협력적 학습활동에서의 예비유아교사의 정서지능, 협력적 자기효능감, 협력적 자기조절간의 관계

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사를 대상으로 정서지능과 협력적 자기효능감, 협력적 자기조절 간의 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 J시에 소재한 3년제 유아교육과에 재학 중인 1학년 학생을 대상으로 설문조사하였으며, 최종 수집된 136부의 자료를 SPSS WIN 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 예비유아교사의 협력적 학습활동에서 개인의 정서지능이 높을수록 예비유아교사의 협력적 자기조절은 높아지며, 예비유아교사의 협력적 자기조절은 협력적 자기효능감에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 정서지능이 높을수록 협력적 자기효능감도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 예비유아교사의 정서지능과 협력적 자기효능감과의 관계에서 협력적 자기조절은 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 유아교사 양성과정 협력적 학습활동 설계 시 개인의 학습효과 향상을 위해 어떠한 전략을 고려해야 하는지에 대한 시사점을 제시한다. 또한, 예비유아교사 정서지능증진 및 협력적 자기조절 교육의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence, self-efficacy for group work, and co-regulation of pre-service early childhood teachers. For this study, the questionnaire survey was conducted on 136 first-year students in the three-year college of early childhood education department in J City. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The results of the study are as follows. A higher emotional intelligence results in a higher co-regulation of pre-service early childhood teachers. There is a positive correlation between co-regulation and self-efficacy for group work and a higher emotional intelligence results in a higher self-efficacy for group work. Finally, co-regulation is partly mediated in the relationship between pre-service teacher`s emotional intelligence and self-efficacy for group work. The study suggests that what strategies should be considered to improve design for cooperative learning activities of early childhood teachers. Also, it can be used as basic data for the improvement of emotional intelligence education program and the formation of co-regulation program.

본 연구는 첫 취업 후 일 년 이내 이직한 사립유치원 초임교사를 대상으로 그들의 이직 원인, 이직 과정에서의 경험 및 이직 후의 경험을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 J 지역에 위치한 사립유치원에서 근무하다가 일 년 이내에 이직한 교사 6명을 대상으로 면담을 실시하고 면담 자료를 범주화하는 과정을 거쳐 결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 이직의 원인으로는 초임교사로서 과중한 업무에 대한 부담과 좌절, 인간관계 갈등이 나타났다. 이직 과정에서는 부모나 SNS에서의 친구의 영향, 비자발적인 이직에서 느끼는 지원체계에 대한 서운함이 나타났다. 이직 후에는 후회와 두려움이 나타나며, 스스로 다시 시작하는 모습이 나타났다. 초임교사들은 학기 초학급 운영을 위한 구체적인 행동지침이나 학부모에 대한 구체적인 대응 관련 교육을 지원방안으로 요청하였고, 취업 후 조기적응 프로그램의 필요성도 언급하였다. 또한 이 과정에서 초임교사들은 직장인으로서 유연한 대처방식도 스스로 터득해 나가는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the private kindergarten novice teachers, who turned over within their first year, for their reasons of turnover, experiences in the process of turnover, and experiences of after leaving the private kindergarten in the first year. In order to do that, six novice teachers a private kindergarten in J district, who left within a year, were interviewed and through the process of categorizing interview data the results were analyzed. As a result, heavy workload, frustration, and conflicts from relationships with people were found to be the reasons for turnover. In the process of turning over, influences of their parents or friends on SNS and disappointment towards the support system for involuntary turnover. After the turnover, teachers showed regret and fear, followed by starting over again. Novice teachers asked for concrete action guidelines for the operation of classes in the beginning of the semester and education regarding to specific way to interact with parents, not to mention the need for early adaptation programs after being employed. In addition, the novice teachers appeared to have self-learned flexible ways of coping as workers in the process.

예비보육교사의 협력적 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 관계: 놀이성, 정서지능, 협력적 자기조절을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 예비보육교사 개인의 정의적 변인인 놀이성, 정서지능, 협력적 자기조절이 협력 적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 각 요인들 간의 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 연구 대상은 136 명의 예비보육교사로, 자료수집 방법은 설문조사를 통하여 이루어 졌다. 자료 처리와 분석은 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 개인의 정의적 변인 중 협력적 자기조절은 협력적 자기효능감과 정적 상관이 있었다. 요인간의 관계는 정서 지능과 협력적 자기조절은 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 놀이성과 협력적 자기효능감 은 정적 상관은 있으나 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다. 하위요인에서는 즉흥성, 기발성, 타인정서인식 이 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 예비교사들의 학습과정에서 자신을 잘 조절하며, 자 신과 타인의 감정에 효과적으로 대응하는 것이 협력적 자기효능감에 도움이 된다는 것을 알 수 있으 며 양성교육과정에서 개인의 정서지능과 협력적 자기조절 지원 프로그램이 필요함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of pre-service teacher s affective variables such as playfulness, emotional intelligence, and co-regulation on cooperative self-efficacy and to investigate the relationship between each factor. The subjects of this study were 136 pre-service teachers. Data collection methods were surveyed. Data processing and analysis were performed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. As a result, co-regulation among the individual s affective variables was positively correlated with cooperative self-efficacy. There was a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and co-regulation. However, playfulness and cooperative self-efficacy were not statistically significant. In the subscale of each factor, improvisation, ingenious, and emotion recognition for others were found to be factors affecting cooperative self-efficacy. In this study, it is found that pre-service teachers self-control in their learning process and effective coping with their own and other s emotion can help cooperative self-efficacy. Suggesting that a program is needed.
