, 스마트폰, 트위터와 같은 유비쿼터스의 환경을 활용한 효율적 신앙교육을 모색하였다. 또한 예수 그리스도를 닮은 성품교육을 강화하여 교회와 성도의 정체성을 형성케 하고 이를 통하여 교회의 지속적 성장을 조성하여 다음 세대를 준비할 대안을 제시하였다.

한국교회 성장을 위한 기독교교육적 방안 모색

The purpose of this research is to seek Christian educational reform programs in the era of the crisis of the Korean church. As we know Korean churches have been grown amazingly for the last 100 years and have been appraised positively to do the prime role in the modernization of the Korean society. However, Korean churches are confronting huge crisis with society’s change to the pluralistic, specialized, and scientific one. From this point of view this research tried to find out the reasons of the Korean churches’s crisis and evaluate contemporary conditions. The author considers the crisis of the Korean church comes from the decreasing of Christian members, dissemination of the anti-Christian group, and discontinuation of the spreading Gospel. To improve the contemporary Korean church’s spiritual trends this research did the case study of the spiritual development of the Willow Creek church. Willow Creek church in America has been experienced continuous growing and has provided healthy matrix in the era of post-modern society. The Willow Creek church presents adequate suggestions through the seeking the spiritual changes of the church community, applying the effective religious education, and analyzing the church members’ spiritual conditions. With the results of this research the author provided several practical applications to the Korean churches. This research presented Sunday school’s educational paradigm shift, ordered Christian nurture as an educational ministry’s suggestion, and change of curriculum to bring up professional Christian educators. This study expects significant results for the establishment of the Korean church growing programs as well as connection of Christian educational research field and real spiritual church field. 본 논문은 한국교회의 현 상황을 위기적 현상으로 보고 이에 대한 기독교교육적 개선방안을 모색함에 연구의 목적이 있다. 주지하는 대로 한국교회는 한국사회의 근대화에 주도적 역할을 하여 국ㆍ내외적으로 긍정적 평가를 받아왔고, 선교 I세기만에 경이적 성장을 이룩한 교회이다. 그러나 한국교회는 사회가 다원화, 전문화, 과학화 되어 가는 현대사회 구조 속에서 위기현상에 직면해 있다. 이 같은 관점에서 본 논고에서는 한국교회의 위기발생 요인을 기독교 인구의 감소, 반기독교 세력의 확산, 복음계승의 단절현상 등을 중심으로 한국교회의 현 실태를 위기적 측면에서 조명해 보았다. 그 이유는 일반적으로 인식하고 있는 것처럼 이 같은 요인들이 무엇보다도 한국교회 성장에 우선적으로 해결해야 할 선결요인으로 인식하고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 현 한국교회의 영적현상을 개선할 수 있는 방안 모색을 위해 포스트모더니즘 영향에서도 지속적으로 성장하여 건강한 교회로서의 메트릭스(matrix)를 제공하고 있는 미국의 윌로크릭 교회의 성장 연구 사례를 살펴보았다. 이는 기독교교육 현장인 신앙공동체의 지속적인 영적변화를 추구함과, 신앙교육 상황파악의 효과적인 방법의 적용과, 교회구성원의 영적상태를 분석하여 그에 따른 적용 가능한 방안을 유출할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었기 때문이다. 이 같은 연구가 교회교육 현장에 요구되는 것은 기독교교육의 역할이 한국교회의 성장을 지속적으로 조력할 수 있는 학문적 성향을 가져야 하기 때문이다. 본 연구를 통하여 주일교회학교의 교육구조 개선, 교육목회적 개선 방안으로서의 맞춤양육, 공적 신앙 형성을 위한 신앙지도 전문인 육성 등을 제안하였다. 이러한 유형의 연구가 구체화 될 경우 한국교회의 성장을 위한 방안수립 뿐만 아니라 기독교교육의 학문적 연구와 신앙교육 현장과의 관련성 모색에도 유의미한 결과가 도출될 것으로 예견되어진다.
